Nice location nice stuff best foods clean and easy to use website and every thing else finger tips

Great place Only point : cleaning is not really good

Useful location, well appointed room ocean view

Stayed here Wednesday afternoon after medical procedure. The staff were amazing they let me check in at 11am so I could rest. So very much appreciated! Fantastic customer service

Really good studio apartment room, spacious, and a great Bay view. A little traffic noise on the Bay view side but with the aircon on it didn't disturb me. Walkable to foreshore, bars, shops etc. Would stay again if I was staying in the area.

Close to the beach & shopping centre

A great place to stay. Friendly staff & great location. We will definitely be staying there again when in the area.

We stayed here for one night during Christmas time. Initially, we travelled to Mornington but couldn't find budget accommodation, so we ended up booking this place as they had available rooms. The room was a suite equipped with kitchen utensils, an oven, and other amenities, which we didn’t use. However, it could be very convenient for someone planning to stay in the Melbourne beach area for a couple of days. The price was reasonable, and the room was clean. Its location is excellent—right next to the beach and surrounded by a couple of cafes, restaurants, and bars. The only downside was the parking situation. You need to book and pay $35 for undercover parking. When we booked, there was no parking available, but we found Wilson parking just around the corner with overnight parking for $12. If you don’t mind walking 2–3 minutes, this option might be more affordable.

Great location to all amenities and good hotel to stay at. ||Beach across the road, parking was great and shopping around the corner !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest on the Bay in Frankston, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming staff and modern, comfortable facilities. The highlight of my stay, however, was the stunning beach views – waking up to the sight of the sparkling ocean just outside my window was simply breathtaking. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, local cafes, and shops. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this hotel offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!

Had to stay for a week. Have previously stayed here. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful. It has everything you need so close by.||Walking distance away from beach, shopping centre with all supermarkets, eateries and public transport. This includes train to the city. You can leave your car in the carpark for your whole stay if you wish. I will return here again.

The Quest was exceptional. ||Great size room||Nice big tv||Big bathroom , very clean ||Close to train and shops

Wouldn't stay here again receiption are rude overpriced gota put up with dogs barking in the rooms if u forget ur room key it is a drama to get other key

Comfortable hotel at an excellent location with great views. Rooms are very clean and spacious with lot of cupboard space. Kitchen is also fully equipped. Stayed with family over a busy Christmas period and the staff was very patient and welcoming. We stayed couple of nights and were pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping staff to organise and clean the rooms everyday. We will definitely come back next time we go for holidays at Frankston.

Kids love the room. We like the tidiness and amenities of the room and the location, close to everything, beaches, parks, shopping centre, eateries and train station. Staff are friendly and attentive as well.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, and had a lovely view of the bay. The fridge was unbalanced, coffee stains in cups, and a hairpin left from previous customer on bench. Bed was comfy as were the pillows. Myself and my 8yo got a big scare when I was showering when a strange man entered our room, turned out to be a maintenance worker, I wont be going back based on that fright.

Second time we've stayed at Quest Franskton on the Bay. Staff went above and beyond, so helpful and accommodating. Rooms lovely and clean, love the full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, and the water pressure simply amazing! Beds very comfy, excellent air con, we had view across to the bay. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Great location, fantastic staff and facilities. The Quest in Frankston is a great place to stay as it is in the centre of Frankston and has great amenities.

Easy check-in, room upgrade was much appreciated. Everything was perfect from start to finish & I would love to stay there again.

We were glad that we decided to stay at Quest Frankston on the Bay. Staff are highly professional and friendly, great customer service. Perfect location to go for walks at the beach, amazing food places nearby. Room was clean, spacious and had a great ambiance. Highly recommended.

Quest Frankston on the Bay is a very convenient and comfortable hotel. They really made our very short stay quite convenient and relaxing. The view from our room was worth the price. The room was very spacious, with comfortable bedding and a stylish kitchen space fully equipped with all the necessity covered. Having an onsite gym facility and great terrace to enjoy some leisure time was great! The area is just located at a walking distance from the beach. It was quite convenient to get there from the airport due to the Sky Bus travelling to and from the hotel. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and was readily available to assist. Would really recommend for an enjoyable and comfortable stay for travellers.

