Schnitz in Frankston is a friendly place to be. The staff is great and the food is always freshly prepared and served with a smile. I have been coming to Schnitz for a while now and am never disappointed. Would recommend them anytime

Went there for the first time since evan left. To say it was a different experience is well out there. Staff seemed unsure when we walked in. My friend order after me but didn't get her food till I was half way through mine. Just left with a feeling of not wanting to go back

Amazing service and great quality of food.

Ordered Status quo, store was quiet, order took a long time, chips were barely warm, not offered cutlery glasses, needs a new manager.

The lady at the counter was incredibly rude when I simply asked for the menu, and her attitude worsened when we politely requested the dirty table to be wiped down. Instead of properly cleaning it, she used a dry towel, claimed she used spray (which clearly wasn’t the case), and left the table sticky with crumbs still visible. That said, I have to give credit where it’s due, the food was really good. It’s a shame that such great food is overshadowed by poor customer service. Hopefully, the management can address this issue to match the quality of their dishes with a better customer experience.

First thing, me and my partner were greeted with a smile and a very happy welcome by a wonderful lad named Evan who also made me smile by complementing my hat and shirt!, whilst waiting (only took like 5 minutes) we happened to overhear he made a small mistake and he sorted it out quickly and professionally. So happy to see that the staff are such kind people here, you’ll definitely see us here again!! Btw the food was INCREDIBLE!
