Restuarant usually unavailable. Coffees not great. Great dance events (learning and social. Great dance floor. It has a bar, toilets, outside seating area looking onto oval. Aircon not working very well. No pokies.

Go there for dance lessons on Monday lessons and a dance on Wednesday nights and the Occasional special function.

Lots of variety for dance classes

We had a party for 85 people last Saturday right, 20th July 2024 and right from the start of organising through to the event the experience was so easy. The food was great, the chef so obliging, the service and bar staff excellent and a super BIG shout out to Angela who was so very helpful right from the start and who made our party extra special. Thank you. Do yourselves a favour and check out this great club next time you have an event. You won’t be sorry. Debbie Rose.

I was invited here to farewell a good friend. And found it a wonderful place to celebrate. We had a good meal and entertainment. All in all a pleasant evening

Good to See that the Italo-Australian Club has bought Back Karaoke on Thursday Night 7 till 10pm This is now my Go to Venue, run by Dezi K. the best Karaoke Host on the coast, Great Food, friendly staff and atmosphere this place ticks all the boxes.

I go there for functions & weekly clssses/meetings at GoldCoast Rockers. Staff are friendly.& professional

Dancing and socialising

The airconditioning has been fixed and is now COLD. Great for dancing with huge dance floor. Can't comment on the meals yet but menu has improved recently and there is actually Italian food now made in the kitchen. Worth giving the club another go if you found it too hot in the past. Bring a jacket if you are not dancing it is really cool!

Club with a lot of potential. We went to see Father & Son Duo who are incredible. Unfortunately the lack of air con or fans made it uncomfortable. Food is quite nice but a reduced menu.

We went to see brit beat mania play here on Saturday night. The food, tempura prawns and salad was lovely. The entertainment was fabulous. What a great group. Only criticism was that the venue had only 3 fans and attempting to dance was hot and uncomfortable. The poor band were also dripping wet. The venue run out of ice for the drinks and water at the bar was luke warm. A big shout out for the man running the bar. Mainly on his own. Great customer service and friendly and helpful. Well done.

Paid $69 for a set menu for Melbourne Cup day 2023. Unfortunately the venue ran out of main meals and served bar snacks and vegetables in lieu of the advertised mains. Staff and management were rude and instead of acknowledging their shortcomings were very defensive. Would not go back to this venue.

Beautiful place, great atmosphere, but the food is the worst.. 🙄🤦‍♀️ needs to improve a lot... 🤷‍♀️ Maybe ... 😉🤷‍♀️ that's why the parties are never full ?

well after waiting 45 mins for our dinner, only to be told that they had run out when the buzzer rang , then I got bad attitude from the girl serving in the bistro ..

This club has absolutely nothing Italian about it. Management is awful and rude, the food and drinks are expensive and below average. Last time one of the pizza was still half frozen. The spiel on their website on how they are a friendly club and love visitors is a lie. This club could have potential if they only scrapped the current management and they put competent people to run the place.

Food was absolutely delicious

About 7.40pm on a Friday night I rang to see what time the club closed for meals on a Friday. I was surprised to hear they were open for dining until 8.30pm. We made our way and arrived about 8.10pm. We confirmed we weren't participating in the Lindy Hop and Swing dancing and made our way to the bar. On speaking to the staff that we were there for dinner, we all looked at the dark kitchen in dismay. The bar staff went looking for kitchen staff, but couldn't find any one. When we said we were told it was open until 8.30, they explained it was a seperate business to the bar. We took a drink to watch the dancing, feeling annoyed that we were now probably unable to get a meal locally, due to the time. But then, Jordano (?) came and offered to prepare us a focaccia, seeing the kitchen was closed. We gratefully accepted his offer, but then he came back and said he would cook us a meal, seeing we had been let done by miscommunication. The meal was lovely, and we were very grateful that he went out of his way to reopen the kitchen and serve us meals. Due to his above and beyond service, we'll definately go back. Before 8pm!! 🤣

Great vibe and good food but miss the owner Tanya

Band was great really entertaining which made up for the very ordinary food. Recommend eating somewhere else before going to the show.