The views are really nice. Waking up to the bay view was awesome! The apartments are very clean and tidy with all necessities. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Loved my stay there.

If you want to enjoy the bay view from your room while sipping hot cup of Melbourne coffee, this is the place you should go and book their sea view room for. Second last weekend we stayed there and enjoyed every bits of it. From the room decorations, to services and the location everything in right for every penny spent. There are some local pubs nearby to enjoy beer and parma too. Quest on the Bay is the hub where you can spend your dream holidays. Would love to go visit them again. I recommend you guys strongly

What an outstanding location. Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and the staffs were really nice and accommodating, a rarity in hospitality industry these days. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time during our stay here. All the staffs were exceptional and professional. They went above and beyond in every matter. The room was neat and tidy and had everything we needed. Great location with nice sunset views👌👌

We had a really great stay at the Quest. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. We fortunately were able to get a beach view which made our stay even better. The lady Krupa went above and beyond whenever we wanted anything or needed anything. Will highly recommend this Quest for the stay to experience the beauty of Mornington Peninsula :)

I really liked the way hotel is setup. The rooms and views are amazing. I really appreciate the way the owner of the hotel comes and talks with people. Incase anything happens anyone can talk with her .. her name is Krupa. Such a loveable person. I had issues with my TV and she put something on it and from there it was running good and I could watched Netflix and Prime Video. Will keep coming for the beach view and amazing neighbouring food places.

Had an amazing stay at Quest, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable and well- equipped. The location was perfect, close to beach and all various types of food option in just walking distance. Will definitely come again.

Stayed here with my wife for 2 nights recently. Beds were super comfortable and room was an ideal size for us. Great spot downstairs for brekkie and a coffee in the morning. Backing onto a decent shopping centre, surrounded by plenty of options for dining and only a short walk to a wonderful sandy beach. We will be back 👍

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

A hidden gem in the heart of Frankston. I love staying here, amazing views, friendly service and amazing rooms. Highly recommend 😁

Very worn around the edges. Grounds kept well. Evidence of doors and bins snd cupboards being kicked in, lazy attempts at repair. Reception was functionary and polite though not the warmest hospitality. Guest bed extremely saggy and springs broken. It serves a purpose. Functional.

Could do with a selection of teas such as peppermint or camomile. Darker room for sleeping . More advice from staff member to advise how to use the card to activate electrical. Also to be advised of bond when booking room

Very rude reception staff. I called a few times, the lady who answered the phone, put me on hold and simply hang up after few mins

I would like to commend Tiffany for her fabulous customer service. She went above and beyond after not being able to accommodate our request to extend our stay in the apartment that we were in. Tiffany organised us another room seemlessly on the 4th floor with magnificent views. I highly recommend Quest on the Bay. Thankyou!

I booked these apartments for staff attending a nearby conference so did not personally stay. All have given me feedback that the rooms were great and convenient to everything around. They had a great stay.

We only stayed at this hotel for 4/5 nights while we're moving to another state. I really love how comfortable and wide the beds were, there was so much space to put your belongings on there. They are very spot on to sleep on. Me and my parents have enjoyed our stay to put our stuff down and enjoy ourselves in these 'romantic rooms'. The only complaint we had was how atrocious the tv looked, there is a yellow line somewhere on the screen, and the colour contrast is so wrong. Aside from our experiences, I totally do highly recommend it for everyone, even though it's meant to be styled as a couples hotel lol.

Great location! Friendly helpful staff! If you enjoy watching Netflix, Prime , YouTube or any streaming service DON'T stay here! The rooms don't have smart televisions. We were told that none of the rooms have smart TV's.

Bel hotel con parcheggio sotterraneo

Very disappointed at the customer service and cleanliness of the room. As an accommodation service provider, it should provide exceptional hygiene practices and communication skills between departments. I went to double check with the receptionist about the availability of the housekeeping services, for the confirmation from them. However at the end the room wasn’t cleaned. My guest and myself can confirm NO DND sign was hang on Saturday morning. When I checked out I asked again but a different staff, she said there’s no housekeeping service available. I highly doubted their professionalism and please think twice before booking this place. Looking at the hotel’s reply, I truly wish they have better standards and training in terms of customer service.

