We had dinner yesterday and the food was not good at all, too oily make us feel sick. We ordered a Pina Colada, and it was rhum with coconut smoothies. I would never recommend this place.fast food is better.

Always a favourite for my family whenever we visit Werribee. Cannot praise the staff and service received enough, they deserve 10 stars! So many smiling and happy faces - always makes our experience so much better! 10/10 to the management for leading such an amazing team!

Nicole the venue manager has done such a fantastic job bring back to life the heart of Werribee. The staff are warm and welcoming from the reception to the bar. Cerena was fantastic. Can’t wait to return for another meal.

Great place to drink, best beer in Werribee! Great atmosphere, love how this place has turned around in the last year. It’s great to be greeted each day with a smile by the lovely receptionist, bar staff are welcoming and friendly and the venue manager has been a great addition to the RSL! Keep up the good work!

Amazing good service

Great to see young girls in managerial positions who know who they are and what they need to enforce. The place is being cleaned up well. Interior a bit dated hopefully that changes this year.

An absolute disgrace of the front of house,three staff and one manager. Upon arrival told to provide photo identification,we said it's old well manually sign in. Oh no my 89 year old mother was told you can't play the pokies without photo identification. OMG I am her power of attorney I hold her identification, upon this three staff and a my anger came out and refused us entry told to get out and this is private property and no entry. Shock is not the word. I am an ex servicemen and my family refused entry , what a disgrace an absolute disgrace. Not going to end here. It was like being integrated by the Nazis no entry without your papers. We only wanted a nice family meal and maybe spend some money in the pokies. Not to much to àsk. Lucky my daughter video taped this disaster for U tube. Not happy family

Don't be deceived by the huge Billboard on the freeway advertising 1/2 price meals on Mondays. Arrived to be informed 1/2 prices meals only available for members, and if I joined I wouldn't be able to access the 1/2 price meals until next week.

Don't be conned. Big billboard advertising half priced monday dinners. Went and there was the half price menu. NO WHERE did it say members only!!!! Poor friends from Bendigo ended up paying full price for dinner. Very disappointed

Myself and two 11 yr old kids had dinner, I found the menu great for the kids $10 meals and so many choices and they received a kiddys pack which they enjoyed doing the puzzle. The kids enjoyed looking about at our war history, the adult meals were great and freshly cooked and so many choices of veggies, the staff were friendly and the male waiter was very helpful, the price of meals were great, I would highly recommend here for families , Werribee RSL well done ✅

Took my dad for his 97th birthday, being an old veteran and liking the access to the club I thought it was ideal. The meal was tough as old boot, don't order the roast, they need to learn how to cook first. Very disappointing.

Meal came out cold but was rectified quickly with no issues. Parma was great.

Where is the Festive spirit in Werribee RSL Absolutely nothing festive from the crabby staff working in the bar. Why have cranky sour staff in a place that should be welcoming for all. You are the first place you see when you enter Werribee, and the wet weather seemed happier than the bar staff, at least one had a Christmas top on. Sad to see that there is no holiday cheer at the Werribee RSL At least the raffles were enjoyable. We appreciated the hospitality and smiles from the bistro staff, Carol and the other gent who welcomed us upon arrival and farewelled us with a Merry Christmas. The food was ok, but the sticky tables looked as bland as the outdated building on what is meant to be a festive time of year, 11 days until Christmas and the sheer lack of Christmas spirit is dreary and depressing no doubt for our veterans who may be alone at this time. Just Not good enough.

We were a group of 12 and the meals were of inconsistent quality. Fish was dry. Chicken laksa was underwhelming. Parma and ribs were good. Couple of meals came out 10 minutes before kids meals and then another 10 minutes for other meals. Most staff were friendly except for bar lady who seemed a bit flustered. Coffee was really good. Prices were reasonable.

Had the lambs fry at lunchtime today and am sure the lambs were on strike . Clean place and although meals were prompt counted 3 small pieces of lambs fry . Will go the parma next time .

Great meal from the last we went. Display cabinet is very impressive

No porterhouse, so had the rump, asked for med rare , was well over cooked, cheap quality rump for $39., Roast beef was tough, and the chicken noodle soup was warm, the bread was good, beer was cold , but won't be going back again, spent a lot on meals and not happy , thought RSLs done a lot better , but not this one, annoyed as going out with families is very expensive these days 😔

What a terrible experience. I thought the RSL was for the Veterans. Get old cranky men out of your reception areas and put someone there that will treat all people with respect. Werribee RSL you displayed everything that is wrong with most RSL’s in Australia.

The food was great but the customer service was horrible. Not feel welcome there. The staff were very rude and not familiar with diverse cultures. I'll not visit this again and do not recommend this place.

Very disappointing meal sizes cut in half had a steak tough as boots!! Price has gone up and not to the quality it used to be. I don't mind paying as long as it's worth the price. I could've saved 100 dollars and stayed at home. My sister wanted Bangers Mash $16.00 for a scoop of mash potatoe 2 sausages and a drizzle of gravy. I know everything has gone up, but come on, you're going to lose customers!! Don't think I'll go back. Apparently, new management came in up'd the prices and cut meals in half. What a shame 😔

If you want the best lunch or dinner in Werribee then I suggest that you go to the RSL . Amazing food and friendly wait staff 5☆ and I suggest the beef cheeks oh my goodness so delicious.

What happened to one of the best places for a counter meal. Meals are very small wait staff hovered over our meals and kept asking if we had finished our meal. After the 3rd time l said to her when my knife and fork are at 12 and 6 meal is finished my utensils were at 10 and 2. l think she finally got the hint. And left us alone.

I usually go on a Friday most of the time with other members who are regulars on a Friday night it seems there food is getting a lot shorter in what you pay for, we have decided as a whole group of 10 people not to go there no more, there are other places with better meal options around Werribee

My elderly mum ordered a soup of the day which came with 1 small piece of bread. She asked for another piece of bread, but to our amazement, were told by the manager that we weren't allowed as guest could have 1 piece of bread per person. She even offered to pay for an extra slice. Again she was told no. Wow, would not recommend this place. Crazy

Great place to visit

We went to the RSL on Sunday…food was fabulous and we had two amazing waitresses who looked after us during our lunch. We were there for my father’s 88th birthday and without even asking, one off he waitresses gave my dad some ice cream with sprinkles and a candle, it was so sweet and appreciated. The other waitress was only 15 and new in her role, she did a wonderful job and should be proud. Definitely recommend Werribee RSL at Kelly Park. Had a chef fill in on the day and the food was awesome…thank you so much to you all 😄

Dinner starts at 6.00pm, just after the 6pm ode of remembrance. Friendly service with a table combination of two seaters to groups of eight. Complimentary bread on being seated. Good menu variety. I went for the chicken Kiev which was served well and was quite good Very nice garlic bread. Wait times for food around 10-15 mins. Prices are reasonable but when you get multiple things like main, bread, drink, they start to add up. Overall a good recommendation for a visit.

The food and serene atmosphere definitely stood up to our expectations! Our lunch was delicious, flavourful and had huge portions! The best part of this place is their staff, so well behaved, warm, welcoming with 100% attention to their work! Definitely enjoyed and we will be back again to try more delicacies ☺️

Abhorrent behaviour from a MANAGER Cathy towards her staff Jodie The atmosphere in this RSL was full of angst. This Club should be ashamed of itself. Food was not up to scratch, would not return for a meal Overall staff were very polite. Poor management Poor standards for this club.

St Patrick's Day lunch at the RSL was delicious. Reasonable price and free tea or coffee.
