The staff at this particular Prada store are pathetic, racist and absolutely no customer service. Would have given zero stars if I could. Learn to treat every customer well!!!

I purchased a white Saffiano leather handbag from Prada at the outlet store in Montevarchi Tuscany in July 2023 whilst on holidays. I carefully stored the handbag and in October 2023 I took the bag out of the dust bag for the first time to use it. To my utmost shock, the white leather on the front and back was now a shade of yellow, the sides and bottom were the original white colour. I called Prada in Melbourne, they told me that I would have to take the bag to them for photographing and that they would contact their head office - which I did. They assured me that they had never seen this sort of discolouration before. (I now know this to be rubbish based on other reviews that I have seen!) I requested that they find a replacement bag for me - they claim that they were unable to find one. They had very similar ones in their store but they never offered to replace the defective one. After a very long and painful process taking several months, they agreed to give me my money back for the defective bag. This took well over a month and when they did transfer the money, they short paid me and blamed it on the bank fees - which was their responsibility to cover. I will never purchase a Prada product again. I would recommend choosing another brand.

First time attempting to shop at the Crown store for my birthday usually I shop at Collins St store (Which is always amazing service) and my partner and I have an extensive purchase history with them, was just denied entry into the store this afternoon by two girls while I was wearing multiple products from Prada.. Assuming it was the way I look wearing a hoodie, it’s cold in Melbourne tho and can’t understand why I was turned away, it really ruins the experience for a long term client 😭

The people were so nice an accommodating. The Crown Prada is soo good do not go to the Collin St one this is the place to go

This is by far our favorite Prada Store in Melbourne..fantastic staff and customer service especially from the Manager Hamish and Client Advisor Christine. My wife and I were welcomed, taken care of and treated fantastically from the minute we walked in. My wife left with two handbags , shoes and earings and samples of perfumes... This store and staff set the benchmark that others could learn from.

Just had the best experience at this store! Christine has been following up with me via text on the availability of some items, she is really knowledgeable and I can’t stress enough how much she did care making us feel welcome. As an alternative client (coloured hair, urban fashion lover), I haven’t felt so accepted in many places unfortunately, and I can’t stress enough how amazing the customer service is at this particular Prada store. Thanks to the whole team for making high end fashion a little bit more diverse and inclusive!

I have been to every designer store but I have never experienced genuine customer service like I received from every single employee working at Prada Crown today. You are all absolute legends, keep up the exceptional customer service. This brand is worth every dollar, I will be back for more and more and more!!!!

The worst customer service I have ever had.the girl answering the phone is asking to repeat the question as am talking a new language to her ears,didn't like it and will never deal with that branch again.

I came here wanting to try out a style in a different color since the color I wanted was out of stock in all stores. Josie looked after me and she was extremely attentive and friendly and advised me that she’ll let me know when one would come in. She kept me updated when stock was available as promised! Highly recommend her! :)