The location was perfect, in the heart of Frankston. The studio room was a good size and clean upon arrival. I had a very comfortable stay. The service staff were nice, arranged parking and offered excellent directions to the places I inquired about in Frankston.

Very comfortable place sray

Clean and close to everything

Horrible experience. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR your MONEY. This was possibly our worst experience yet. We booked a room here through booking.com. Not realizing that it was actually someone’s apartment. The webpage was not accurate at all. We thought from the pictures and description it was a time share hotel. Mind you we are coming from America. We end up getting there and the owner of the apartment sends us a message on WhatsApp. After discussing with the front desk we were directed to go back out front of the quest building to the Thai restraunt right next to it and use the lock box that had our room key inside of it. Very sketchy. Once we had the key there was no parking and the owner proceeded to tell us that there is no parking and we could park in a shopping center near by. Not very ideal after seeing the area is very run down. After discussing if we should even go through with it, being tired and exhausted from traveling we thought to go up to the room. When we got inside it seemed to be someone’s apartment with their personal things. The website should have been specific on it was basically an Airbnb. The place was disgusting. Walls were marked with dirt, scratches liquid stains. It was not clean AT ALL. we tried to get our money back from Mr Salman arif he told us no and good luck. We decided to leave as we were getting in the elevator it gets stuck on floor 6 & we could not get out. We were stuck in there for over an hour and a half. We kept calling the emergency phone and they were useless. There was a person by the name of Matt who kept yelling at us to see if we were okay. He’s the one that kept going down to the front desk to make sure help was on the way. Me being 6 months pregnant it was absolutely terrifying. The elevator people finally showed and the guy could care less. We will NEVER go back to this place and proceeded to file a dispute with the apartment owner since we are not allowed to get our money back. Thank goodness for one of the other guests staying, Matt, or else no one would of rushed to help us out of there. This hotel was completely deceiving and an absolute scam.

My mate and I came into Frankston to let our hair down after 2 nights over $700, aircon didn’t work in the afternoon sun, so we were forced to leave the room for few hours. We left deposit that was meant to be returned upon checkout which wasn’t returned , the woman on the phone claimed I subletted the motel room. My name was on their computer and mates card with reception I left the room at about 2-3 am and my mate was asleep I returned early in the morning and they claimed this is resonable grounds to tell me I sub letted the room, I find it a horrible excuse of greedy businesses . Don’t expect your deposite back. We didn’t damage the room and we actually cleaned the room before leaving, perfect excuse of a slumb lord buisness, save yourself the money and check into Seaford motel the rooms are just as nice and half the price

The rooms and location are fantastic. What really stands out though are the exceptional staff. Reception, housekeeping, maintenance, all staff are wonderful. Friendly, professional, helpful, they provide service above and beyond expectations. Fabulous.

Workers had very rude customer service, and was horrible when had to pay for accomodation for family because I thought it was payed for when I did booking online. Then on arrival they wanted to charge extra $150 bond per room. And was like a maze to get to the room but rooms were clean and tidy.

The room was quiet, save for the steady beeping of the monitors and the soft hum of the ventilator. Sunlight filtered through the blinds, casting a warm glow on the sterile white walls. You sat by the bedside, holding Justin’s hand, your heart heavy with hope and worry. “Wake up, Justin,” you whispered, your voice trembling with emotion. “It’s time to come back to us.” You remembered all the moments you had shared, the laughter, the adventures, and even the mundane days that now seemed so precious. You leaned in closer, gently brushing a strand of hair from his forehead. “Justin, we miss you so much. There’s so much waiting for you out here. The world hasn’t been the same without your smile, your jokes, and your presence.” You took a deep breath, trying to steady your voice. “Remember the time we went to the beach and you insisted on building the biggest sandcastle? Or how you always made the best pancakes on Sunday mornings? We need you back for more of those moments.” Tears welled up in your eyes, but you held them back, focusing on the strength you needed to convey. “Wake up, Justin. We believe in you. I believe in you. You can do this.” You squeezed his hand gently, hoping for any sign of response. “Wake up, Justin,” you repeated, your voice a mix of desperation and unwavering love. “We’re all here, waiting for you. Come back to us.” As you sat there, the minutes felt like hours, but you refused to give up. You knew that your words, your presence, and your love were the best medicine you could offer. And so, you continued to speak to him, sharing memories, hopes, and dreams, believing with all your heart that he would hear you and find his way back.

