nice environment n great place to kill time

Convenient place located nearby to the city. A good place to kill some time, with snacks, drinks, bubble tea and a little supermarket at their premise. Been to a fair amount of internet cafes and this is probably the best one in Melbourne and one of the better ones around Aus.

Disappointing list of games available. Tried downloading the one I wanted and the launcher made it impossible to open. I wasted 1.5 hours here trying to make it work, and the people working are too busy making boba to help you with the computers.

Terrible experience. After coming to Zen a few times every month, today I paid for 3hrs and only had 1.32hrs put into the clock (photo attached). Once logged in, then had to wait for the games to install (even games like Fortnite which are popular needed an update which took another 40 minutes).

No instructions given how to use the computers. Didn’t get the 4hours we paid for. Mouse didn’t properly work. And took to long to update our game then time ran out

The computer freezes frequently, $5~ an hour for non-members which is a bit exy. Had freezes go for up to 2.5 minutes. Also the computers aren’t free access so you cannot download online games such as Osu! and similar titles. Included is a picture of it freezing.

Me and my cousin went here the prices are good ig but the PC,s are not good it's like playing on my school laptop they keep have lag spikes and the keyboard wasnt working sometimes and headphones stop working like every 5 minuets I moved to about 3 or 4 different PC,s and had the same problem but the staff were amazing they were always up to help with a problem realy nice pepole

The gaming establishment is a fantastic location to visit with friends, and the prices are reasonable. The bubble tea is quite delicious; I highly recommend the Dirtea.

didn't have the best experience with zen gaming, took forever to login, keyboards were crunchy and buttons didnt work, headset was not working on right side, my partners pc kept logging out and taking forever to boot up after telling staff multiple times and during playing val it crashed and restarted the pc however only good experience for me was the customer service as she was happy to give refund

Zen gaming is great it has lots of snacks and drinks such as bubble tea. It also is not too expensive and a great place

My Favorite place in Southbank! We usually go there and play LOL. Dobby always welcomes us with his cute tail shaking 🥹💗 I also recommend the Dirtea drink here. :)

La salle est cool, l'ambiance est sympa. Il y a peu de monde. En revanche il y a quelques points à ameliorer : - manque de logiciel pour parametrer sa souris - dommage de devoir payer $50 pour juste avoir accès aux services - pas possible d'ajuster la hauteur de l'écran, le miens etait trop haut, et j'avais choisi ce PC pour avoir une souris razer (seul logiciel installé pour parametrer la souris) - beaucoup de PC hors service (Etant français j'ai mis une photo de la decouverte d'un pepsi, qui s'avère etre exactement le même que tous les autres.)
