2 Years ago this pub was pretty ordinary at everything. Over the last year, I gave it another go and each time I felt it got better each time I visited. The food, the service and the entertainment is what you'd expect from you local pub - and they deliver quality consistently.

Service was fantastic from Stacey the Manager thru to Ellexa & Min at the bar. Accommodation was clean, modern and affordable. It is close and central to everything. Would highly recommend.

Went to a gig on friday night and lost my phone in the crowd, One of the guys Rob, i think his name was, was super helpful, letting me stay in the band room to find it. Great times.

Needed to spend a night for a city work event and decided on The Caringbah Inn due to its location near the railway. I found the rooms to be very fresh, clean and very comfortable with all amenities you could ask for including a breakfast pack! Would recommend for anyone needing a quick visit.

Drop by and try their quick lunch. $15 200 gm Rump Steak with chips and salad… my expectations towards the meat quality had already been managed to a “reasonable” level. The best part is they asked me how well I wish my steak be done. I said medium for both as photo. We have finished both steaks and neither of us could find ANY pink at all. That’s how they do “medium” steak. My question is… why bother asking at the first place?

My partner and I came in for the first and last time. Food was disappointing, small portions, cheap ingredients and way overpriced.

They are very racist I was a local go there every once a week but now I'm currently banned for life because of my skin colour and now they are thinking I walked in with a suitcase and stole a phone I was currently not in the area at the time the phone got stolen.

I just popped in for a drink, a very spacious bar, with different outlets. I Imagine nights and weekends must be quite busy. I'm here midweek during office hours when everyone is at work. 😉😎. As usual I am enjoying a margarita. $19.95 a little pricey for me. But damn it's so good, i will have one more before i go...

Just had a great rump steak. Cooked perfectly. The poke bowl with salmon was perfectly done as well and so well presented. Bistro is definitely worth a try.

Robert the Licensee is a gem. He is always available with a smile on his face. He goes above and beyond for people's needs and is always accommodating. He helps his staff when very busy by glass collecting, cleaning, preparing tables, food service, etc which I have never witnessed in any other establishment. He greets people with an endearing manner which makes you want to visit again. Thankyou Robert for making Caringbah Hotel an enjoyable visit

Rooms very spacious and clean. A number of bars,standard pub food,pokies and tab. Close to a number of restaurants and wine bar.

Sutherland Shire Business Chamber hosted a function here last night. Such a great little space for us to host our event and the staff were fantastic. Just went down here for some dinner with my family. It was very filling and very quiet

Lovely spot for a cocktail.

Had dinner at the bistro. Ordered special of the day. Roast lamb. Could have been a good meal if the lamb wasn't fatty, tough and dry. Vegetables were fine but don't serve up substandard lamb to your customers. Other meal was chicken snitzel which was good.

It's not a bad pub. The floor is very sticky. Good food, too.

Had a christening booked for 24 people.When at the church on the day received a message asking me to confirm my booking for 20 people.Had pre paid for 24?When food did come out barely enough for 20 people.I spent most of my afternoon carrying back empty glasses.Dirty plates left on tables until function finished.Some food boiling hot some Luke warm.Tried to handle my complaint in house to save embarrassing the pub.? Who cares no one.Never again I should have known better.Next time one of Ferros pubs.They know what they’re doing.I thought being my local I might have been looked after?No typical Woolworths.I should add Luke the manager on duty did his best.He did have a whole pub to run.

The rooms upstairs are small. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable priced drinks 35 a bottle of champagne

Radiators last night - so disappointing that you can not get the bands to start at 8.30pm You have other bars in the venue have the NRL on there. Support band started at 9.15 Radiators at 10.15 played one song the lead went missing for 15 minutes Waste of time and money attending honestly wake up Caringbah Hotel and get your act into gear!! If it isn’t bad enough the venue is small non existent air conditioning you can’t even get the bands to start on time!!!!!

Good pub in the heart of Caringbah, lovely beer garden, call in for a punt or a good pub meal. All walking distance from the railway station.

What a GREAT place to stay, eat n play. Staff were friendly and accommodating especially I think her name was Shan. From check in to waiting on tables and behind the bar she was beautiful and amazing how she went about her job. We were in the area for a Pickleball Tournament. We had a group with 5 rooms and would highly recommend the Caringbah Hotel/Night cap Hotel to anyone.

Went to Caringbah Hotel for Christmas Lunch 2023. It was beautifully set up and extremely well thought out. We had two platters for entree. One had salmon, prawns, and oysters (four of each type each), the second one was a cold meat (ham, salami, and corn beef), cheeses, nuts, fruit, dips, bread sticks, and crackers. The mains were a bristro with leg ham, Turkey, roast beef, grilled salmon, sasuages, roasted vegetables, a variety of salads, and bread rolls. The desert included Christmas pudding and custard, pavlova, mince pies, carrot cake, chocolate cheese cake, and ice cream. We also had free non alcoholic drinks like lemon lime and bitters. The best part was that the service was amazing, especially a visit from Santa, who gave each child an individual toy. It started at 11:30 and we left 3 hours later. It was such a great experience. Thank you.

Super under rated place for food!! Beautiful food where they did not cheap out with small servings but proper large amounts that had everyone full. They even have great lunch deals which i look forward going next time. Definitely check it out as it worth all your dollars.

A big thankyou to Sharn, Josh, Reece and all the team at Caringbah Hotel. We had our Staff Christmas Party at the Cazbah last night and everyone was so accomodating, professional, and friendly. Josh served us all night and even stayed back to allow us to celebrate and the food was perfect! Everyone had such a great time and the whole night couldn't have gone any better! Thankyou So Much!
