When you pay a premium price for a product youd expect a premium service to follow, not with these guys, false advertising also machines capacities that dont even come near! Real shame!

Beware this company sells basic generic cash counting equipment at a premium price and its no different to the basic units available elsewhere for half the price. Shop around as they do not manufacture their own units they only a distributor of other companies units.
