Food was awesome. Well priced and good size portions. Presentation was A1. Drag Bongo was alot of fun too

Was okay. Smells like cigarettes downstairs. Upstairs is better, asked for a high chair on the booking, wasn’t given one had to find one myself. Food was okay, I had the prawn pasta was cold and small portion. Being a Feros group pub, i had higher expectations.

Normally a good night. Service on this occasion was poor. Yes, it was busy and we were told half hour wait for food. An hour later I chases up order with buzzer in hand and somehow my order was lost. The credit card charge certainly wasn't. Food prepared supposedly fresh soon after but partly wrong and quality lacking and certainly not the norm. Chips colder and a little overcooked. Snitzel looked tired (not just made).

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and experience at the Engadine Tavern. Thankyou!

Gado Gado has a mixture of vegetables, including potatoes, longbeans, , corn and cabbage, tofu. (This salad had the main ingredients but not the above ) . So disappointing - saving grace was sate sauce

Food is a bit pricey unless you have a voucher and even with the voucher you are limited. Jugs of soft drink are much smaller than other places i have been.

Had lunch at the bistro on Sunday, the food and service was great except for my dessert. I ordered the vanilla cheesecake which was one of the daily specials for $10. This might sound harsh but what a disgrace this was, extremely disappointed. I get some kitchens these days want to try and get fancy with the desserts but it’s a local pub, I just wanted a normal slice of cheesecake but what I got was some sort of crumbly chocolate cake with the thinnest layer of what was supposed to be vanilla cheesecake in the middle served up in a small glass. Forget the fancy crap and just serve a nice cheesecake, keep it simple!

The tables were too close together that made it hard to move around with a child. Not a fan of the double booking, was rushed to order and eat as another party booked the same table. Event could have been better organised.

Me and my friends attended the bottomless lunch. We had a great afternoon, the food was delicious, the service was amazing, and we all had a great time. The only thing was that the drinks had to be water down, they taste nice but after having 5 cocktails plus, none of us felt like we had 5 cocktails.

Great pub, really good kids area up in the restaurant and they have different activities like reptile exhibition. Very good for young families.

Very nice food and nice place

Did the Bottomless Banquet with a few girlfriends. The food and drinks were plentiful, and Lauren could not have looked after us better. Really happy with the service and experience, will definitely do it again sometime.

Warning- Some staff in the bottle shop have started adding a tip to your purchases when paying by EFTPOS, without your knowledge and permission. I won't be back. Dishonest staff, and obviously incompetent management to not be supervising them.

Went for trivia - get food and social vibe.

Kids always have a ball, food (peri peri chicken) INSANE, drink selection is fantastic and also your bouncers outside always greeting you and great guys.

Today 27/8/24 we had 2x Fish and chips 1x chicken schnitzel the batter on the fish, was very hard and not much fish, chips underdone and soggy, unfortunately the schnitzel was folded and over cooked, very hard to cut through, the folded part, was mostly crumbs and the chicken in that part was dry, the gravy was just like a beef oxo cube in water, the coleslaw was terrible. very disappointed. As have eaten here before and enjoyed our meal. The Music was too loud, so could not have a nice conversation.

Great Monday night dinner with our 2 for 1. 4 of us ate for $39.00 which included 2 steaks. Thanks for upgrading the Tavern.

Steaks were all tough and chewy no seasoning on veges parmy was nice chicken but no ham and hardly any cheese

I took my two granddaughters to play children's bingo. The event was run very smoothly we had lunch and the food and staff were lovely. Well done Engadine Tavern.

Great pub food Can be a little noisy as its child friendly - but thats why i go there in the first place. Entertainment for kids in way of indoor playground where you can keep an eye on your kods whilst you eat. Its my new local

We recently had our sons first birthday at the Tav. It was great ! We ordered pizzas for all the adults, the kids were entertained playing in the playground ... there was enough space that guests could stand up around the tables , no one felt squashed. Great cocktails! Great service ! We will be back

Sorry guys but it was not a good experience this time. Understaffed, food was very disappointing (have had the same dishes previously and they were great), and it was super noisy (Cronulla were playing and it was busy, but kids yelling (not at the footy) does not allow for a relaxing dinner out). Will I be back, probably not. A great place for family’s with kids but not for couples or small groups wanting conversation over dinner (unless you are happy to yell).

