I actually felt like I was being treated as a human being unlike some other JB stores who shall remain nameless…

Huge thank you to Claire for her outstanding customer service. It’s not every day you encounter someone who is genuinely kind, respectful, and professional. Earlier in the day, I had purchased a faulty item (Apple AirPods Ear Tips) and needed to exchange it for the same product due to being faulty. I arrived at the store at 8:58 PM, just minutes before closing, and left by 9:01 PM. Even though I was the last customer of the day, Claire made me feel so comfortable and treated me with such warmth and understanding. She didn’t make me feel rushed or unwelcome, which is so rare when you’re walking in right before closing time. Her professionalism and positive attitude left me genuinely happy as I walked out the door. Claire truly went above and beyond, and her exceptional customer service deserves to be recognised. Thank you again for such a great experience—she is a rare gem in retail!

Today I went to JB thomastown I wanted a portable aircon There was too many different kinds So I asked the lady working there whats the difference And she literally said sorry I have mental breakdown And I cant tell the difference So I said its ok but I don’t know which one to buy She took me to her computer and said theres no difference its just different versions and different prices, same brand Dyson I told her is this one good to cool a big room cause I want it for my salon not a small room She said yeah it can cool 81 square meters I went to the salon opened the box And I found out its an air purifier I just spent $800 for a purifier that I don’t need And I really needed the aircon as its so hot tomorrow Not sure if they will return it or not , its their fault

I was just there to buy a quick stuff. Walked to a lady named crystal/cristy for assistance but, She just pretended I wasn’t even there and walked with another customer.

Great Experience

Great phone and I normally don't have a problem with JB either, but purchased this for $315 and have now seen it available at Harvey Norman for $199! I was honest and asked for a refund or a price match but I was told that this can't be done, as price match cannot be done after the fact and refunds cannot be issued on phones that have already been opened.I made it clear to the JB staff member at the time of purchase that I was on a tight budget (and I am also on a pension.) I understand the policy, but I just feel like it's morally wrong to refuse to compensate me when I made my circumstances known. Come on JB, do the right thing PLEASE!

Went in to buy a robovac, the guy I spoke with wasn't very confident and he couldn't find the stock. He said he was new. He didn't offer to check options for delivery or organise pick up from other store.

I had the best customer experience I have had for a long time. These days I have just learnt to expect bad service as I find not many retail staff care about the customer. From the moment Nik answered my phone call until the moment I left the shop I felt truly cared for and heard. Nik went above and beyond what was required from him considering he was dealing with an online order enquiry and quite easily could have hand balled me. He worked with me and helped sort the issue even though it was time consuming. The retail world needs Nik to be cloned, Nik is amazing! Thank you Nik

Brendan is an absolute legend! Thanks for your help trouble shooting my laptop. My laptop was out of warranty and not turning on, I took it to a computer repair store who told me they had to pull it apart. Brendan told us to come into the store where we purchased the laptop for him to see if there was anything he could do for us. He got it working again and saved us a lot of time and money. Thank you again.

customer service: Not good customer service as i have sent coffee machine for repair which was just 3 months old and got fault in it. When they asked us to pick up they didn’t provide any information about pick up procedure in the email. Sent my husband to pickup which 45 min drive from our home? but they refused to give him. We asked alternative options but not any solution.
