Bought the The Arcade+ light gun Shooter upright pedestal machine kit from Paul at Electro Arcade. The entire experience was excellent, was great to deal with via communication with prompt responses and was super accommodating helping with changes to delivery details. The build quality is top notch, from the finish externally to the neatness of cabling inside the machine itself, quality craftsmanship ! The after sales service is great as well with Paul promptly replying to queries and happy to help with any questions about setup. Highly recommended, will continue to shop there in future !

The transaction was fine but the unit I received was poor quality. Menu system is difficult to use. But worst of all you can't save any games, so it really is a waste of money. Numerous emails enquiring how I could save were responded to very slowly or not at all. Really disappointed.

I really had my doubts about this company, as there's no brick and mortar store. However after they had personally verified within the hour I had queried, i made the transaction and received my goods the next day. Amazing!

The Pandora E2 setup is really good, and the team assisted in working out how to save down high scores for the games where this is available. I would suggest including this instruction sheet with the pack to avoid similar issues with other customers. Hours of fun.

Very happy with my purchase - 18s A9 Retro arcade gaming consoles. I love the fact that I can play all of my favourite retro arcade games, such as all versions of the SFII series, most Mortal Kombat versions, Final Fight, Metal Slug...the list goes on. I get a kick out of hitting P1 or P2 and hearing that sound you used to get when putting $1 in the coin slot. Two minor gripes; factory settings for the button configuration (easily fixed) and HDMI and power cable connectors are too close to each other. Otherwise very happy :)
