Was having a good meal with my parents but could hear what we assume is the owner yelling at staff and it ruined the mood.

The service was outstanding. Staff was so welcoming and sweet from the doormen to the serving staff a smile from all , the food was delicious we had a Parma and a pizza and 2 amazing cocktails a Malibu Barbie and classic Margherita. Presented beautifully , live band sounded great. Had an awesome night , great for all ages from old to young. The place is vibing Thankyou Park hotel xx

Medium review for a medium place.. they try to act all fancy with the dress code at the door, but then you can't order food and drinks at the same place, and your expected to get your own cutlery, salt, pepper, sauce and water. The soft drinks were all flatter than water. They rave about having good steak in the steak sandwich, but it was all chewy, and bread was damp on the bottom. Parma says smoked it isn't, and the chips are barely seasoned and just not great. Maybe more of a social place that offers food.

Great location for beers. I go there with colleagues a few times a year and have taken a few families there also. One timely visit with families they had a reptile zoo as well. Highly recommend!

Literally a bad experience, do not go here. They refuse entry or service to anyone with visible tattoos, but they hire bouncers and bar staff with visible tattoos. Elitism in Werribee of all places. The new owner is, shall we say, a bit pretentious and not nearly perceptive enough about the demographic of Werribee. Hopefully he sells soon and leaves town.

Booked a table for a lot of people for an end of year celebration and Kirby was amazing. So helpful, friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Food was also great and came out so quickly. Highly recommend!

Great night out, however I was annoyed the my friends were allowed in with sneakers and I got denied and had to mission it back home to change my shoes

This venue has it all, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere but why does it stand out from others? The Customer Service, I always feel so welcome when I come, they cater to everyone from the younger generation to work catch ups to families! Kirby is an absolute gem, she goes above and beyond for her customers and functions.

Omg was lucky to attend an 18th bday here last week it was amazing. This is an amazing pub the place was packed for Octoberfest festivities but the function rooms were awesome. I look forward to coming in for a meal as the catering food for the fu action was great.

Always an absolute pleasure to come here. Amazing food, nice selection of wines and cocktails, and fabulous service even single time. It's our favourite spot to eat and drink in Werribee. They're super family friendly too and really look after you. Their steak and shiraz night is top notch!

Disappointing! Was so looking forward to try this out because of all the great reviews but the service is poor! Came here on Friday night, waited 50mins for our food. We were told it would be a 30min wait but it was 50 and only because we went up to ask for our food. No apology nothing. I understand things can get busy but no accountability for poor service sucks. I gave 3 stars cos the place is nice, the set up and the atmosphere. The service sucks and the attitude poor. I will say the pizza was nice. Hence, 3 stars. Service a real let down

We made the journey over from the outer east of Melbourne, to meet friends. WOW! What a great find! Excellent service by staff and owners. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent pub food and value for money. We loved the pizzas, fries and pumpkin salad. As it was a Sunday, the extra touch of live music and a balloon artist for the kids was a bonus. Thanks so much! You should be really proud of your venue! Highly recommend and we'll be back in the future.

Well where do I start? Having been in hospitality for the better part of 15years.. this place looked ok online and the lady who took my booking over the phone seemed prompt and friendly.. when we arrived for our 7pm dinner I was disappointed right up until we left. 1. Told them when I booked we had a pregnant lady with us- was given table right near door/smokers area wafting straight in 2. Had to line up outside and have my photo taken and ID scanned- it’s a dinner reservation/ not an all nighter 3. Got 2 menus for 4 of us. Had to scan QR code to order and pay for food but had to go to bar and buy drinks separately to which they didn’t even stock pure blonde.. 4. Pool table was right behind us and a few times I had someone’s butt over my shoulder- also doof doof music cranking 4. Food was prompt but not even hot- Parma was over $30 and was the smallest I’ve ever seen in my life and dry.. 5. My wine wasn’t even cold. 6. Had to go walkabout and find some cutlery and napkins. 7. Everyone on the table felt the same disappointment but we drove 3 hours and were hungry.. went around the corner and filled our tummy’s on coffee and desserts for $50..

Came here for the first time very nice atmosphere quick friendly service, very family friendly. Shout out to Conny due to my dietary requirements i requestes few changes to my meal with no fuss she organized it so quick and it was deliciouse.Kids loved their food to we had a great time will come.again

Today was Father’s Day. The staff and kitchen were great. Quick and attentive. Atmosphere with entertainer on keys made for a festive lunch feel with my family.

Could not discourage customers from this business more. Such high turnover rates in staff as they're treated so poorly. Reputation and profits are their only priority. Extremely disappointed.

We frequently visit this local pub and are consistently impressed by the amazing food and drinks. It’s a great spot to hang out, with plenty of space and a pool table as a nice extra.

Excellent atmosphere, great service and food.

Nice interior, friendly service, and drinks were great, but half of the food was a bit not good. Burger was very dry, and chips were too salty. Lamb shank was very soft and melted in the mouth. Overall, it was not a bad experience. Maybe something happened in the kitchen.

My partner & i went there for lunch today a friendly welcome at the door we were taken to our table & the menu was explained to us. We ordered chicken parma & fish n chips the meals were large & 10 out of 10. Staff were so friendly & welcoming which made us feel relaxed we will be returning to try more from your fantastic menu. Great food, service and atmosphere

The food is 50/50, I had a great meal here about a year ago but tonight’s one was pretty bad. The staff are lovely though and the drinks are good so I’ll probably be back, though not for dinner 😅

The food was delicious. Very helpful staff and great venue. They have a jazz/piano singer on Thursday and the singer was awesome. Great vibes.

We visited for Friday lunch. We arrived late(ish), but were assured it was not a problem. Food and amenties were very good. However, we were welcomed and farewelled like we were old friends even though this was our first ever visit. That made it an experience for us. We WILL return if we find ourselves in Werribee again.

We had my mother in law’s 50th birthday in The Laneway function room yesterday and just wanted to say how amazing everything was! Throughout the whole booking experience and day, the staff were brilliant! A massive shoutout to Rhea who took care of us so amazingly! Thank you all so much!

Great food friendly service

That was amazing I’m so impressed how busy you guys were tonight being the winter wonderland thing on and how fantastic the service was . My husband had a steak and he said it was the best he has ever had . The service from all the staff from walking in to your venue was outstanding. Keep it up 👍

Food is good, but too much ice cubes in Cocktails and Mocktails. It's not worth for the money we pay for these. Feel like drinking water with lots and lots of ice cubes.

Wow I went for dinner last night and was so very pleasantly surprised. Door opened for us to enter, so clean and well set out inside. A lovely atmosphere, music was good and not so loud which I love, you could talk to each other without having to yell. Service was brilliant and the food was beautiful, cooked well and fresh. Nick came up and spoke to us at our table to make sure that we were happy and made us feel so welcome. Beer garden out the back was gorgeous and lights in the trees. I will definitely be going back. The food is a bit overpriced for a pub meal but trivia night is bang on.

2nd time we have been here and both times haven't left disappointed. Great food, service and atmosphere are fantastic and lots to choose from on tap. Highly recommend
