This is the 2nd time we have been here first time about 4 years ago and it was disgusting so we decided to try again. Wow oh wow absolutely beautiful meals the staff are wonderful and the place looked like it had been done up. Heaps of room and we will be back definitely. Am glad we went back wonderful.

Had been given accomodations for state cup at this place and it was very good freindly and the pizza were good also

Attended for a work lunch on the 13/02/25. Great atmosphere. Drinks were cold and refreshing. All 10 meals were delicious and ready within 15minutes of ordering. Staff were lovely and had great customer service. We will be back.

Dropped in for lunch, really nice feed and lunch menu was well priced. Didn't stay in motel though.

Just had an amazing Caesar Salad at The Sporties and my husband yet again had the best steak and salad ! Best service and ambience. Thank you we love relaxing at The Sporties.

We, at Ingenia Gardens, had around 20 residents attend for lunch on Sunday the 12th January 2025. Everything was perfect - the meals were scrumptious and every staff member was friendly and professional. We have been coming for a few years, and we will certainly been back!

Meals were ok we had a schnitzel, sporties Parma, fish n chips and a margarita pizza - schnitzels were good, chips were not crunchy and were not hot. Portions were pretty standard (fish on fish n chips was small). Kids range didn’t have a schnitzel or the pizza my daughter likes so had to get adult sizes. Kids colouring was good and service was good. Prices were standard. Toilets were not clean. The rest of the venue was clean.

Travelling with the Starr’s went for dinner whilst visiting Wagga Wagga We both ordered the Rump steak and vegetables with mash. Steak was tender with average portions. Wine selection was good and prices were good … The hotel has been renovated and is very clean neat and modern. We sat out side as we had associate producer REM Dog with us. Overall Travelling with the Starr’s gives the Sportsman’s Club Hotel 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a booking for 8:30 on a Thursday. When we got there they told us the kitchen was closed. Had to find food elsewhere before everywhere shut at 9.

We had our Christmas party last night . We would recommend this venue to anyone. There was approximately 16 of us and meals and service was prompt and friendly even though it was very busy. Our meals were great.

Very average at Best. Seriously need to do something about all the flies inside.

Ordered the surf and turf. Prawns and squid ok, ordered steak medium well done, it came out PINK. Sweet chilli dressing on my salad - would've been nice to know that was going on there as I don't like sweet chilli. The nicest part of the meal was the sauce. Award winning my ass!!! Oh and almost forgot, we didn't bother drinking our jug of drink - first lot of glasses given - DIRTY. Went back to request clean ones, DIRTY! I'm talking CHUNKS you could FEEL on the glasses! Won't be back, don't recommend. Plenty of good pubs and clubs in Wagga that do a WAY better dinner than this!

Great service, excellent meals and atmosphere. Hot tip; get there early because it fills quickly and can take a while to get a drink or meal.

FSteak rare not mediumood was not cooked properly. Asked for medium, this is definitely rare.

I travelled from Grafton NSW to visit friends here in Wagga, the first day I was here I found Sporties and decided to have lunch. Wow what a fantastic place to eat. Food was the best that I have eaten in any other venue that I have visited. I will definitely be back, highly recommending to my family and friends. Definitely 5 star.

Always a great place to meet up for a beer and a great pub feed. Staff are friendly and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure your needs are met.

The pub was packed and we wanted to have something quick and easy for dinner on our most recent trip to Wagga. Food was okay with reasonable sized serves. Drinks were reasonably priced and the staff friendly. Not the best pub by any means but all in all, not too bad.

What a gem of a pub! The rooms have been refurbished beautifully and was super comfortable. Staff were absolutely lovely and the food was good. Thoroughly recommend it.

Ordered sportsman burger $24 very disappointed… no side salad… burger average and small…20 chips… my partner had $16 meal which was good… more chips 3 flatheads side salad…. sorry mine was below average for the money… probably won’t go again for food

The Sporties is such a great spot for lunch dinner or Just a quiet beer. Best chicken schnitzel in town. Awesome outdoor beer garden area if you’re looking for a place to just chill out

Very Clean place .. location good .. very well presented .. however very Loud place to be for a sleepover due to music .. not good for my ears. If one is okay with music going on non stop until early morning .. then this might be the place to be. Having said that we were there on Australia Day Friday night, and music might not be on on your visit. Advise you to check for yourself this is where I failed.

This bar and pub seems like the place where only locals (especially those interested in sports) hang out, but the food was fantastic! I had the chicken parmigiana special with BBQ sauce, salt and mashed potatoes, and my husband had the salmon quinoa bowl. Both was delicious!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the venue, and the food was scrumptious.

What a delightful find! My wife and I were travelling from Adelaide to Sydney, and just Googled a cheap bed for the night after a day of driving. Instead we found this! Checked in at 10:00 pm by Mel who has the customer skills of someone twice her age i.e. fabulous. She also helped organise parking for me as we had a trailer. The traditional upstairs country hotel room had recently been decorated in a most untraditional way. We loved it. The queen bed was comfy. In-room handbasin to supplement the (again traditional) shared wet area down the hall. Large TV and useful furniture. After settling in and cleaning up we went downstairs for a drink. Literally had the place to ourselves (it was a Tuesday night) and felt like royalty. The other staff we met were friendly and professional. And there is a beer garden! I haven't travelled those parts in 50 years, but we'd love to go back. Oh, and it was the cheapest accommodation we could find in Wagga Wagga. And to Mel? Long may you prosper. You are a champion.
