GREAT FOOD The burger i orderd with chips I did not want alot on it and I asked to take stuff off of it, and they said it fine to do that! Would definitely come back.

We have our monthly meetings at the 'Maid' Good pub food, lots of options and always cheery service.

A group outing for lunch. It was so nice not to have to go to the bar to order. The service was good and the meal was value for money

Fantastic for a beer or feed, staff were super friendly and the meal was delicious. Can’t wait to go back again. Front bar is as you’d expect with a TAB. Bistro and casual drinking area also behind that. Easy to get to from the train too.

I like this place for it old charm and great service

We booked a conference room for a meeting. The room was perfect for the group of ten that met, had dinner and discussed items on the agenda. The range of options for the food was diverse. It was pleasing that the food, once ordered, arrived promptly. All the meals were delicious and good value. Not one person in our group had a complaint about the food. We will definitely be booking the room again!

Great place, lovely meal and staff

We came with another couple for an enjoyable evening out. Not to be. They were busy admitedly, but that was no excuse for the poor service. Drinks were ordered together but came out one at a time having to wait about 20 minutes between each drink. The meals were average with exactly the same service for each person to get there meal. Very disappointing.

Seriously so good. This was beyond my expectation. The month of wine is spot on the summar weather and the food is absolutely beautiful. The dessert is not too sweet and still tasty!! Also I want to thank the staff with the Pandra necklace. She gave us great welcome vibe. All staff are very nice and friendly too!!!

I’ve been here a couple of times lately and really enjoyed it. The staff are lovely and very attentive, they have a vegetarian lasagne on the menu that I love and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend for a good pub meal.

Christmas lunch for the tennis girls. We were told there would be a wait because the amount of patrons. After ordering it took over an hour to receive our meals. We then ordered dessert and two things happened some of the desserts turned up and the rest did not. All in all very very disappointing

The duck spring rolls had almost no duck in them, it was mostly cabbage. And the fish chips were ok. They were both good amounts. And the price was good

We had a lovely meal. The staff were very helpful & we will definitely be back. Our 95 year old mum was happy because she was able to get in easily, have a seniors meal for dinner, could hear & was very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that we could substitute the chips & salad for a baked potato & either roast vegies or steamed greens. Nowhere does this. An absolute Winner.

Good variety on the menu. There was table service which is great. However next time will ask not to sit near the function area. The PA system made it quite difficult for me to concentrate on my family lunch.

Nice meals, good size and decent prices

We just had a lovely Fathers' Day lunch and we received the Maid's usual excellent service. Friendly, attentive and unobtrusive. The food was outstanding. My garlic prawn fettuccine dish was faultless. Beautifully simple with great ingredients and very generous. My husband had the beef schnitzel which was very good as always, the gravy particularly good. We ended with a perfect pavlova, once again simplicity and quality made this sometimes-overdone dessert, a delightful surprise. Well done, again, and keep doing what you do; being our great down-to-earth local pub, where great food, and great service to its patrons is your priority.

Very disappointed with the tough grisly steak

We went to the MoA for dinner on 17/8/24. Bistro area is newly renovated and was busy but not loud. Staff were all well presented and attentive. Its all table service which we appreciated. Drinks and meals served promptly, food was excellent and servings were Goldilocks (not too big and not too small). Our first time here and we’ll definitely go back.

My wife and I hadn’t been here for a while but we have been back twice in the past couple of weeks.the food and service are excellent cannot fault either. In fact I’m going to book a table for tonight.

What a top venue to celebrate Christmas in July! Very committed and caring staff. Lovely table decorations to suit the occassion there were two special cocktails to choose from and no problem with some menu tweaking.The food was delicious 😋.

This is an excellent Hurley pub - and fulfils its reputation for great service and excellent, decently priced food. We were asked at least 4 times by staff how we liked our food and that is always a good sign the waiting staff will do something if you have any qualms. The dining area was comfy - a nice place to go for a pleasant meal. Thanks very much.

Cannot fault this place. Hubby and myself had seniors meals in the bistro and they were huge and delicious. Service and atmosphere was beyond excellent. Recommend highly. Get there early, they are incredibly popular. Well done to this hotel, excellent experience!!! Will definitely be back. Great value.

A quiet pub for a meal. Fast service on a Sunday night. Food was fresh and hot. Squid was slightly oily but good texture.

Went for lunch. Had a beautiful meal. It was hot an delicious. Staff so friendly an service perfect. Love the atmosphere.

The manager (i think he is) is always very friendly and welcoming, along with the other staff. We were given a free jug of soft drink as they poured the wrong one for someone else, a very nice gesture. The food is great. The chicken and cashew stir fry is to die for. Have been a few times and will be back again.
