The man in bedding was extremely helpful and able to find me great bed frames and a mattress at my price point and in stock and I left with them shortly after. He agreed to sell me one from floor stock. I was in a hurry and he made it very easy thank you.

Stopped in at Harvey Norman Burnie today to check out some carpet shampoo machines. Tamieka helped me choose the machine which best suited my needs. She was quite knowledgeable on the machines available and also the types of shampoos to use. Purchased a Bissell machine at a great price with some discounted shampoos as well. Everything you need in one place with excellent staff

As with most Harvey Norman stores, it is open and roomy and not hard to find where items are but it is also expensive and the sales staff can be pushy. We were quite disappointed to find that the staff who were meant to deliver our fridge didn't even know that they had not received it yet and we moved into our new home without a refrigerator.

Brought a new GPS, found it cheaper elsewhere but they said they would price match, so it saved me a trip to Launceston. Just brought a new laptop and again it was the same cheap price and was able to get it straight away instead of waiting for it to arrive by post

I ran g Harvy Norman Burnie store on Monday 11 June 2024 with the inte ntion of buying a Samsun ggalaxy S9 FE plus. I asked to be put tthrough to the computer department. This was done. Unfortunately the young woman who answered the phone in that department had no idea or knowledge about computers, or what items were in stock. She said that the person I needed to speak to was at lunch and would return to the store in 20 minutes. My name and phone number was taken and I was told that I would be rung back as soon as the sales women returned. I am still waiting!

Been to a Harvey Norman before? They are all the same. Well attended everytime I've gone. I got screwed here so not a fan. Bought a 4 seater dining table for $1300 on special (plus delivery)and went to Harvey Norman's online to find the identical on for $650 with free delivery. Wow was I pissed. Never been back

I was wanting to buy a new phone, Raven was less than interested in helping me, he couldnt be bothered smiling, or acting in a friendly manner. Im amazed he could be bothered walking to the computer to see if what I wanted was in stock. They dont have what I wanted, he didnt ask if I wanted it ordered in., he did try to sell me an alternative brand even tho I had clearly said what I wanted. On the way out I must have looked confused, a lady called Annie, smiled, made eye contact and asked if I needed help, even while she was shifting furniture. This is the kind of staff stores need !! As she said if we had none in stock it was a bother to drive to Launceston..... So 1 thumbs up for Annie, and a thumbs down for Raven. Ps JB Hifi got my order, very helpful over the phone !!

My feedback is about an employee Alli. I had wonderful service from her in the photo centre in Burnie. Despite there being several people there and it being the end of the afternoon, she was extremely helpful, patient and the smile didn’t leave her face. Wonderful employee.

Found it exspensive. If you're one of those who are happy to ask for discounts, I've heard they are pretty good about it. But that's not me. Staff are good. Not great. Electrical range is good. Furniture is same old stuff. If you want something a bit different for furniture, check out Ashley Furniture Hobart. They deliver across Tas. Good prices and not the same bloody recliners/theatre room chairs as everyone else.

I took a friend to get some photos printed at the photo centre today. Maria was a fantastic help as neither of us had done it before. She has a friendly yet professional attitude and showed my friend how to do each stage of the process. We are very grateful for her service.

Lovely staff on the phone, I live interstate and need a product for my parents, called an was easily explained exactly what i needed to do. Harvey Norman website states click an collect in an hour, these guys had it done in 20mins. From intial inquiry, to purchase to collection was under an hour. Thankyou

My spouse and I have purchased from Harvey Norman several times. The variety and quality of their products are excellent. The staff are always available and very courteous and helpful. Our purchases were mostly from the electrical section. I've been to this store at least 3 different times in the last month and was treated the exact same each time. At least they're consistent. Every time they ignored me until I asked for help, then suggested items that didn't meet my needs (even when stated multiple times), and acted like I was wasting their time even though I came in with reasonable requests and cash in my pocket. The final time the staff member ONLY smiled and was kind after I made it clear I was ready to buy one on the spot, I just needed help choosing. She was VERY happy to bring me to the register and ensure that the person knew that she sold me the item. I guess they work on commission. I generally go to the shop in tees and baggy pants. So I guess they assume I don't have money from my atire? Either way it was abysmal and I'd rather drive 1.5hrs to Launceston and give my business to the Good Guys. At least then I might get treated with basic respect.

What a delight it was to visit Harvey Norman Electrical Burnie yesterday. We were looking for something specific which we thought there was only one type. We were greeted by Richard who was happy and jovial and greeted us with a smile and welcoming attitude. First tick! We told Richard what we were after and then he mentioned to us about our options. Richard even reconfirmed by looking up on the computer. We had a laugh, Richard’s customer service was top notch and we left with not 1 but 4 items because Richard single handedly made us feel like he WANTED our business and was prepared to look after us to get our business. Finding out he is relatively new to his role, my husband and I were so impressed we look forward to crossing paths again when next time we shop at Harvey Norman Electrical Burnie. My partner and I had a wonderful experience at this store. We were looked after by Richard in the electrical department for a number of items. His customer service skills are exceptional and his knowledge was really helpful! Most items we were after were in stock too which was great. We also purchased a bedframe with the help of Brad, he was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a positive experience in store and worth the drive! 😁
