The security here are complete flops. Venue pretty average. Plenty of other options in the area.

Met a very friendly 90 year old bisexual gent here

Walked in late night for food and two coward security guards started cussing me and told me to leave out in an absolute bad way. They made fun of me and kicked me out by using bad words for no reason and they are just security guards.??? They pissed me off and ruined my day..?

Horrible food that is from the cafe next door. Asked for a rare steak and it was well done. We ordered food and then they come over 10 minutes later saying we owed more money for the meal. Horrible atmosphere and service. Cheap prices but still not worth it

I just kicked out without getting any reason they took my pic while I am going in and showing that it comes from some watching system, they who is behind bars as barmaid and mostly looks Asian using technology which is I am bad, and if I don't know account win they getting it machine to machine and Rob people, not only this all of them situation is this...

A place determined to drive away customers, keeps jacking up prices, no raffles,trivia etc, just bought in a no hats rule (really? Its 2024 & you are not a exclusive club) & no smoking section (not that I'm a smoker). Used to be a great place. They only want people to pump the pokies. No loyalty whatsoever to locals.

Nico and Wendy & Jas  were wonderful. We came with friends to watch the footy and they were very friendly & welcoming & we all had a great time with drinks & food. We will be back. Thanks

Met someone,loose from a few beers, who recognised my tool shirt. Had a few laughs with a beer and pub feed (Swiss beef with napolatian sauce). Good prices and would recommend

Very cheap place and good food.

Came here for some drinks and lunch on Saturday during midday. I only ordered 1 drink here and before could order some food they advised I could not order any drinks. I didn't catch their names but they were 2 asian girls at the front counter. I advised I just wanted to order food and they told me there was a cafe down the road. Not going there again

Closes at 3 am not at 6 am as inaccurately advertised just as a heads up. Usually pretty chill pub and really nice bartenders for hospitality customers that finish late but that has disappeared now. Used to be a late night hang until new management made moves to keep the cross from flourishing again.

Been drinking here for a long time. Not what it used to be. God's waiting room as they say. Beer price bit on the high end

Terrible - you get your machine unreserved by someone when you have money in it and drink next to it when you go to the toilet (so not as long as it would have taken on reserve) pokies staff pretend to go and look at cctv and do not come back and pretend they were going to look at it? - he was still in there on the machine. Very much regret tipping beforehand. Never again.

The facilities are nice; modern and clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Most central of the pubs in the X. Open til 6am heaps of pOkies to choose from. Interesting patrons and nice staff.

Monica (and her whole team at vegas) are really friendly warm & welcoming. Its a pleasent experience always. Their customer sevice is great & its always a really enjoyable time at their venue.

The place isn't fancy but such great value. $12 for a big plate of veggies and schnitty or a steak. $10 for big serve of lasagne. Pasta great value. Drinks good prices. Gaming room and the last remaining pub with an indoor smokers area. Excellent.

My favourite pub in the world. I've been drinking there now for close to 30 yrs. It's slowed a little due to Kings Cross not being the same anymore but that might be a good thing

Staff were amazing best long island tea

Went to the pub. The food was surprisingly cheap. Got a chicken schnitzel with chips and vegetables. They gave two large schnitzels with gravy, more chips with what you can do with. It was only $10.

The Vegas Hotel is a Pub, not a Residential Hotel. A friend & I went there to watch a Specific NRL Game on Cable TV while drinking afew Beers. The Vegas Staff don't mind Non Alcohol Drinkers on site.

VEGAS HOTEL,KINGS CROSS The new manager and his side kick woman are the most polite rude people and show no compassion when a long term local visitor to this establishment ( me ) got escorted out because I could not pull up on my ph or show the paper work showing I had 2 jabs. And I had already signed in with my QR code I had been going there most days lately but he picked on me today. I hear he doesn't like noise either as he kicked out a female friend of mine...for having her phone playing music to loud. He and the woman are not for the role they are in,they should be pouring drinks and the very nice helpful bar staff should be management. No wonder it's mostly empty,all the time.

Love this pub. Come off the grimy street into a little bit of bling. It's an all in pub with characters up the back having a bet on the races and people sitting with a quiet drink. My mate John and I wondered in for the $10 steak lunch and a couple of brews. The steak chips and salad is awesome and the cook knows how to get them right. Schnitzel is also good, house made sauce is good, old school Diane for me. Beers are great and pulled to perfection by the lovely bar staff, extremely friendly. Thanks Pearl. Inexpensive beverages in a cool albeit a little Vegasish clean neat Pub with great cheap food. Nothing wrong with the Vegas.

Great place for pokers Lover

Great place. Went on weekend night and it was very quiet, guessing due to lock out laws. Friendly staff and amazing schnitzels, steaks w/ chips/salad/veg. We often go here on a train from Parramatta. Would be better if kids were allowed to dine in too.
