I came in tonight near the closing time so i was feeling lucky to be served. Charlotte the manager and the two girls working front named mahsa and efa were really helpful with getting my order correct, some of the best fast food service i have had in a while, it was clean and the atmosphere in here is calm and nice. The girls looked happy to be working and were having a bit of a laugh which made me glad that some teenagers still like to put in the effort while having fun.

Chips are still the yummiest around. The schnitzel was tissue thin inside the crumb. The chairs and tables were dotted with bird poo. The staff were pleasant if not bored. Come again? Yeah, nah. Or just nah.

Dear Owner Appreciate you offering a replacement meal however your offer is declined. The meals purchased were inedible they were heavily coated in salt , my snitznel was overcooked and dry parts of the ends burnt and my order was incomplete and had to follow up the staff for the remainder of the meal. Hence the food was not eaten and most of it left there . It is not only a matter of how food is cooked whats important is the way food is prepared and presented. Hygiene and cleanliness are also important factors. If you take the time to read your restaurant reviews you will also note another customer complaining of food handling in your restaurant and others also complaining of over cooked food and incomplete orders etc. May I suggest that better staff training is implemented and better quality control and that tables are hygienically sanitised and wiped prior to accommodating restaurant customers. Went Schnitz in Point Cook today called a waiter who looked at me and continued to clear plates. Sat down at a table it was completely unclean and had not been wiped or sanitised it was full of water spills cleaned the table myself with sanitised wipes completely black marks from the unclean table Ordered nuggets and a burger the nuggets had to be returned as tgey were so full of salt they were inedible they forgot the chips on the side and had to remind them. We left the food . What a waste of my money. Completely poor service below average food. First time last time now I know why there were very little people in the restaurant Completely poor

Highly disappointed, served non vegetarian food instead of vegetarian, after a bite realised it’s non vegetarian. Staff has no knowledge of how to handle, even saying sorry was so tokenistic! Never going to eat here again!!!

Great customer service here tonight. Ethan was very friendly when taking our orders, and helped us order a meal whilst also providing details about the loyalty app. Mitchell was very prompt when servicing the meals, and ensuring we had everything we needed. And Charlotte kindly came over asking us how our meal and evening was, making sure we were comfortable. Definitely will be back once again!

Love coming to the point cook schnitz, always friendly, happy workers and great service from all of the staff. The food is always amazing.

i am not not normally a fan of chain restaurants, i had lunch at schnitz point cook and found the OMG wrap to be fresh and tasty and the chips were perfect, a touch expensive but that is a complaint about AUS in general not the company

Atrocious.... Ordered delivery and arrived in a timely fashion. Problem is half the order was missing and what arrived was burnt. I rang the shop and was told by the manager that it wasn't their responsibility and I'd have to address it with Uber. (I wasn't aware that Uber prepared and cooked the food). Uber denied there was an issue... Poor form Schnitz... Disgraceful service, or lack thereof.

Well I thought I would give this store another chance. What a BAD MISTAKE that was!!! Over 30 minutes to get our food. Yet they can smash the Uber orders out.

I recently passed through Schnitz Point Cook. I have travelled on some of the world’s best airlines in first class; let me tell you that none of them even come close to the experience I had at the Schnitz Point Cook. This was from a worker called Max. I’ve never known someone to be so welcoming and friendly. He was someone who could turn your horrible and bad day into one of the best times of your life. This kid needs a big-time raise, as well as a promotion. Will be returning as long as Max Clark is working!!!

Mitch mcfarlane and Charlotte gave excellent service today and prepared my meal in the best possible manner. Food was exquisite and full of flavour and juices. 10/10 service and attitude. Much recommend this store

All was silent, not a creature was stiring, not even a mouse when all of a sudden a wave of hungry people hit. The staff were immediately overwhelmed but handled the situation with great team work and leadership. The hordes were satisfied quickly, seeing all their needs met and food of equal proportion and quality. I will highly recommend to my kinship.

Been to shnitz a few times, absolutely love the service that they offer, especially from the young lady at the front desk, she was very polite and friendly towards me and my family tonight. The food was cooked perfectly and efficiently. Great place to eat.

My wife and I had the schnitzel plate meal, one with chips and the other with coleslaw, with a side of gravy. The meal was excellent as you would expect from this franchise. The only drawback is the fact that there is a sparrow living in the dining area. This little bird has left quite a mess on the seating and we saw it poop on a diner. The sparrow needs to be shown the door, with its regular nesting areas treated appropriately to stop it coming back and the seats given a thorough clean.

Usually i love schnitz but this time maybe the point cook was busy due to school holiday or something my burger tastes stale. I know the buns aren’t fresh but the burger i got was not toasted . I did not enjoy a single bite. One more thing while ordering the food i could not understand a single word my server was saying. He just mumbled i had to ask him three times before i made out what he was trying to say. He just looked like he did bot wanna be there at all. Just woke up from sleep.