停車場居然要收35dollar一晚

A few nights stay with my husband. Simple safe check-in and out. Lovely entrance, Sam at reception was pleasant. Clean room, quiet for even being so close to the night life. Nice sunset views over the water, and beautiful lights up the coast. Large cold fridge. Split systems in both rooms. Blockout blinds on all windows. Balcony with table and chairs. Plenty of mirrors, and plenty of wardrobe space. Lovely mood lighting. Close to everything including the beautiful beach, large shopping complex and many restaurants and cafes. It was lovely to have the room already warm and inviting when we arrived.

Passable the studio had no couch only 2 chairs makes it uncomfortable when trying to relax we had to get 2 lifts to our room very strange .

It's one of the best places I've stayed, the other one was also Quest it was just in sale not Frankston but hands down will always go with Quest no matter the area. The lady at Frankston was a pleasure to deal with and so very helpful. Thank you I enjoyed my stayed Tuesday 12th March.

We stayed at Quest over the March long weekend for 1 night. Firstly on arrival you can't park out side the actual hotel. You have to drive around the corner and park and walk back to the hotel. We were greeted warmly by Sam and other staff member on arrival. They Made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions. While signing in we were told of the $150 charge in case of damages to the room was going to made to my card plus room fee and parking fee. The damages charge we were not expecting and no information was given before hand about it. We Have never had to do this at other hotels. Parking should be part of the room fee due to area and be warned the spots are very small. I had to get out so my partner could park the car. After two lift trips up the room. Bit of a maze but are told on arrival and there are directions in the hallways. Got it down pat pretty easy. The hotel outside the room was very clean, smelt good and well looked after. The room its self was very clean. . Had a great kitchenette with dishwasher, full sized fridge and every thing you could need. But no cold water in the fridge had the container for it but was not filled. Was a 39 Degree's out side would have been nice for cold water on arrival . Aircon was amazing and worked well had it on all night due to the heat very quiet and easy to use. Bathroom was very small. Knocked off the toilet roll every time sat on the toilet. But shower was great on a hot day. And the toiletries were full size and smelt amazing. The living space was small with desk and two chairs but not relaxing to sit in, a small couch would have been better. The blinds across the big windows were bit ratty and so many to close at the end of the day and let light in the next morning right in our eyes. Block out curtains would have been so much better. The Sliding door was heavy and hard to open to get on the balcony. We were on the side so not the best view but was nice to sit out there relax and take in the world. The bed is where we had real issue with as it was two singles pushed together so there was a dip in the middle. Seperate would have been very comfortable but pushed together we kept rolling in to the middle. At the price point of the room $300 + for a night we should have had a proper bed. The sheets were clean and pillows were comfortable. Out side the hotel you are close to shops, dining and the beach, which was great especially with the hot night we where at the beach till dark and able to come back have a quick shower and dine in the restaurant in the lobby. Which was an amazing meal. Over all good hotel, was great night away but has a few issues that could be addressed.

Good place to stay and have a meeting

Nice and quiet room . Large apartment style and clean. Room service daily and good Wi-Fi connection. Beautiful food in the caffe and restaurant down stairs ! Need to pay for underground parking and let’s hope they don’t forget about you like they did me …. Good access to beach across the road and walking track. A lot of local drug people around that will sit at the front of the building and smoke ALL day but however they are harmless .

Our experience was the worst. Their online photos look nothing like the actual room we stayed in. Studio Executive. The shower was moldy and the grout was pinkish in colour indicating soap scum. The carpet was actually dirty and we know this because my 2 yr old crawling around had black knees. The coffee sachets that were supplied were old and stale. This was not the worst of it. My 2 yr old almost swallowed a rusty screw off the floor later realizing that the screw must of come off the broken wardrobe door handle where I had jammed my finger on. This was swept under the carpet. They state they have bay views which is almost correct but your eyes cannot go past the construction and the vacant buildings that are around. Staff were confusing to speak to; with manager on duty not in any uniform indicating their professionalism. Customer service was appalling and no compassion was given at all. This is NOT 4.5 star as stated on their website clearly deceiving the public.