Never again. The band we saw were great but the manager/owner lady (Robyn?) was extremely rude on the phone when booking and on the night. Mediocre food at best. Nice staff, feel sorry for them having to work there. Will go see the band at another venue worthy of having them play at their venue.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. And this is directly aimed at the rude, arrogant and all round lowlife that is Marco the chef. The food is atrocious and his complete disregard for customers is appalling. This ‘man’ treats his customers badly and his young staff even worse. I will never step foot in this place again. .

Good music, Below average food, Restaurant staff need training, nil customer service. Bar attendant was lovely, Unsure how they stay open.

Not good bathrooms facilities

We had an enjoyable afternoon celebrating our Dad's 91st Birthday. We felt like the other guests knew us because they were all so friendly & expressed wishes to my Dad. We were entertained with Country & rock n roll music by Michael Asma & the pastas were delicious! Big Thank You to Marco the Chef, Abby, Verne & rest of staff that made our day so special!!

I attended here for my mother-in-law’s 90th birthday breakfast after her balloon flight. We were very well catered for with a generous selection of food for breakfast and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Food was great staff extremely friendly, special mention to head chef Marco who came to our table and discussed the meal options. Fantastic experience, looking forward to our next visit.

Pros : great stage and dance floor. Spacious. Ample parking. Sometimes, good gigs. Cons : 1. If you enjoy dancing, the place is NOT air conditioned. As you become thirsty, you will have to stand in line to get water in a very small glass (if you are lucky). 2. Sub standard food. Kitchen staff was spotted handling food without gloves. Coleslaw and salads are supermarket taste and veggies are not fresh. Forget dressing. 3. Understaffed so no/minimal table service. Good luck waiting for salt, napkin or an extra fork. 4. Think a pub meal being served late , poorly presented and overpriced. EAT AT HOME. 5. When you order dri ks from the bar, resist putting your elbows or hands on the counter as it can be quite sticky.

This was amazing

No Access from Bermuda St so had to walk the long way around. It took an extra 10 mins to get there. The food gave be a mild case of food poisoning. Only reason to go is for the great entertainment

So we ordered garlic bread pizza and ice cream we waited 1 hour for bread 1.5 hour for the rest so in total it took 2.5 hours

Great place to maintain my diet. After 2 hours, the food still hadn't shown up. Went to politely ask how long it would be and got abused about it. Would not return or recommend to anyone.

This club is a little hard rto find even with the help of a GPS. There is a long long driveway lacking in signage. Halfway I thought maybe I should turn around as I was in the wrong place. Once I arrived the greeting was warm and friendly. There is a big kitchen where they try to please a range of tastes and budgets and the bar is big. They do put on regular musical events and I undestand, once upon a time, the rock and roll people used this as their headquarters. The dance floor is huge but has been taken over by the bistro tables. The restaurant is isolated from the dance floor and you cannot hear the music. Open to the general public and adviseable to book a table for dining room or for tickets to the musical event. During Covid-19, dancing is not permitted.

Had a great night of Karaoke, spacious area and NO pokies. Food was OK and bar service was efficient.

Attended for a party of 45.. Absolute disaster in the kitchen an food especially since it was finger food. Some guests actually ordered meals and got those delivered ahead of the other food. Suggest you seek an alternative venue

Great Latin Music, chilled atmosphere

Was looking forward to some traditional Italian food. I was very disappointed with the meal. The pasta was very expensive and the portion size was very small, particularly for the price. That aside the pasta sauce was very bland and kind of watery and pretty tasteless. I certainly wouldn't go there again to eat, even at half the price I wouldn't think it was worth the visit. I hope the club can re-invent themselves and completely review the standard of food in the kitchen.

Worst customer service ever, cashier ignoring us standing in front of her. People queueing up behind us waiting for ages like really? She busy assisting the only one waitress. Hope they get trained properly, won't be coming back after having our dinner finally after 2 hours of waiting.

Lunch today at this restaurant was disgusting and cold, processed food, expensive, rude waitress, will never set foot in your establishment again. One star is far to much.

Nice and roomy, food mediocre, great for socialising, bar staff could be a bit more friendly am only talking of one bar attendant whose name I didn't get but as overseas visitors wasn't impressed

Food very average, had spaggetti bol came with parmersan cheese out of the tin, yuk. Also had the Roast, over cooked, veggies bland, gravy like cement. Over priced meals.It was a Tue night