A big fan of Schnitz. I just ordered from this store for the first time. As I was waiting for my order, I saw one of the staff wiping off crumbs from the counter (with the gloves on) and then wrapped up an order without changing the gloves. Unfortunately, that was my order. She used the same gloves to pick the crumbs (clean) on the counter and then wrap my order. I did point it out and she started arguing that she didn't do anything as such. Check your cameras, as I clearly saw when she did that. Anyways, I was in a rush to get home and did not argue. Did not feel like eating that wrap as well. Sorry, won't be visiting this store again.

Received one of my meals and waited for the other over 30 minutes asked someone where about the rest of my meals were to find out they haven’t made them due to docket was thrown out waited another 10 to eat was not happy about it

I had a lovely interaction today with miss charlotte, her great customer service and energy was so uplifting to my mood considering the morning I was having i can say in confidence I’ll be visting the point cook schnitz very soon!!

The food was amazing and the service was on a timely manner. All staff were nice however , charlotte who served us was very welcoming and pleasant. 100% will be returning.

Shnitz point cook have excellent food. Cooked and prepared beautifully. The staff show the upmost respect especially the young girl named Charlotte she was absolutely amazing.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant yesterday evening. I placed a takeaway order at approximately 7:12 PM for a Spice of Life burger and nachos loaded fries. I was informed that the order would be ready in 10 minutes, but after 15 minutes, I had not received my food. When I inquired, a staff member (white shirt, short height) assured me it would be ready in another 3-4 minutes. However, another 10 minutes later, I was told that my order had already been prepared. By the time I tasted the food, it was clear that it had been sitting out for an extended period. The fries were soggy, and the loaded fries had toppings poorly distributed in the center rather than evenly spread. The burger was also cold, and the patty was soggy, further indicating that it had been left out too long. In addition to the food quality issues, it was evident that staff members were more engaged in chatting with each other rather than focusing on their duties, which contributed to the delays. This was, unfortunately, the worst experience I’ve had at your establishment. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better staff training and service in the future.

Man I just love this place. So consistent. Never disappoints. My go to is the American/Swiss/Hawaiian wraps. I always struggle to finish the sweet potato fries, cause they serve so much!! Customer service is super friendly. My date took a picture of the food right before we dug in, the chef noticed as she was walking out and got sooo giddy. It was such a wholesome reaction. That's the kind of vibrant energy most places in Melbourne lack.

By far the best schnitz going around! Honestly these guys know how to cook a perfectly golden crumbed succulent schnitzel. Ummm what happened to schnitz? The burgers don't look like they used too and seemed to have dropped in quality. The bun was tiny and looked like we had ordered a toddler size as it was so disproportionate to the toppings. The bun is literally half the size of what it used to be. Then there was the chicken. Where has the flavour gone? It was so thin, have you been halving the fillets as some sort of cost cutting measure? Also the service could definitely use some training staff need to wake up a bit. At least the chips have not changed.

I had a wonderful experience with the cashier that served me, Jesse was not only helpful but gave wonderful recommendations on what to order. He made the overall experience better than expected, 100% would come again.

We were 2 of us (vegetarian) and had a nachos loaded chips and vegetarian Parma. Both the dishes were so tasty and yummy. I tried it for the first time and couldn’t stop thinking about it. The fried , sauces the topping everything was too good. My heart and stomach felt good.

Food was soggy and cold after a very long wait. Restaurant was very dirty and dirty dishes covering all the empty tables.

Watched the burger getting made and it just sat in the cold for about 15 minutes. Watched one of the cooks lean over and put their arm on it and it was frozen cold when it came out 30 minutes after order. They took the burger back to remake, but just recooked the schnitzel turning it to leather.

Schnitz Point Cook has been gradually going downhill. The food quality has deteriorated and the staff has become pretty indifferent in the past few months. I have been a regular customer for several years (mainly takeaways) and unfortunately I don't get the same high-quality food or service anymore. The staff doesn't tend to acknowledge customers waiting at the pick-up counter. It seems they try to avoid interaction and you can see a clear lack of enthusiasm in their body language. For the last two times, my experience has been particularly disappointing. The first time the restaurant did not provide the juice that came with the meal and this time it took them over 10 minutes between preparing the wraps and completing the order (apparently the fries took a long time), which resulted in the wraps becoming soggy. And, by the way, at 7:30pm on a Saturday, there were just 3 tables occupied with another 3-4 customers / delivery drivers waiting for their takeaway orders. Schnitz Point Cook's worsening standards may possibly be linked to the change in its management. Although unlikely, but if reducing business and/or damaging the goodwill the new management's game plan is, then oh boy, you are on the right track!