Great food, service and atmosphere! Our daughter loved the kids play area, only downside was trying to get her out of there! Couldn’t fault anything.

Unfortunately we did not stay as it was noisy, crowded & unsuitable for the occasion. No parking & stairs to bistro very awkward, not the Engadine tavern we are used to.

The tavern looks nice but parking has gone . Apparently the bistro food is good but there was a line-up to order which would be fine if it wasn't SOOOOO noisy making it difficult to have a conversation

Love the engadine tavern such friendly staff wanting to sink piss and drink heaps of sugar love it and also love the live music that gets me dancing all night long and sometimes coming up here to watch the nrl/footy on big screen not drinking though because it's bad for your health they need to get some classic old school music DJs to sing along too so everyone gets up and falls over during the concert...... Cheers to wonderful engadine

Great location for a family gathering and reasonably priced food. Kids activities on a Sunday are a bonus.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day lunch here. The food was great as always. Great quality and huge servings. Really worth your money.

Have had many delicious meals here since they have opened. Always such good value, tasty meals, and the Kids area is what sells it to our young family each time we go. The staff are always so accommodating and kind. We went for Mother’s Day yesterday, and all the mothers on our table got spoilt rotten by the Feros Group with a kind gift and a smiling girl who came around handing them out to us. She was so wonderful and really made our day. We will be back again and again.

Good food.. New bistro needs some serious acoustic work, so so so so noisy. Everyone ends up shouting. Workers can hear orders. Partition walls, blankets, diagonal walls and the rest all needed

Very average, expensive over cooked steak.... when you order medium and you get well done, no point in returning! Send the chef to Mikes Bar and Grill for some cooking lessons!!!

Food was great, service quick. I would recommend to families as there is a play area as well.

Food was pretty good but the $17+ dollars for 1 post mix lemonade and 1 schooner of cider lost me.

I’ve given the restaurant a few tries now hoping that the standard of food was due to the kitchen being new, but we had dinner on Saturday night and I won’t eat here again. Great place for a few beers but for the price point the quality of the food is very poor

Lovely upgrade and food served in a timely manner and delicious, BUT, our family won't be returning. The main reason is no access for zimmer walkers, wheelchairs and prams. We were told to 'go around the back & use the ramp.' All well & good if a car park can be found close by, but my dad struggles to walk more than 15 metres. The other reason is the volume of the music! We asked for it to be turned down, but it didn't happen. Diners do NOT need music at volume - we go out to chat & enjoy the ambiance.

Now that Feros has taken over it is SUPER busy, noisy but the food is good. However, I was left bitterly disappointed when at 8.50pm I went to order a cocktail on a Saturday night only to be told all the cocktail stuff had been packed away! They advised on the menu ‘members happy hour cocktails from 6-9’…. I guess this is only when the staff can be bothered. I emailed the tav directly with no response. Won’t be back. Lazy, poor service.

Food great but with someone with a disability it was a nightmare to get to the bistro will not be back

Horrendous experience. Not enough staff on. 18 minute wait in line for drinks. 1 person serving on one register on a Saturday arvo/night. 15 minute wait on top of that for cocktails. Not enough cocktail glasses, margaritas getting served in small glasses. On 2 occasions Stone and Wood Pacific ale schooner were terribly poured and seemed flat. Staff not very friendly or welcoming. You either know what you’re doing by having 49% off drinks and slowing the service right down or just poorly planned. Either way FOH side of things were terrible. Food was good, fast to come out, steaks were cooked to perfection. They must of been short on plates too because the staff were continuously asking if we were finished throughout our meals.

Food quite good, limited GF choices. Way too noisy, acoustics need looking at.
