Absolutely shocking at replying to emails

TL;DR - if you're looking to get something repaired properly, best to look elsewhere. Went in to get a dead laptop screen replaced - initially had it replaced with a 2nd hand panel but they completely neglected to mention that the replacement panel had a massive scratch all the way across the middle of the screen??? Still got charged the same price for the screen/labour despite the defect. Ended up asking for a new panel to be ordered and fitted......and this time the technician managed to permanently break the wifi/bluetooth in the process of replacing the screen. AND he had the nerve to charge me for an external wifi dongle to workaround the problem he created. In the end I paid the difference for the new panel and took the laptop back with the broken wifi - only for the fitted screen to start having a different hardware issue a few days later (was fixed under warranty at least).

Took my cousins pc in there wasn't posting after they tried building their own. They rebuit it, fixing the issues that were causing it to not boot. Cable management is fantastic, absoulty worth the 66$ spend there. Great guys

Quick check for problem and fix

Visited a few days ago, needed an external case for my old laptop HD ($19.00 - turns the laptop HD into an external USB storage drive.) Different staff member on than when I wrote my previous review, this time the service and demeanour was not so great ... nada, not even a vague hint of a smile. So losing a star. Previous review: Awesome service, their knowledge of computers is very good.

Undoubtedly the best computer store around Campbelltown. Nothing else comes close. Their pricing is very reasonable and the guys there are extremely humble and honest. I assembled my PC twice there and they always delivered it very quickly in an hour or two, whereas they could have took their sweet time and charged me more for it. Very much recommend them and they are my go-to place for computer servicing!

Good shop fixed 2 of my PC's up to date new hard drives were needed computers are very complex and I'm glad i could take mine here

MANIPULATING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES I went to fans computers to get my laptop fixed! It needed a new battery and motherboard. The technician Harry said that he would be able to fix the laptop for $450. I agreed, one month passed and I had not heard anything from fans computers so I decided to call them they said they were waiting on the motherboard to arrive from overseas and the delay was because of COVID-19. Another month passed and I called back with my support worker to find out the progress. fans computers said they had sent the internals of the laptop overseas and didn’t know how long it would take, which is a lot different to the original story of them telling me that they had ordered the motherboard and were going to fix it themselves. At this stage fans computers were no longer fixing the laptop other people in an unknown country were tampering with the internals. Another 2 months passed and I had heard nothing, my support worker then called fans computers to find out what was going on they said it was still getting fixed and offered me a borrow laptop until the computer was fixed the next day I arrived at the shop and the technician requested 400 dollars off me to borrow the laptop. I declined because when he spoke on the phone to my worker he never said I would have to pay, I think he was trying to get money off me because I have a disability and I would fall for it. When I declined he eventually said I would only have to pay $200 I didn’t trust this at all. My support worker called back the following week to tell fans computers that I didn’t want the laptop fixed anymore and just want it back because I don’t trust them. Another month passed and I went to the shop to get my laptop the laptop was still not fully assembled and parts were missing. Only now after nearly 5 months of waiting have I got my laptop back it is unusable and I still had to pay a $22 fee. When we picked it up one of the workers swore underneath his breath at myself. I am very upset I have a disability and don’t get much money I have waited so long and feel like I have been manipulated into paying money for a laptop that was not fixable. I called other places and they said that if that motherboard needed to be replaced it would cost more then the laptop which made me think that shortcuts were being taken by fans computers.

Paid $235 to fix my laptop got it back yesterday got home still not fixed 3 month warranty took in back today told it needs a new motherboard not told this when i picked it up yesterday so down $235 and need to buy a new laptop

Prices are way too overpriced , prebuilt systems could be upto 40-60% higher than it should be. Not to mention the prebuilt systems have bad parts. You're better off spending your money elsewhere. A 2GB DDR2-800 Mhz is 50$ when you can get the 10 year old hardware in Ebay for around $8 brand new. Do your research first before going in to buy whatever you need as you can get way better deals elsewhere and save up probably 30-60% the price. Even so let's say the labour costs adds up to it, it shouldn't be close to 50% of the price of the hardware :|

Simple computer software fix...overpriced. Told it took them 3 hours to fix which I think is deceptive. For people who specialise in computers I think they would know to get to the bottom of it quickly but lied to justify price

When you go to a computer repair shop to get something fixed, you think they would at least take the cover off. Needed some data recovered off a hard drive. They said they only do basic stuff (which is fine) but they didn't even take the drive out of its casing to check for damage. The warranty sticker was still over one of the screws to open it. Pretty dreary customer service too, like walking into a morgue. Don't recommend. Oh and still charged $22 for the privilege when the professional data recovery companies won't charge unless they can recover something.

Was told it would take between 1-2 weeks to fix, I'm now at the 3-4 week waiting mark and the hardware I gave to them was an important piece of equipment for my Uni work, it's not good enough.

I took my laptop in for repair and took them 10 weeks to fix it. At no time did they provide an ETA or offered any compensation. I constantly had to come in or call only to be told there waiting on parts. I would not of bothered getting it fixed at all if i knew it was gonna take this long

My father in law had a faulty mother board and bought his system in for repair complete with 4 GBs of RAM. When we received it back we had a new system board with half the amount of RAM on it (2GB). They said the replacement mother board had a 2GB hardware limit. If this was the situation they should have told him before undertaking the work. It was very unusable for my father in law for 6 months. They couldn't even find his old motherboard so that we could find an identical replacement of the original from ebay. I came to see him today with 2 X 4GB DDR 2 RAM sticks and found they had only used one of two ports. Lo and behold its seeing the full 8GB from both ports. I also noticed they hadn't plugged in the usb front port cable as he was complaining his front usb port were not working. 2 seconds it was solved. The fact they said there was a 2GB hardware limit on the replacement board when in actual fact they hadn't filled all available DIMM slots with RAM, that they couldn't give us back our old board and that the front USB cable wasn't plugged both him and myself will never use this mob again. On one of those replacement had some spare memory on it. We then put it on the the new mother board and lo and behold