Enjoyed our stay. Service was good - stayed during public holidays and was able to request towels to be replaced and was done. Really nice place to stay.

It was an eh place I would say…This is my first experience staying at Quest and probably I was expecting a lot or probably Quest has different kind of offerings. I had requested two cots for my twins which they said would be $10 each and which was absolutely fine but when we reached our room, we noticed that it was not assembled. It was really tough for me given my two year old kids were jumping around, my husband disabled with a knee injury and I trying to assemble the cots. I had never seen that before in any other hotels we stayed in…it always came assembled. Finally I requested the front desk to help out which they did…but nonetheless a different experience. Plus the fridge was not working. Also the rooms are pretty small. I guess the best part of our stay was the shower which was quite good.

Great staff and location. Big room and closecto everything

Central location close to the beach and bayside shopping center. Bit of a maze if you get a room in the second tower. Good gym and meeting room. No room service available.

Nice comfortable place to stay

Business trip. The hotel is more like an apartment setting. You get kitchen with utensils, dish washer, microwave, pots&pans Sofa and a small dining table. Very spacious. There are 2 Quest on the same road. This one looks better

Apparently dog friendly had to take my girls on 2 lifts to go to room. Balcony but divider is not right size and dog got out. A few complaints about dog getting out not my fault. So had to tie her up not good. Apparently dog weed on sheets. I don't allow my dogs on bed. They didn't even clean or wash sheets. Dishwasher powder ran out so couldn't use it. As they don't clean on a Sunday. Accommodation was paid for. On leaving they wouldn't let me leave as no deposit was taken. Apparently they need to do that I. Arrival but didn't. Poor place staff rude especially the so called manager will never stay there again or recommend it not even food service. But they charge a lot. Thankyou Quest on the bay for a horrible experience

Pretty good hotel good service good staff and did the job for me and dad

- Great place to stay with easy accessible to commuters, malls and amenities - Friendly and helpful front desk is quick for checking in and out; complimentary self service laundry is a plus. - Attentive housekeeping is another plus.

Problem with this place, is on top of your room cost, you have to pay $30 for secure parking. This is not guaranteed as they only have minimal, if you know Frankston and your car is not in a secure location then it will be frocked into. Frankston is a pretty place but it has a large drug and crime rate. You als must pay $195 security deposit on your room when you arrive. This is to stop you damaging room, doesn’t say much for area.

Overall the rooms were clean and upto standard. I bit on the pricey side.

Sat on hold for 40 min no answer. Called back 7 times and received the same result. This was at 5pm.

Great place to stay and very friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Good

Clean rooms, very comfortable bedding and staff were lovely to deal with.

Decent hotel, whether it's business or leisure. Good location with an excellent charge back American style restaurant downstairs. Dan Murphy's 1 Min walk, along with all the other necessities. Rooms were fine but nothing spectacular.

what a great experience great rooms good views and very friendly staff thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and we will defiantly be back.

While the rooms are large, for short term stays at least, the price is exorbitantly expensive for the quality presented. The location is excellent and the staff were very good. Room maintenance and amenities need a significant improvement to justify the short term stay prices.

A pretty good stay along Frankston area, the site is well located and surrounded by amenities around. We booked a studio room and the room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite and efficient in their service. There is parking onsite that is located underground at $30 per night which we found to be quite expensive. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel with worst soundproof I have ever had!! Booked two nights for my holiday before work starts but was so disappointed. Never had good sleep for both night, neighbors were too noisy banging the door and screaming from 1am to 6am. It seems like many people were staying in a room or they have visitors. I can clearly hear them shouting and they bang the door so loudly almost hundred times in the midnight. The hotel should strictly look into this. Really had bad nights there… And the bed and pillow were not comfortable at all. Would have only give one star. But the staffs are friendly and the place is clean so two stars.

Deposit not returned

What fantastic service and beautiful, immaculate rooms. We sat on the balcony and watched the fireworks around the bay. A perfect way to welcome in the new year.
