Amazing Hotel and Good customer services. motel rooms are good too

Whilst visiting town we decided to go here for lunch. Roast of the day was pretty average, bruschetta was good. My companion ordered the garden salad. I've never seen a garden salad that had fetta and olives in it... which happen to be a few of my companions least liked foods. If they had thrown anchovies on the salad they would have hit the trifecta.

Worst meal ever! Ordered Thai beef salad which consistered of 2 very thinly slices of cucumber, 3 pieces of horrible and inedible tomato and balance just lettuce. Beef was awful, over cooked and who knows what part of cow it came from. Chain saw should have been offered as cutting utensil. Girls behind bar and food bar very polite though

Had an outing with 5 at our table for a family celebration. The entree and all 5 meals ordered were of generous size, fairly priced and delicious, it was quick and easy to make and change our booking and to order our meals, the service was accurate, quick, friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. I highly recommend this venue for a good meal.

Had flathead tails,looked like sausage ln batter , dry and taste less, chips over cooked and cold, not good lunch the only things good were the tomatoes and service.

Average pub meals, average service, nothing too flashy about the menu. Typical pub food.

Love it here. Awesome pub. Was sitting in the Sports Bar at 8:23pm on a Friday night and they turned off the BBL and put on MTV (on the Foxtel TVs). On the other non-Foxtel TVs they had re-runs of The Project (BBL on chanel 7 smh). Don't make no sense in a Sports Bar. If you want the TAB it's pretty good tho.

Quality food

Went for my sisters wedding, reception venue was good, food fantastic, but all staff were absolutely amazing on the night, and following couple days (daughter left her teddy behind, staff found it, communicated with me, and the management posted all in the same day it was found…. Happy little girl here now)

They offer QR code service for meals...took way too long... Shouldn't take an hour to get served meals !

Great place to stay overnight

The review is about Bistro and playground. Don't go there in winter as you are definitely walking out with a sick one in your family. The heaters never work, the playground area is full of mould. Food is great, resonable prices, service is very good, the environment not the best.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Bathroom could do with upgrade but shower was great and it was clean. Bistro meal was excellent, the steak was melt in your mouth. Only issue was TV only worked on one channel and the air con was that loud it was like a semi truck in the room. Could only run briefly as couldn't hear TV over it. But in saying that would certainly stay here again.

So happy with the friendly service 🤗 just had my gender reveal at the Overlander and I can't fault the staff! I'm so glad I picked the Overlander not only are the meals always well priced they are delicious 😋 But overall fantastic staff that made not only me but my whole guest list feel special. Thank you for making such a special day so much better

Lovely atmosphere

The staff are very nice. The food is pretty good and reasonably priced. The pool was clean even though the weather hadn't been particularly warm which was great for keeping the kids busy for a while.

Overpriced for the quality of the room. $185 for a family room. Had a seperate ‘kids’ room which was good had my mum been able to go as shores and could have shut the door. Arrived to the fan being on and a constantly dripping shower. The bathroom was unclean and had water all over the floor. The carpet in the entrance way was soaking wet. All fixtures and fitting in bathroom need replacing as there were cracks in the power points. The sink was so water damaged it was coming apart! The toilet floor was filthy. The TV and fridge did not work upon arrival due to a blown fuse. Paint had been peeling off the walls in the entrance. Kettle still filled with water from last guest, perhaps? Clunky air conditioner. Window curtains are stuck and unable to be opened fully. Window winder broken and there was a gap in the fly screen fixed with paper towel jammed in. All decor was scratched, old and decaying.
