I love the chicken parma - my favourite. I don’t drink, smoke or gamble so can’t comment on the rest of the business, but the food is a treat.

Upon returning to this venue again with a friend was very disappointed at the size of the Chicken Parma on the Seniors Menu. It was half the size of what it was the last time l was there. Also less chips. I was wondering why they had changed it on the menu from the previously Chicken Parmigiana to seniors Half 1/2 Chicken Parmigiana but was even smaller than last time.

Gluten free menu is great, stayed because the kids were happy to play for hours

They don’t honour the deals they have on their new app. The manger was tuff luck I will send feed back, very disappointed with service.

On public holidaya they dont honor frisbie rewards even though they still adverstise it. Legally they have to honor advertised deals unless stated in t and c.

Ordered chicken wings and pork belly bites. Wings were average. Pork belly bites were plain and dry. No flavour whatsoever. And no crispness. It's a shame. I work hard for my money.

We’ve come here dozens of times and while the food has never been the reason we come (just average pub food with decent sized portions), it is the reason we won’t come back! Overcooked small Parma (last time the kids serving was bigger) and the pizzas were uneatable. Chips were the only thing that was a pass. If it weren’t for the playground and kids icecream deal we would have walked out

Each time I come in, no one at the front desk to greet me. So I seat myself and then get told off for sitting down? Food is large portions and can get quiet loud when busy

We had a family birthday party with the Grand Children. There was plenty of room for everyone, the kids had fun in the play area. The food came out quickly and we all left happy and full. We would highly recommend the Edward's Lake Hotel.

Food was delicious 😋 Great spot for the kids with an epic indoor playground. Definitely take the kids...they'll love it.

The spaghetti marinara was superb. Better than the lastime we had, we complained then. Keep it up and c u soon.

I like the place, but not much of a choice of vegetarian food.

Poor service, table for 8 was cramped, salt and pepper were empty, 6 out of 8 people got meals fairly quick, last 2 received there meals when we had finished ours.

Only disappointment was the Calamari dish. Apart from that everything else we ordered was excellent.

Visited the hotel today for my Godfather's 99th birthday and Olivia was one of the waitress that was looking after our area and we all agreed on our table how well we are looked after by Olivia. Her mannerism, demeanor, attitude and customer service was a class above everyone else. Serving with a smile and helping to make our visit a memorable one. Thank you Olivia.

5 people in our group for lunch & can I say food on all was disgusting & the cost was $200 + drinks. Fishermans platter crap, Risotto crap tasted like cardboard, garlic prawns disappointing, mixed BBQ platter disappointing, salt & pepper squid overcooked like most of the other dishes. Most plates were still 3/4 full when we left. It Was a 21st birthday lunch & was very disappointing. I won’t be taking the family there again sorry to say.

First visit for some of our family and they enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the kids enjoyed the playground.

We had a great time. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was a busy Sunday yet nothing was to hard and the staff all worked super hard. A great experience and we will be back.

Had a Birthday party for my 3 year old son, was told I'd have someone who would do face painting. Party started at 2pm and finished at 4pm at around 3pm I asked if someone was going to start and told my group of kids was too big and they weren't doing it, I advised the lady hosting my party that when i booked I was told face painting would be done. She got a stuff member to come put at 3:40pm and paint faces. At 4pm she said she wasn't doing any more face painting as it was her smoke break. I asked if someone else could as they were meant to start a lot earlier and was told no. 1 of the people from my party offered to do the face painting if she could use there stuff and the stuff member didn't care. About 10 minutes later another stuff member came up and said they had to pack it up as the party had finished. Not to mention I had crying kids due to them missing out and they had no more partys booked for the day pretty disappointed. When the ice cream cake was brought put it was basically already melted and sliding off the plate I was given no candles until I could find the host of the party. For the amount of money I paid I am very disappointed. $440 later only to have disappointed children at the end of the day. I wouldn't have another party there again. Wasn't even offered a refund of any sort for the stuff around.

We were a very large group, our food came quite quickly considering how busy it was. Meals were all a good size and nice.

