What an amazing place, the staff are lovely and got to meet the owner who could not be more helpful and friendly!!! Not to mention the food was amazing and not expensive!!! Would highly recommend

My experience at schnitz Wagga was very disappointing! My family and I were eating lunch we had to wait about 30/35 minutes on our food cause there was only one worker & we did have quite a big order that was fine that wasn’t the problem. Once the workers had arrived the was a young lady who walked in the main door a schnitz in her work uniform who walked past our family & stared us down she then proceeded to walk around our family while eating & giving foul looks to all of us including our kids one of them was a 9 month old in a high chair ! The problem then started when her and her co worker were standing where we could visibly see them looking at our family pointing at us & talking , when one of our family members had approached them & asked if there was a problem as we all felt very uncomfortable she said “ we were just talking about the mess we will have to sweep when you guys leave “ & pointed straight at my 9 month old nephew in his high chair , once she had said that we all felt extremely uncomfortable & paid our stuff cleaned the mess & then left. The food was average way overpriced for quality we were also sitting in there in 38 degree heat with no air con. Also to add when we walked into the restaurant there was a messy table that needed cleaning that was there when we left we were here for about an hour and a half. My family were extremely disappointed in our experience with Schnitz , this lady’s customer service was absolutely disgusting.

I come to Schnitz today and I have to say the service was great. Thanks to the two young girl's out the front, they were super friendly and really quick with my order. The food was fresh and the best meal I’ve had in a while.

Terrible customer services , place was empty , member of staff stood making wraps , didn’t even acknowledge us looked at us 5 times we then waited a further 5 minutes and didn’t get served or even told someone will be with you soon , won’t ever be going here again , somewhere else can have our money , not impressed at all with the service the awful young lady provided

I recently visited Schnitz, and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience! The staff was friendly, attentive, and really made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Cheap feed if you need a snack, however this isn't anything great. Both the schnitzel and chips tasted of an odd MSG seasoning and the piece of chicken was smaller than I had hoped.

Worst schnitzels I have EVER HAD. They were soggy as and gross. Also we ordered 2 traditional scnitz’s through menu log and they gave us spicy ones I rang them asking them to take the ones back they gave us and give us the ones we ordered please. They actually told us it’s not there problem and they can’t do nothing I have to call Menulog lol but as they don’t have a Wagga number I had to email them and it will take 3-5 days for a response. Honestly I won’t ever ever EVER order,eat food from here or ever again or step foot in this disgrace of a shop ever again and what’s worse my partner or kids absolutely hate spicy food and we waited an hour for the wrong shit a piece of toast and butter would of tasted 100x better. I definitely won’t ever be coming back or ever recommending this garbage to anyone ever

came here with my fiance and had a lovely time, girl who served us was so lovely and easy to talk to, she even sat down with us for a little while haha. 4/5 stars to service cuz she stole a few chips from us. will come again

Place was dirty, service was well below average,wait time was absolutely ridiculous considering it wasnt that busy. Food was ok but not worth the wait.

Waited just shy of an hour for 2 wraps and a Burger. Whilst it was fresh, my Burger was luke warm at best. I would like to be able to say they were busy but they weren't. Service and speed overhaul definitely needed.

Waited inside at the counter to order for 10 mins for not a single person to be seen. Dirty tables everywhere.. i kept waiting and it got to the point i thought no one was there, when i rang the store an unkept woman finally emerged to answer the phone.. will never eat here again

Schnitz is a hidden gem in Wagga!!, they have the best chips and their staff are always so nice. Went in today to try there new mini wraps the girl who served me was lovely, I believe her name is Jess. Definitely recommend!!!

Self service using QR code at table but can get counter service. Meals excellent value for money, large servings and great tasting. Had a shared caesar chicken schnitty plate serve with side of chips and couldn't get through it all. Enjoyed the flavour and was up there with the top caesar salads I've had.

Service was quick and workers were super nice. However, the food was poor quality. My partner and I got a wrap each and as we opened the package both wraps were to bits and didn’t taste very nice. We come here a lot and all the other times has been amazing food, however this time around was not.

Google is showing they closed at 10pm saturday. One week I come around 9 they were about to close and staff says we close 9’o clock, can’t place order. This week i came around 8.25 they still told we are closed. Utterly unprofessionals.

A 25 minute wait with only 3 other customers in the store is a bit of a joke. The chips cane out cold and next to no seasoning, the schnitzel was burnt with the crumb so hard it cut my gums. The staff were more concerned with gossiping then cooking and serving customers. The food sat under the lights for 5 minutes before it was bought out.

Took almost an hour for our food, after us going to ask what was going on they tell us their system is down. It would have been nice for them to come over and let us know there would be a wait. Even after all that the food came out cold…

Very slow, chips were cold!

I've been to Schnitz multiple times and every time they've been great! But my latest experience was horrible. Walked in and every free table had dirty plates and cutlery on it, we had to move it ourselves. The table we picked didn't have a number to scan so we had to decipher it. We order our food and wait 25 minutes to finally receive it. The waiter doesn't give us cutlery or napkins and forgets one of our drinks so we had to let them know. My food personally was great, on the other hand my partners schnitzel was soggy and undercooked. Finally finished and go to wash my hands in the bathroom and the air dryer is not functional. Quite disappointed as it was one of my favourite and most memorable places to eat.

Waited for such a long time to get food where it looked not busy. Food was not tasty at all, soggy chips and schnitzel.. extra cost for tomato sauce for chips.. ended up paying over 60 dollars for 3 schnitzel without drinks. Disappointed with food quality. It wasn't cooked fresh, same as food court quality but more expensive and longer wait. Won't go back, much better with cafe.

Over 30 minutes to get our order, and that was after following up on where is our order. No apology or reason provided. Other tables ordered after us, and got food before us. Other tables were waiting long times too. Restaurant was not busy. 2 plates delivered at different times, not together and first one was not fresh.. Won't be back to any of the Schnitz restaurants.

Meal was nice however, over 1/2 an hour to be served our meal and that was after being provoked and no appology. Bad customer service.

Best chips in wagga

Schnitz make the best chips in Wagga, hands down. Food is always delicious. Table ordering has never really worked for me...

We had a voucher given to celebrate my birthday, we want to the Wagga Schmitz, only to find that they couldn't get their register to accept our voucher and was told you'll have to pay. Try it next time you come. The service was sub standard, the staff out front were yelling to the crew out back not talking work it was about thier personal life. No salt and pepper. Just not a good experience at all.

Excellent place to eat. Not sure what it’s like at rush hour as we were lucky enough to come during a quiet time. The menu options were great and the portions sized right. Only suggestion for improvement would be a little more padding on the leather bench type seats. Service was polite, friendly and patient and the venue was clean. Will be dinning again should we get the opportunity. Great job to all the staff and I hope they keep up the fantastic work.
