Happen to be at this Mcdonald on 14.02.2025 at 9 PM since most dinner places were full (could not make booking at other place). Staffs were superb and feel bad to see young staff members so much under the pump. Due to them Being busy they could not have had time to empty bins. See photos. Management is trying to cut cost and Mcdonalds felt like a junk yard with all bins overflowing. Hey Mcdonalds management employ sufficient staffs during rush hour.

I had a bad experience at this McDonald outlate. At drive through, EPTPOS machine did not recognise my card for first time. I did payment on the second attempt. Once I saw the payment approved, I moved to the collection point. At the collection point I was told that I have not done payment. I had to line up again and do payment. Person was very rude and was not paying any attempt to listen. Situation could better be handled if I was not asked to line up again, even after repeated requst to check with cash registers, the delivery person did not accept and asked me to come back and line up. After the incident, I lined up , I was told it was some system issue , system was frozen and they confirm the payment. System issue are understandable, but forcing customers to suffer with this is unfair. Hope team here can deal with customers in appropriate manner.

Not bad for Macdonald’s

food and location is great. Service is poor and they get the orders in orrect and or mixed up. I had my drive by order mixed up on several occasions., including this morning.

I wouldn’t not recommend to come to this McDonald’s and would rather make an extra 5 minute drive to another one, the girl handing out the drinks didn’t bother to be careful, she just shoved them at me, which caused them to spill all over my car. Then, when I checked my order, they had forgotten the fries. To top it off, the burger looked like it had been thrown together in a rush it’s barely even assembled, with everything just scattered inside the box

What is worse waiting for your order to get ready, driving home to find out they have stuffed up, driving back to the store, speak to the manager, not get any apologies, drive home to eat a cold meal which was not replaced just given new warm food mixed with cold. Pathetic ... I am so angry. This maccas prices go up and the quality is so poor.

Very quick service

Was good when it first opened but the service and quality has dropped off badly. Our last meal was an $80 order for the family and the food was poor (see photos). They also missed an item which I had to go back and get. Poor.

Food is fast and good from the kitchen but don't order from the cafe. It's like they pretend it doesn't exist and therefore nothing gets made. If you do finally end up getting your food/drink from the cafe its terrible. None of the crew seem to wear their uniforms correctly or at all. There is a nice amount of tables and facilities such as bathrooms, usb ports and adequate parking.

This was the most disgusting mcdonalds I’ve ever been forced to eat at. The food had sat around in someone’s desk for 2 business days, it was revolting. The lettuce in the burger was brown and limp. The chicken nuggets tasted like they’d been living in a chemical factory for 2 years, they didn’t taste like chicken or nugget. Absolutely disgusting. The bin was so overflowing people were putting rubbish onto the table next to the bin. I don’t expect gourmet or even nice food at McDonalds but this was not even closely related to food, it was chemicals and cardboard. Yuck

Ice cream machine was broken. Ordered a cheese burger with no patty. How ever it came with the patty.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve visited. The place looks like a cold, unwelcoming prison—no character, just concrete walls that make the atmosphere feel morbid. The service is beyond terrible, with orders taking over 20 minutes to arrive, even when it’s not busy. The staff are practically invisible, hiding behind walls and showing zero interest in their customers. No smiles, no apologies, no acknowledgment of their poor service. Absolutely disappointing experience—I’m never coming back.

Couldn't drink the coffee. Similar experiences at some other stores too. Understand that taste of coffee also depends on the barista, may be some more training required? Just a thought

Was surprised. One of the cleanest Maccas in Sydney I have ever been too. Can't say for most stores.

Check your orders, please! These people are always getting things wrong or leaving things out. Also people working are so unfriendly need more people like Trump working there.

If I could give minus stars I would. Ordered here tonight (3/12) via the app and stated I wanted no chicken sauce on my burger as it makes me vomit. Imagine my annoyance when I got home and the burger was coated in the same sauce I said I didn’t want. I only ordered as I wanted a quick meal as I had taken my insulin for my diabetes (type2) and wanted to make sure my sugars didn’t drop dangerously low. As this burger was covered in sauce I had to scramble for alternatives as I was starting to get a sugar hypo! Lucky I had some soft drink & glucose jelly beans which did the trick. Very nutritious dinner in the end!!!!!!! Just what I was trying to avoid after a very long day. No one at McD’s answering the phone, no way to point out the issue, but then again they seemed so disinterested when I went through drive-through to pick up my order it’s no surprise you can’t contact them. In the present climate with cost of living I really don’t want to throw away a $11 plus burger but had no choice as I couldn’t drive back with such low blood sugar. Last time I give any of my money to these people, absolutely disgusting.

