Came in tonight with a large table, and I must say after the circumstances, I had to give an honorable mention to the chef and staff. We had a table of 27 people, and found out later that there was only one chef on. As someone who used to be a chef, I completely understand the stress of a big table at once. The food did take a while to come, but it was completely understandable. The food was good, I didn't hear of any complaints on the table, other than waiting times. But considering it was just one chef, I think they did a good job. The front of house staff were great, very patient and friendly. All with a smile on their face. It's great to see. Well done to the team, they all did a great job.

Recently on December 14th, I held a memorial (function) at the West Adelaide Football Club. Amy and Sondra (apologies not sure of name spelling) were so helpful. I was away when booking the venue, Amy was kind enough to FaceTime me and show me around the venue so I felt comfortable booking it while I was away and not able to attend the site prior in person. On arrival I was running behind to get everything ready, Amy and Sondra gave me space when I needed it and assistance when I needed it. The AV equipment was great, they had all the right hookups, the projector was big and the sound clear. The adjoining room also has the same system so we could play the music throughout, via either our laptop or phone, and also a tv screen for further imagery to play through. Amy and the chefs were helpful with accomodating our catering as i had a couple changes. Sondra assisted me at the last minute with some technical issues I was having, going above and beyond. Good venue size capacity too, we had 200 chairs set up. The venue, service and food were lovely, I would definitely hold another function there.

Had dinner with a group of 70 last night. Staff did a great job. Clearly, they were unstaffed for such a big group, but they did an excellent job serving us all. The meals were very well cooked, presented well and were great tasting. Keep up the great work Thanks on behalf of the Toyota club.

The West Adelaide football club the perfect place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all of our needs were met during our stay. The hotel's location is also ideal, close to many popular attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Hope Inn Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

I train my group of martial arts students at the West Adelaide Football Club, on the small Park next to it, and we love it there as well, the best training location!

Food was great and the atmosphere was nice. The only thing that needs some improvement is the service. Staff member eating (and drinking alcohol) in the main dining area, is a bit of a 'no no' in today's environment. Also, shouldn't have to go and ask for a spoon and sugar for coffee, after it's already been served.

1 person waiting on 26 people is crazy and she was clearly angry slamming plates and kept trying to take plates off people still eating. 1 person got their meal at the table after everyone else had eaten theirs and told us off just for asking when it’s coming

We had a pre game presidents lunch at Westys yesterday 19/08/23. Great food, great company & guest speakers fantastic. We met lovely people all day and enjoyed a tight game v Norwood. SANFL footy is a great day out. Thanks Matty Matchoss for the Westonians welcome.

Beef burger was surprisingly really good.

Had lunch there today. It was so good that I'll forgive the fact there was no crispy skin on my crispy skin barramundi. It was missing skin all together but the flavour and serving size was so good that I'll still give it a 10/10. Very happy and we'll be back again soon.

I attended monthly SMASA meeting and dinner before meeting commencement had great food and drinks and services provided were just excellent. A big thank you to all staff for what are terrific monthly get to gethers.

Had some pre match drinks at the club. Staff were friendly. Anther patron gave my wife a seat - thanks - almost a country like fellow about the place.
