Just had the spatch cock and it was very dry not pleasant at all had to buy another meal when I complained to cashier she said just complain I thought that's what I was doing.

Always a quick tasty meal here. Asian meals are authentic and delicious.

Had great cheesecake, coffee very dissapointing. Had a large latte, no taste, very weak, Think need different beans for sure. Also mixed coffee order up but not important.

The daily special $15 was good value. Other food wasn't cheap vis-a-vis the serving size. The coffee wasn't impressive.

Quick service, food was very average. The restaurant is inside the casino, not like regular restaurant, but nice experience.

What a disappointment. We stayed at the Star for 3 nights and wanted to try all the Star restaurants. Ordered 2 dishes between the 2 of us. We ordered the whole barramundi, which was overcooked. It tasted like it had been pre-fried and left aside until someone ordered it. It wasn't crispy but just dry and hard. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was straight out of a store bought bottle. The fried prawn and chicken noodles was a stodgy mess without any flavour. Prawns were the cheap frozen kind that have that artificial snap to them without any taste. Prices aren't exactly cheap. The western food options may have been better from what I could see of them. I'd be embarrassed to serve up food like this and call myself a restaurant.

Star City Casino Fast Food Place. There is mostly Asian food, but there is also Western stuff. We ate here twice for lunch, the food is delicious and comes quickly, plus the prices are low.

DO NOT COME HERE ! I came to order from Food Quarter. Lady named Rita who served me at counter was so very rude to me and my family. Gave me dirty looks, sighing and made me and my family feel very bad! I am a Gold Member here, been coming for a few years but after this incident, I am never coming back to Star Casino.

Me and my friends order same food and and all found pieces of papers in our mash potato and the person who took our plate back says that the paper doesn't look like the paper is found in the mash. 1 plate with pieces of papers is an accident but 3 plates of food is morethan a co- incident. We got refunded $5 back from what we pay and he made us feel that we made things up. If I can put -0 star I would.

Late night snack. Pad Thai ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Music from club was too loud in the food area and was annoying. If we wanted to hear music that loud we would have gone into that venue.

The food was not bad but the food quarter supervisor named Jason was fantastic! I was having trouble using the star gift card that I received as a present and nobody in the entire casino knows how to make it work until Jason helped me even though he was busy preparing food and supervising staff. He started getting staff to cook our food while he sorted out my issues with the card and he made it work! Star Casino is very lucky to have staff like Jason who went the extra mile to help a customer like me! Because of him, I'll definitely go back to Star Casino! Also, another supervisor named May tried to help me as well and she was really nice. Thank you Jason and May for being awesome!!!

I’m ordering vegetarian friend rice they mix with pork and its happen with me twice very poor customer service unprofessional staff they dont know how to cook they hurt my religion as well in my whole lyf never eat pork plz no one go this restaurant i want take legal action against this restaurant

Pretty good price for value. It is not the best atmosphere as it is just like one of food courts. If u have a membership card which is free to apply, you can get really good price and deal.

Food could be better.

an average of 15-25 dollars per meal. there are certain days that you get a set meal at 15 dollars (for members rate). a good serving size as well as a glass of wine/coke/juice. other restaurants nearby also have the same offer like that of 24/7 sports bar - serving mostly burgers and fries/chips. for those craving for a heavy meal, head to food quarter.

Probably the most affordable meal inside the Casino. Big variety of Malaysian food but also a few Western options. Food was ok, nothing remarkable.

$9.90 special of the week, very small portion, ramon just taste like instant noodle. Not recommended.

Would give zero stars if possible. Had to be hands down the worse meal of my life. Ordered the roast pork and a side of chicken pot stickers. The pork was mostly fat and inedible. The pot stickers where the truely horrifying part. They were rubbery and very obviously just re-heated frozen dumplings (think from the frozen section at Coles) $10 for 6 tiny rubber ball things of vomit. First batch came no joke burnt and black, second batch un burnt but still vile. Even my dog would probably turn their nose! Zero stars would have been better to grab a big bag of frozen dumplings from Coles and make my own. Still would have tasted better and wouldn't have cost over $35.

Even though we just came from a very filling dinner elsewhere, we decided to dine in here for a quick 12am bite and the food was surprisingly delicious. I had the roti canai with curry chicken and i can easily say that this compares to my own mothers reiteration of the curry chicken, which is bomb btw, so i was quite happy to have it. The roti canai was good, as expected, and im just happy that the meal altogether was actually very tasty and true to its nature. However, it was a little bit more expensive than i had hoped for, but it's to be expected when you are conveniently located right in the star casino.

We love this venue and always visit when we are at the Casino, the Food and Service is very good and very well priced. We visited very recently to try the Lobster Special with Shallot and Ginger Sauce and it did not disappoint, lots of sauce, large lobster cooked to perfection Yum Yum Yum memorable. Waitress on the day Alice was very friendly and helpful. The Menu changes with seasonal specials. Check it out, my pick !!!

Awesome spot for food during a social night out with mates getting amongst the revelry. Enjoyed the salmon sushi box and the beef noodle soup on separate occasions. Both delicious, hearty and nutritious! The service is reasonably quick and staff are reliable. Edit: the nasi goreng is perfect for your fried rice fix, heaps of prawns and a delicious fried egg satisfies your selective taste buds! Edit: the wagyu specials were fantastic throughout the Star but my fave was the Food Quarter wagyu steak :)

The food is not good. Seafood is bland favours are watered down. Nobody at my table enjoyed their meal. Went here with some family while visiting the casino. While the casino is generally upscale the food here was anything but. I ordered the seafood pasta. Others at my table ordered the curry, the wonton soup, the satay and the pork. While everything was palatable, I can't day anything better. Everyone commented that the proteins were bland, the seafood especially tasted almost freezer burnt. My pasta, which I would've expected to be full of classic flavours like garlic, lemon tasted like canned tomatoes sauce with frozen seafood. While everyone finished there meal everyone commented on the poor quality and the lack of flavours. The highlight was the curry which had more flavour than other dishes but still failed to meet expectations. If you're at the casino I would recommend the fat noodle which is highly reviewed. I would stay away from Food Quarter.

Food is decent, a little over-priced for portion sizes and member discounts could be a little more generous. Drink prices (non-alcoholic) are very good.

The service is not amazing! However, the Hainanese chicken rice was amazing! Loved it! Tasted so authentic! I will come back to try the other dishes. The customer service just needs improvement.

Food was great....but pricey The Special offers for the day seems a better choice as its value for money. We had a whole Barramundi each at the discounted price. Loved it.

Terrible customer service. I have visited here a few times and the service is always bad. Today, I ordered three meals and waited over half an hour. Went to check with the staff and he was extremely rude. They didn't even have a docket for my order, must have skipped my order. I had to show my receipt to get my food. Food here didn't taste good. Bland taste and not fresh at all. You would get better food at the sports bar on the other side of the casino.

The rice is soaky, ie, too much water like a thick porridge!

Casual Malaysian influenced dining. Currently has the Star whole lobster special if you're a member. Normally $65 each, but promotion till end of March $29.90. Served with noodles. Worth the price of Star membership, free to join.

The Spicy Crab with noodles I had here was the bomb! The staff was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them to accommodate!

Exceptional customer service, the food is delicious. The staff go out of their way to make me happy. I spilt some water and someone came to clean it before I could even let anyone know. There was a long queue for coffee and I was worried I would miss my train, but thankfully the barista was extremely fast and i didn't miss my train. Great place, I would recommend everyone goes there.
