Really bad to play a game right now with the wifi problem they have

Always a great time there with the kids! Lots of fun and plenty of variety of things to do.

Good fun, they have a range of decent games. The Laura Croft and rollercoaster simulator was a highlight for me. Put $10 on a card and it's a good 20-30 minutes of fun if you choose carefully. Ideal as a lite date activity after sharing a meal nearby. 👫

Please fix the midnight maximum tune machine, these arcade machine are the crowd attractions, only 1 running and 3 other still broken after months

A nice place for some fun day out with family. The kids really love going to play time. Some really nice collection of arcade games. Even adult love going to arcade.

I don't think I've ever hated an experience here but it just feels like something is always off... A machine is broken here or there should be more of this there. I mean most of my issues really just stem from me wanting more and have an incredibly short attention span but if you're already in Blacktown and want to pass an hour before a movie or something to do before you head home after dinner then it's great but I wouldn't go through any effort to travel here.

This is my son’s go to place. We absolutely have to visit this place when in Castle towers. Good arcade games. This is the only place in which claw machines are not rigged.

Very loud so probably not the best place to bring someone who struggles with lots of conflicting, loud noises. Good combination of standing games, physical games, sitting games and precision style games. Very bright and colourful inside. Easy to find as both this and the bowling place are in a corridor that's directly opposite Mad Mex.

One of my favorite places to go and I've had so many friends say this place is better then most arcades

Nice little place up on 4 at Blacktown Westpoint. Not a huge selection, but has most arcade games from each category I would say. Card price is okay, the unlimited ones are a rip off though.. All machines were running which is good (no defective ones). It's not very crowded most times we've been there. $30-50 bucks will make 1-2 kids really happy!

Is a great place to hang out with ur mates, or meet new people(certain game communities). Staff are friendly and willing to help wen its needed

Playtime arcade is a great place to visit for those who love playing arcade games. The machines are well maintained and provide an enjoyable gaming experience. The claw machines have a decent variety of toys, so there's always something new to play for. Overall, I highly recommend Playtime arcade for a fun and enjoyable gaming experience.

Pretty cool joint..kids loved it and i enjoyed the basketball and Pacman..school holiday's so it was packed but somehow we got to do everything we wanted..only took forever to pick what my kids wanted in the end as we knew how many tickets we had won🥴🤕😅

It's gotten boring over the years, having only ticket machines available and nothing like fighting games or rhythm games. I won't be coming back here unless they get something new (Which i doubt.) Or the ddr machine works. Staff were kind.

I like the fact that they have plenty to choose from in prizes. Rouse Hill have a timezone but very lousy prizes. Timezone at rouse Hill have too many lollies and a lot of machines don't work all the time. This games centre all the games were working well and a good variation too. I like the fact that the prizes are for some adults as well

I'm really enjoying my time at Playtime, Blacktown. The venue is exquisite and the staff are super friendly! I do truly wish that they had a maimai machine though, it's my favourite game! And my friends and I must travel countless hours to play it, it would be very convenient if a machine were able to make its way to such an amazing venue!

I was pretty disapointed with the laser tag they have. My family and I played 1 game of laser tag and everything just seemed to not work properly, the guns kept cutting out for a few seconds and 2 of my brothers just completely had their guns stop working and no workers were there to fix it. they had to wait 5 minutes for a worker to come and by that time the game was over. I told the staff and they gave us 2 20 minute game cards. I specifically asked the staff member if they would work if I was to use them at a later time and also at a timezone and she said yes. But suprise suprise they were Void when I tried to use them.

The staff are extremely patient with my children while picking prizes.
