Ordered lunch and food was out within 10 minutes. Food was amazing - hot, tasty and filling.

My client and I come here weekly. Hayley the manager is awesome. She knows our order and manages to put a smile on my clients face. Highly recommend for people with special needs. Very professional with a cool vibe

I'm an uber eats delivery driver. I arrived at the store at 7:50 on Sunday night. The store was already being cleaned. The manager told me that they didn't have the order. They were closed and couldn't make food. No apology at all, but Google Maps shows that the closing time is 21 o'clock. I wasted time and money.

It was so nice and refreshing to walk inside the restaurant tonight and it have aircon. The comfort of the aircon, delicious food, clean restaurant and the great customer service from Raphael and the team at Karingal Schnitz will make us continue to coming back.

Very clean and service was both fast and fantastic, especially the ginger-haired young man (sorry didn’t catch your name).

I came to Schnitz Karingal for lunch and had the best time. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the service was outstanding. I was served by Anthony who was very helpful in finding the best choice for me! I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

My husband and I come to this Schnitz very frequently and the food is always amazing and the staff are always lovely. Shout out to staff member Rafael who we see almost every time we come in to eat, he always has the best customer service!!

We had some dinner before a movie. Food was delicious and Raffael’s customer service was excellent.

We had the pleasure meeting of a young, friendly, and charismatic server by the name of Raff. We were warmly greeted upon arrival with a a bright smile and a can do attitude! He wished us well on our journey and waved us goodbye.

Stopped here for an impromptu lunch today and I would definitely recommend to others. Anthony was very friendly, polite and his recommendation superb. The OMG wrap he suggested was so delicious 😋, best wrap I've ever tasted. Amazing value for money as well. I will dine here again with no hesitation. Thanks Schnitz Karingal

My husband and I went for a meal before the movies on a busy Saturday night and the service we got from the 3 young men working was outstanding. They were all very polite . We commented that you don’t see this very often anymore so it was great to see .The food was also lovely and the restaurant spotless . Good job guys

The food here was absolutely fantastic! Our server, a friendly red-headed waiter, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. They were incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Fantastic food. Tasty tasty chips. Probably some of the best out there. Raph was attentive and very helpful. Always a smile on his face and a pleasure when being served by him. Helped run through some deals and the app with me too. Couldn't have had a better experience.

Great Schnitz this one! Located next to Village cinemas and kids play area, just on the edge of Karingal Hub shopping centre, this is a great spot for lunch or dinner. Darcie was very helpful and friendly, with great customer service and the food was delicious and prompt in delivery. Highly recommend!

waited 30 minutes for 2 parmas, then the girl who brang our food was really rude, our food is dry and rock solid, and one of our parmas is TINY

Loved my caesar salad. Salad mix,,dressing, croutons that were not too hard and the tender tasty chicken was great. I have ordered caesar salad from at least 6 other restaurants if not more over the years. Schniz I'm coming back for another caesar it was beautiful. My wife has now ordered the same wrap 3 times now and loves it each time. Now that is saying something when a restaurant keeps serving.up the same taste and quality each time. We were served by two different guys. One was a red headed dude. Both made or visit very welcoming. I loved how they both asked if they could get us anything to just ask. It wasn't cheesy. It really felt genuine. Great service and food. You need to buy up next door so you can have a bigger restaurant. But them again there wasn't too many people so it was just right. Not crowded and nois. Very pleasant and relaxed experience. Maybe that was because my wife was massaging my hand? Nar it had to be Schniz. Love that I have a great restaurant near the Hub.

Quite possibly the best Schnitz around. Friendly staff on for a chat (the complete opposite of what you usually get), knowledgeable and attentive. Fast service with fresh food, made with love. Very fresh ingredients, and a beautiful freshly cooked Schnitzel. Very crisp crumb, the hallmark of something that hasn't been sitting around for very long before being cooked. Unusually high quality from a franchised business. Thumbs up to the owners and staff.

This is my goto schnitz for my partner and I great staff and service . Was served by a young man today who had a smile on his face as soon as he greeted us and took our order. Once seated and was eating he then came out to make sure our food was up to par . Excellent service

Have eaten here a few times and the service is always great. They are helpful and attentive. The food is good as well. Keep training your staff the same way it’s good to see the staff service levels.

Loaded nacho chips were cold! It took ages for staff to acknowledge us to order, (nothing like sorry we will be right with you!) Very disappointed and money wasted

Food was good and customer service is always great

My chicken was burnt 🥵 black. Tasted yuck. I did try to phone and let the store know whoever is on the hot plates is burning the chicken … no one answered

Came in to have late lunch with my sister, ordered a regular meal with large drink. Repeated myself 2-3 times and staff confirmed my order with me. Got to my table and was given wrong size. Went up to change, staff said no worries. Went back to my seat & a male staff member came up and told me I was in the wrong and was very rude. Didn’t offer to show me the docket either. Any time I have come in and the manager is not in, staff have been rude or dismissive. Do better, it costs $0.00 to be nice.

As I’ve been a schnitz customer for a while now, and the past couple of times I have been in and order has been disgusting, the employee really blunt and rude the others were very nice tho and the food, every single time they forgot my cheese in my burger even though it does come with it and was given a warm Pepsi this is disgraceful. I’ve had enough.

Been a Schnitz customer for years but this location is absolutely disgraceful. Ordered both in store and delivery and there is always something missing or incorrect. The staff are not friendly often treating people and customers with disdain and sometimes aggression. Bayside have much nicer staff and could teach them a thing or two about customer service.

Kai was great and so attentive for our party. So energetic and welcoming and the food was quick and hot. 🤗🤗 100% recommend

Just ordered and picked up our food. I ordered sch and chips they didn’t add the chips in. Everything else was fine but it is a little disappointing.

Karingal store seem to always get something wrong in our orders... This time it's spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets. Mr 12 not impressed!! Perhaps less chit chat behind the counter and more attention to detail?! Might be easier for us to just opt for a different food chain nearby

Service was good and the food came out in a timely manner. Ordered a wrap with chips. Wrap was great, chips tasted burnt like the oil needed to be changed but aside from that, would pop in again.

Was served today by a young girl name Skye, her attention to detail and service was fantastic couldn’t recommend more. The store is one of the cleanest I’ve seen and the whole team are fantastic. I’ve been coming from when you opened the store and everything has just gotten better.

Today I was having such a horrible day, and decided “I should try schnits” as soon as I set sail through the doors, a kind, wonderful, passionate, smile greeted me. My mood was lifted straight away… the beautiful and fabulous Shevy I think he said his name was, took my order with passion, energy, and clearly is a positive face to this company, i order the new loaded American chips… fresh, full or flavour, really just got my tummy full of joyful feelings.. thank you to the lovely Shevy… for the wonderful opportunity to be helped by you ❤️

Yesterday evening Came for lunch with my sister .the service was excellent and the chips were to good ..

I had the OMG burger, very good. My 8 year old daughter had the kids snitz on a stick meal and loved it. I will be coming back again.
