Great little retro bar for lovers of all things 90s early 2000s

Very welcoming for out-of-towners, nice staff and overall great fun! Lots of video/arcade/pinball machines as well as traditional games like jenga, chess, Uno etc. Awesome stop in Hobart 👍

Love the staff and love the people. You'd be surprised how many people are up for a chat, and it's simply such a friendly place. I'd trust to leave my phone or drink unattended with most people who you find here.

Hidden gem in Hobart! We were lucky to pop in for a few bevs on a Friday afternoon along with some Scrabble and Mario Kart. Playing really good tunes and the service from the lady was great! Will pop in again on our next visit to Hobart!

This place is easily one of the best hidden gems in Hobart, such a chill environment with friendly, kind and very patient staff who handled our rowdy Hens party with grace, and were more than accomodating. Do yourself a favour relive your childhood, with some retro games and music while enjoying a few drinks with Andrew and the team at Replay Bar. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Been waiting to go here for ages, and glad we did. We were easily the oldest people in the place which was funny because the majority of the patrons probably weren’t even born when the retro arcade games they have (to play FREE) were actually in arcades. The pinnies are all super new school in mint condition which you do have to pay for, but they are well worth the fun. Beers were cold and plenty of options for some craft brews as well as some twisted cocktails and shots.

Other than the beers tasting like someone puked in the kegs, the arcade machines aren't too bad

Hands down the best bar in Hobart for a chilled out yet lively vibe. Wicked cool atmosphere, great (and free) games with tones of options to choose from, only the pinball requires coins to play. Old school PS1 Games, Pac-Man, you name it. Amazing range of drinks, a damn scenic smoking area atop a private balcony, even the bathrooms were good here, clean and well lit. Lastly the Bar tenders. Matt was super welcoming and funny, while Shaeamus stole the show. He took us on a adventure, a journey through hops and barley, a trek through yeast and grain. He can look at you and pick your drink, or make you a new favourite on the spot. This place was amazing, everyone was friendly and welcoming and I would come back to Hobart for this place, if nowhere else. Thanks so much guys, you’re wonderful people.

This place is awesome with lovely and approachable staff . They serve plenty of drinks ok affordable price. I get back here when i visit Hobart again.

If i could replay my time here I would. Mum never let me buy the original Tony Hawk Pro Skater so I snuck out once she was asleep and came here. I understand why mum said no as a kid now, as the violent graphics don't sit well with me. But in saying that, the Hazy IPA got me sooo drunk that I don't even care what mum says. If I get grounded for sneaking out, that's fine, as my time at Replay Bar can only be described in one word.........FUNTASTIC

Great place love the out door deck but the doorman is rude and the male workers except the one that runs it are all really rude too but the lady that works there is one of the most down to earth people you'll ever meet definitely worth going though it didn't spoil the adventure really laid back atmosphere some meals would just be a cherry on top thanks for the great night!

Replay Bar was definitely a cool spot to hang when we visited Hobart! So many old school arcade games you can play for free as well as Pinball machines and a DJ. Really relaxed vibe, busy but not overcrowded and friendly staff.

Really good place, good service and fun games to play. Only two downsides are that sometimes a button on a controller will be broken (probably due to disrespectful customers) and that djs will play music way too loud. Its not a club, people aren't dancing, and there's already plenty of noise coming from the arcade machines. People needlessly have to shout to be heard because the dj will have the volume way up. Great place though overall.

Surprise treat. Video games, pinball, booze, good music. Bar staff a bit try-hard tom cruise hipster, but it's only Hobart, so no points deducted.

I wish i knew about this place sooner!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This fun little spot was super welcoming, amazing service, great drinks! ( our bartender was amazing!) and free arcade games what more could you want! Also shared a few games with a local who was so lovely!! This place is definitely a friendly place among like minded people! We are so sad we couldn't stay here longer but will definitely return!

A groovy little gem in the heart of the city. An endless supply of classic video and board games. Always a nice place to grab a drink and enjoy the complementary entertainment.

It's small but.... good selection of beer and spirits with the added bonus of free retro arcade and bygone game consoles and $2 pinball machines. This place is quirky and not easily spotted, but once found brilliant!
