I was in this business recently for the second time and I must say I was shocked at the way the owner was speaking to the staff. She was also rude to another customer there. Has anyone else experienced this? I wasn’t going to say anything but that’s the second time I’ve experienced it.

I always go to this store if possible over Officeworks or some of the other large chains. The staff are so friendly and helpful, unlike Officeworks, and they usually have stock in store rather than having to order it in, like many of the larger chains that just want you to order online. Ive been using Pacific Office Supplies for 2 of my kids for over 6 years now. Just order online and pickup in time for school book drop off. 3rd kid starting prep now and using again. Staff are very helpful and they have great prices. Takes the stress out of getting everything needed.

Poor customer service , a price match quote was accepted by the company , all in email , all clearly written in my email that the price match was from office works. A week before school is due back they call me with my order but im quoted a different price, after a few phone calls they have told me they cannot stick to the original price match as said in emails , in my email i clearly said the price i was quoted was with office works and i clearly asked them if they could price match , in which they replied yes we can price match that . When clearly they cannot , not even in good faith will they just accept the price match that they originally agreed too , when it was clearly the companys fault , again all in an email . I will never recommend this company to anyone . Now a week out of school i have to go bavk to office works and organise my original quote , and hope it comes in time for school as this company had my email for a week before i heard from them .

Pacific Office Supplies is the best. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Help is always at hand. As the secretary of the local Lions Club they have all we need. I use them for everything needed including printing, inks, all supplies. I don't go anywhere else anymore.
