The two party hosts Isabelle and Emily. M were fabulous. They were very respectful, responsible and professional. All the children and parents commented how good both Emily and Isabelle were. We had a birthday party here on a Saturday and our party host was Tanush and Angela! They were amazing! They took care of the kids and all the special requests that I made were provided. I would like them to be acknowledged by management, please. The price per kid is so worth it. They had bowling, arcade time, party room and each kid got points to spend in the prize shop! One of the best Arcades and Entertainment venues in Victoria. It's a must, perfect for the school holiday. Great staff, great atmosphere and location is ideal. There are extra car parks around the back of the venue if you can't find one at the front.

We had my son 9th birthday party here and he love it. He was so excited that he request to have his birthday party here again next year. We got Saad hosted the party for my son. Saad was very professional and the kids were able to interact very well with him. He was able to help us understand what happening and assist with our questions. Saad was very helpful with helping us stored my son present until the end of the party. Will arrange for my son party here again and hope to get Saad as the host as well.

Had a friend's son birthday party on Saturday afternoon. It was a 10 heads kids party. Lazer tag, arcade and lunch then cake option. The venue was clean, organised and just as impressive is the staff handling the party was extremely patient, organised and definitely on top of the party. Highly recommended. Can't fault this experience.

Last weekend we celebrated my Irish twins 8th and 9th Birthday here. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the birthday package selected, from bowling to laser tag, arcade fun, party room and food and even points to spend at the arcade shop. Kids loved every minute and have been talking about their time at zone, all week. Emily. W was our host who did such An amazing job ensuring the kids had a fun yet safe day and also ensuring the parents were catered to also. One would need a lot of patience working with so many kids, different ages, on a regular basis yet Emily managed to do it with ease. With her positive, approachable attitude, she made my children's day a breeze. Thanks Again.

Came here for Christmas party. Lots of fun. We did have issues with bowling alley breaking a few times and needing assistance from the staff. I had a spider as a drink, don't reccomend. They use soft server instead of ice cream so it won't foam correctly like a traditional spider. Good location and lots of games!

Had a lovely time celebrating 8yr old’s birthday party at ZB Clayton! Party host (Tanush) was extremely helpful and kind, went over and above to help out with the arrangements. 5 stars to him. Felt that their service was a little slow to bring out beverages, left us hanging several times, possibly due to staff shortages, so the 4 stars is really a management related rating. Will definitely come back here for other parties, and hope they can up their service game! Thanks Tanush and thanks ZB Clayton for making my 8yr old’s party special!

My local arcade. A great place to play well serviced machines. There has been times my partner and i have only come in for one try at the claw machine and a meal! Amazing atmosphere and super kind staff. Only issues... The pinballs (The thing my partner and i mainly do come to play) 1.Right now Deadpool's right flipper seems to be having some issues and needs a new coil stop (?) and the playfield could use a good clean. 2.I really wish they got the stern insider connected upgrade kits for these machines, I love keeping my scores and the badges that mean i played a certain machine on a certain day, or kept a daily streak.

Last Sunday 24/11/2024 we booked the lazer tag for 12 kids at 5 pm. But they said they were behind the schedule and put us to 6 pm. And also they add another 4 Old guys to vs with these 12 Kids under 11. The kids were totally unhappy because there is no FUN. What on earth 4 people vs with 12 kids. Point results are Kids 65000 and those 4 guys 6000.

Hired a place to celebrate kid Birthday Party. The Bday package is one of the best, not cheap but it includes everything from bowling, arcade, host and Bday room. The place itself is massive located near IKEA Springvale. At lease around 20 lanes of bowling and multiple arcade games. As this is Timezone thus there is a excitement to change the ticket to a toy. It has important amnenities such as clean toilet and baby's room. The host is organised, good communicator and fun. Defintely recommended.

We had my son's 11th birthday party there and it was great. Mabel was a great party host. When a child left their jacket after leaving, she even remembered who it belonged to even though we couldn't!