Understaff and really bad service

I ordered a family meal for 2 which has 4 burgers and two medium chips with two drinks, but instead got a portion size of small chips and was also missing a cheese burger.

A bit under staffed later on the night

The people working in this MacDonald's store do not give a damn for online orders. They are just serving Drive- trough and wlk-in customers. Tonight, after waiting more than 15 minutes, the order wasn't ready< so after a conflict, I canceled the order. Do not buy from this store to teach them a lesson.

21/11/24 - 1145pm - female 17 year old staff advised us to park at bay so they could drop the food to us. We waited for 15 mins and my husband came out of the car to ask the same female staff where was the order. Instead she said she doesn’t do the cafe drinks and used the four letter word on him and said my husband was following her and that she’s 17years old! Kyle the manager was good to refund the money and apologetic but we think the female should not be customer facing.

Went through the Drive-thru on 21 Nov at 11.58pm and was told to park in the waiting bay where I waited for 20mins. My order did not show up and I was the only car there. In the end, I had to walk up to drive through and asked for my order and was asked to wait another 5mins for the order to be made. It appears the night crew were bludging doing nothing. 30 mins wait for simple drive through order. This will need to be addressed.

What a joke. Went to get ice-cream for the family and they replied with sorry we aren’t servicing icecream due to cleaning the icecream machines and not sure when they’ll be ready. So we then tried to go to kings park and they said the same thing. In my hole life I’ve never had this and the people we asked who work there before they said they have never heard that cause they usually have 2 machines and they clean one at a time. Cant believe the team.

staff always using phone on the work time not response customers

I'm writing to share my concerns regarding the night staff . Firstly, I have noticed that they often take a considerable amount of time to get prepared, seemingly enjoying their time inside instead of being ready to assist drivers promptly. Secondly, I have experienced a lack of respect from the staff. On several occasions, when I attempted to communicate or call out to them, my concerns were ignored. I kindly request that you address these issues with the night staff to improve communication and efficiency.

Just stopped for an ice cream. Street access was difficult as cars trying to get into the drive through blocked up incoming traffic. Entrance to drive through would have worked better if it was positioned from the opposite direction.

This is a pretty weird McDonald's. The inside is very minimalistic, and there is a very clear message that they want you to order either on the app or at one of the self-serve machines. There was almost no one else there, and our order took a little while. It had some good points, though, the tables with the USB ports are clearly an attempt at getting people to stay longer. Overall, it was just a bit of a weird experience. There were no menus at all, which is odd considering every other McDonalds has them plastered everywhere. It was very clean, though, and it's just a reality that McDonalds is no longer a cheap meal.

3 out of 5 times,they forgot to pack one or two things I ordered ,no matter drive through or delivery! Very disappointed service.

Fries not fresh rest all is good

Staff just stands and chat rather serving. They think their chatter is more imp than others time…come with some spare time as timely service is not possible at this McD

Worst maccas. When i turned around in the parking area to return the order because the drink was just soda water and the fries wasnt even half full. I requested a refund and the manager told me he cant and wont refund me. He said the other manager will look at the cctv footage and decide if i deserve a refund or check if i ate the food before returning it. I then asked the manager for his name and he refused to give it to me. NEVER coming here again. They can keep their food and terrible service. Since when can you not get a refund when the product you received wasnt complete or to the standard you ordered.

Not the first time this Maccas has been incredibly slow with our order. After 25mins they finally started preparing a simple family bundle. Disinterested staff, I’ll drive the extra mile for better service.

Terrible service

Maccas food is maccas food, can’t say anything was super special with food however this place has a kids playpen, drive through, and is a perfect meeting place before getting on the M7.

Over fried, over cooked, burnt fry which is just great. Plus bland, dry and not crispy mchicken. Thank you so much Maccas for uping the price plus making things more bad.

Clean, fast, and good service to sum it all up. Convenient with the Shell petrol station next door.
