Spectrum On Chapel is a vibrant entertainment venue located in the heart of Chapel Street, Prahran. Whether you’re looking for a quiet drink in a friendly atmosphere, catching the latest live sports action, or placing a bet on the TAB, Spectrum On Chapel has you covered. Our venue is easily accessible via stairs or the lift at the entrance, ensuring a welcoming experience for all guests. Our friendly staff are dedicated to making you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
With over 3,000 social members, Spectrum On Chapel is a thriving community hub. New members are always welcome to join and enjoy the benefits of membership. The club is proud to be a major supporter of the Prahran Amateur Football Club and the Prahran Football Club’s Community Sports Program, which has been operating since 2000. Additionally, Spectrum On Chapel is a proud supporter of The Lighthouse Foundation, a charity based in Richmond that supports homeless and disadvantaged youth. The foundation relies on community donations to continue its vital work.
History
Spectrum On Chapel originally opened as the Prahran Football Social Club in 1994. In 2010, the venue adopted the trading name Spectrum On Chapel, quickly establishing itself as a key player in the bustling Chapel Street entertainment precinct. Located near the corner of Chapel Street and Commercial Road, the venue has become a beloved local institution.
Since 2000, Spectrum On Chapel has been a steadfast supporter of the Prahran Amateur Football Club and has maintained a 21-year association with its chosen charity, The Lighthouse Foundation. In 2014, the club expanded its community involvement by introducing netball teams into the Stonnington City Netball Association. These teams, known as the “Two Blues,” proudly represent the club with uniforms provided by Spectrum On Chapel.

Staff here are fantastic. I have been coming here for around 30 years. Come and get yourself a free membership and reward yourself with cheapest beer on Chapel Street from 10am till noon weekdays.
Much improvement since l last visited . Friendly staff made all the difference.

Cheap drinks, Great staff…what more could you want
Unpleasant outdated venue with rude staff. Avoid.
Kicked out by senior staff for no reason. After spending hundreds of dollars over the last few months and socialising with friends who witnessed the stupidity of security staff and customer service. No warning or return invitation. No wins and machines were turned off for myself, while others played thousands at their leisure. Harassing behaviour not recommended.

Probably my favourite place.. 99% of the staff are wonderful. Especially bar staff .Some of the Security could do with some training in customer service and there attitudes. But most are good. Great rewards program. Oh a great toasted sandwiches.

Love to have a little spin on the pokies & I love a good game of pool! Yes they have pool table.. lift for wheelchair access as the entrance is a very high climb up the stairs
