Best Schnitz I've been to. Really friendly and professional service ans the food was good.

They forgot my drink but the food was okay. Edit: three years later they are still forgetting the drinks. 27/06/2024.

The food is mostly great, it’s just a shame the front staff are so rude. A one off is fine, unfortunately I have continuously been greeted by a foul attitude and unfriendliness. It’s such a shame these people clearly don’t want to be at work. I’ll take my money elsewhere thanks to these staff.

Amazing customer service.

The royal chip butty was lovely, not over cooked. My husband had the fully loaded beef schnitzel with chips the schnitzel was also cooked to perfection. Steffs customer service was excellent. .Katrina & Paul

Ordered on uber eats so cant pick on service or atmosphere ......but the food ???? All these reviews showing nice looking parmies What got sent to me was burnt, inedible and had tendons in it i coulsnt even cut ?!?!?! Loaded chips cold undercooked and soggy 45 dollars for this !!!!!!! Inedible and disgusting

For a decent feed of schnitzel and chips this is the place to go... and its under 15 bucks a meal. Parking is a breeze out front and the bowling alley is virtually next door. This place is going to be a regular on my list

I recently dined at schnitz, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish and staff was incredibly attentive and Nav served us was very polite. And meals came very quickly and very tasty I have highly recommend.

The loaded fries were cold and apparently thats the way they are according to the maker so if you like cold fries go there ,then the waitress spilt a heap of chips off my wifes plate never even offered to replace them then the same waitress was dropping glass bottles into the bin so annoying if you would like an experience from hell go there.

Friendly staff, busy venue, we arrived at 1pm lunch rush had ebbed. Enjoyed fresh crispy schnitzel chicken and chips

Took 5 attempts just for the server to get the order right for my partner . With attitude . I had to relay my order a good six or seven times and it was still wrong . Disgusting service. This place has gone down hill . The assistant store manager is just rude with an attitude and the crew need to be retrained as they can’t take a simple order . WONT BE BACK. But hey , the food is actually nice when it’s actually correct . I wish I could give it zero stars with how disgusting the service and attitude of caitlyn was . Maybe promote someone else ? Might be a good idea, oh on top of that the manager on told me that the server wasnt feeling well, youre a food establishment . IF SHES SICK SEND HER HOME

So went for lunch today, The staff didn’t listen to our order, then tried to argue over $1.20 for a missing sauce. Beef schnitzel was very chewy and like leather. Asked to speak to manager twice before he was sent out. It will be the last time we go to snit in Shepparton.not Recommended.

Let's be honest, after having to repeat myself 3 times that I just want the Parma and chips meal, with a coke...thats all, the order taker couldn't understand why I didn't want to pay $29 🤯 After physically having to point to the parma and chips meal...and explain that's all I want, that!! With a coke, she finally got it... good job. I could understand the communication gap if there was one, but I'm a pretty well spoken Aussie.
