Very disappointed, I asked if it was free to play play pool, they said yes took my licence then after 2 n a half hours they charged me nearly $60 to play pool! Absolute rip off!! Don't go there to play pool if you enjoy the game and play for more than an hour 😡

Princes is an amazing local place, great atmosphere, cocktails are delicious and great staff. Kate and Max bring an incredible vibe and make the best drinks.

We arrived after 12:30 and waited for our friends, young lady at the front counter said if we pay for 2 hours she said he can still close (3am) at 2:30AM she kicked us out, after talking sense to the security, she said to the security “are you going to clean the mess” . She did not have the best customer service, felt sorry for the boy working there, she was yelling at him in front of everyone for grabbing the wrong glasses, she does not have the best attitude. Music system is okay, not updated with latest tunes and half the system is in Chinese lol. Place is alright, just don’t expect to get bang for your buck. Place made for Chinese people.

Expensive frozen wedges but no surprises there. Ok service with no explanation of use of the venue and how the one hr tables worked so we obviously went over as who knew !! Worst music in history! However, that's subjective. Middle of a Saturday easy to get a table .

Princes always delivers a great experience and a great vibe. The team there, especially Max and Katey are always welcoming and vibrant. Would highly recommend this place whether you’re looking for a chilled spot to have a few drinks and a game of pool or any social sort of night with a group of friends! 👌

Lovely place to come play pool, darts or Karaoke. Come alone, make some new friends. Pool comps played often. This still leaves plenty of tables, ground and 1st floor. Max, Kate and Anne all provide warm hospitality and fun friendly atmosphere. My daughter has been to a couple Karaoke parties here also and had a blast. We'll stocked bar with 1 cider and 3 beers on tap. Usually 2 mainstream and 1 micro or boutique. The darts are with the plastic tips 1 machine downstairs and a couple on L1. Food is simple but they source decent quality frozen ready made chips, wedges, spring rolls, calamari rings and if you're a little more hungry fish n chips. So bases are pretty covered for a date night, catch up with the Brotherz or Sisterz, Work functions etc Might see you down for a game.

I had an amazing time at princes Karaoke! The song selection was vast, and the sound system was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great food and drinks too. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

Pretty cool place, spread over 2 levels, plenty of tables 6’ 8’ tables. Pool comp on Thursday nights is fun also.

The venue, staff and overall customer experience at Princes is excellent. Whether you come for a couple drinks and some social hours over some snacks or if you simply come to brush up on your pool skills you will be looked after very well. Big shout out to Max and Kate for the hospitable and accommodating treatment we received.

Went to Princes Pool, Bar & Karaoke to play pool. The service was excellent - staff were friendly and helped us move to a larger table on request. The vibe is chill and wedges are great.

Good place to have a good time with friend. The staff was quite helpful but the manager seem to be stress and kind of annoy when we ask her how to use the touch screen works cause it was in mandarin. Overall it was quite pricy

We went for karaoke which in on the topper level of the building. Not many food choices but serve the purpose. Pretty good alcohol packages. Can be more creative on the bar menu though.

Good location but not too impressed with the service and the songs, sadly. The place did not have a big range of English songs. Limited Korean songs as well. And they do have a strange pricing system - they advertised that it was $39 for 2 hour blocks before 8 pm. We got there at 6.40 pm and wanted to use the place only for one hour - they charged us $75 for an hour (our hour ended 10 minutes before 8 pm) and they said they charge in 2 hour blocks which would end after 8 pm. We told them we want the room only for an hour and it would technically end before 8 pm. They insisted that they would still have to charge $75. The maths and the reason for the charge of $75 per hour just before 8 pm just didn't add up. The food is also over priced as the portions were smaller than what was shown on the menu.

Started coming here a month back, been here coming every weekend since then. Amazing tables and atmosphere with food and drinks to make it even better. The music in the background keeps you on your feet. Get your group and head down