Kids enjoyed the indoor playground, but so many kids had taken their shoes off when there’s a clear sign for them to keep shoes on. Seafood marinara was nice with the hit of chilli. Came with a couple of mussels and pippis in their shells, small prawn meat, tender calamari, fish pieces and a few scallops (although my mother believed the scallops were fake and that it was fish processed into scallop shapes… apparently a common thing!?) Although the app warned us that there would be a 45 minute wait on food, it all actually came out quite quickly, maybe 10 min Atmosphere was ok, but that is to be expected from such a busy and loud place.

Food is always amazing but had a steak the other day and it was so chewy and a bit of fat on it. Very hard to chew. You need to bring back the butter chicken and saganaki on the menu. The old menu was better than the current one. Prices have also gone up a far bit. It used to be $16 for saganaki and it was $21 for one piece of cheese. But pricey

Been here a number of times over last week or so, over visiting relatives from interstate , went into Bistro tonight 23/11 just before 8pm. Waited a couple of minutes to be seated but unfortunately was greeted with a rude & unpleasant waitress. As she approached us she said 'yes' to which I replied can we get a table for two please ? To which she replied quite abruptly 'the kitchen closes in 4 minutes' and quickly walked away. No sorry or apology for any inconvenience just outright rude & appalling service. Shame on you the young girl, obviously no respect & doesn't know a thing when it comes to good customer service. Prior to this, service & food have both been above & beyond expectations. Management need to teach this young girl a thing or two about customer service, probably won't recommend but certainly will let all the locals we know here & our relatives about this most recent experience. Feeling sad

Eddie and his team were absolutely friendly and helpful. Made us feel welcomed and supported throughout our event for my aunty who turned 60.

Needs more or better signage inside & definately need to cook the broccoli & cauli for a few more minues, the knife couldn't even cut through them, should've brought my chainsaw with me for the vegies. The pork porchetta however was beautiful.

Great food, kids love the playground. Even though there is a system with table numbers the waiters found it difficult to locate the owners of the food. Online orders also had names attached. Wondering if the system can be tightened up to save frustration for wait staff and diners?

Went out in a Friday night for a family members birthday dinner. Last drinks were called before we finished eating. We were told we were welcome to stay, but would need to move to the gaming room....um no thanks. Meals were lovely. Not one complaint by any guests. Staff serving us were helpful and polite. Terrific to deal with. Being told before 9pm last drinks, everything was finishing up was extremely disappointing. It detracted from a very enjoyable night. Surely 1030 pm isn't a big ask on a Friday night.

My family and friends attended Edwardes Lake Hotel on Saturday night 12/10 to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. to start it took me 3 attempts to try making a booking.and I finally got onto the manager to confirm and pay a deposit, in which I gave my email address for a confirmation and receipt ..3 weeks later no email so I had to call again to confirm and ask for my receipt of deposit. the lady I spoke to was really lovely, and explained how the deposit works,.you don't get your money back if all people don't turn up. you need to give exact number of people before your booking..I was not told of this when I spoke to the manager. luckily I called and got the right information. we did have a lovely time, everyone was happy with their food but sadly my car was broken into. someone had smashed my car window. please be aware of the car park behind the establishment, there are no survlance cameras. when we arrived the car park was full, so I had to park at the back, which there were plenty of cars. when I got back to my car around 10.30 pm is when I found my car window had smashed, and called the police. my sister had gone back into the restaurant, and spoke to I believe it was the manager. he had told her he knew that a car window had been smashed as he was walking around the car park earlier..WHY DID HE NOT REPORT THIS!!! He knew the model of the car but could have alerted someone and could have asked for the owner of the car to come to the service desk. and apparently it's happened quite a few times before but no security cameras. also what really ticked me off is the no care attitude from the gaming staff when my father went in to ask if we can borrow a broom and shovel or something to sweep the glass away from my seats, as there was glass everywhere and I had to drive home with my children in the car. I called yesterday and spoke with someone and gave my phone number, I was told a would get the manager to call me..yet nothing. I'm truly disappointed!!

Great place. Vegan pizza is awful and food menu could use an update. There needs to be a simple hamburger on the kids menu.

Great for big Family's or groups... Not for a quiet evening out...very noisey.. Good play area for kids with multiple crane games and gatcha machines.. Food was good, service was fine as well
