The staff at this store is absolutely fabulous as they actually want to help their customers and it’s always with a smile. A special emphasis of thanks to Russell, the manager, and Lizzie who took the time to assist me with a unique issue regarding a gift card. They put in the extra time and lots of effort to resolve the issue, and I will be forever grateful! This is definitely the place to shop whenever you’re needing electronics.

Came to purchase an Apple Watch, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. They only had three models on display, which made it difficult to compare options. When I finally found a staff member to ask some questions, she seemed completely uninterested in helping me and even told me I should go to Apple instead. In the past, I’ve always had positive experiences at JB Hi-Fi, with helpful and knowledgeable staff, but today was a complete letdown. I came in fully intending to buy a watch but left empty-handed and disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic experience. I went there to get a chromebook. The staff were very sweet and nice including the security girl at the main gate. My credit card transaction limit was on so I couldn't pay. They put the product on hold. I changed my transaction limit online and returned after 10 minutes. Purchased and happily came home. But the chromebook is such a disaster that it doesn't even do simple apps like Outlook mail or office 365 :( I was sad I wasted money on it. I do have a windows laptop. I wanted something simpler with long battery life. But without internet chromebooks are just fancy calculators. Made a mistake there. But the next day I went to JB hi-fi and explained my situation. The guy at the billing counter, charming and polite immediately understood and asked his manager, another guy with medium beautiful hair. They readily allowed me to exchange it for something more meaningful like a kindle. They were so polite and kind to me. I had no right to return or exchange because I opened the product box and used it. Yet they let me exchange. I returned home happily. Thank you guys.

Went in to buy 2 drink bottles a sale of $100.00. Stan approached me straight away and assisted with the price match. When I expressed concern as the product came unboxed and didn't want them to get damaged in transit, Stan wrapped and double bagged them for me. Thank you for your assistance today Stan good job.

I showed the clerk in Apple clothes the price match of Big W, but he didn't even look at it and said no. Then I went to another store, JB HiFi, and the clerk in the other store immediately agreed with the price match of Big W. I was very disappointed. I have bought many products in this store, and it was obvious that the clerk was not trying to sell products and his attitude was not good.
Had a very bad experience here. The Sales representative was very rude, and had a inappropriate body language. He was like a racist to us and was not even interested talking to us. Would never wanna come to this store. How can you hire someone like this who doesnt even know how to greet. Is this some kind of a joke? Would have given -1 specailly to that sales rep. Horrible experience because of that guy. Poor, pathethic customer service
Waiting, in the upstairs section, for fifteen minutes to get help and when the young, long haired white guy I was waiting for finished with the people he was with he walked straight up to this good looking girl and helped her instead. When I called him on it all he said was, ' yeh cool, I'll be with you soon'. I was astonished at the lack of consideration and him blatantly picking to help someone who had just walked in the store and who he was clearly attracted to. I left immediately and didn't buy anything.
If you can find one you can ask the deals. All 2nd floor, just 1 staff and that staff just chat with a customer almost 45 minutes for $89 sales while i was trying to buy a $2000 TV in 5 minutes and leave the place. At 30th minutes i couldnt wait no longer and politely asked if there is another member i can get assist, guess what i have been replied very rudely manner i am in a middle of something wait. Left the place, went online and bought my TV from goodguys. I wonder how JB Hi Fi makes money with this service and manner.

有一个亚裔男的态度特别差,我在chadstone拿到比较低的价格后想在这个店买,那个男的直接怀疑我在骗他,态度特别差,虽然最终给我price match了,但是找各种理由不给我price match储存卡,甚至威胁我不买储存卡就不卖我机子,由于我急着用相机所以最终买了,购物过程特别差劲,真的后悔没直接在chadstone买。There was an Asian man with a particularly bad attitude. After I got a relatively low price at chadstone, I wanted to buy it at this store. The man directly suspected that I was cheating him and had a very bad attitude. I was in a hurry to use my camera so I finally bought it. Although he finally gave me the price match, he found various reasons not to give me the price match storage card. It was a terrible shopping experience and I really regret not buying it at chadstone.

Interviewee: I will always thinking on their feet, control what you can control,always prioritize customers balabalalllllllll..... The manager: Yes, you've been hired! At the store: When customer coming in, staffs: (opps ignore it, I don't like this person.) When customer asking questions. Staffs: You have to wait! Then keeping chat chatting with other staffs. If there were someone prioritize the customers, they will end up being bullied and leaving. When customer complaint to the manager, manager: We are apologize for you experiences. In fact, in managers's mind: (no, we will never change it, because that's what I have done when I was the junior staffs hahahhhhhhhhhh) What a exceptional customer service!

I honestly feel for the staff that have to take the calls from fustrated online purchases. JB you cannot say available now OCT 3 for pick up and take money. Then reply its available 15 days later. Im not in the game but your even I know that the Apple iPhone 16 max will not be available until the 23rd. Its faulse advertisment. Your staff need a payrise and a medal..

One of the staffs asked me why i need come to jbhifi for price match instead of buying from other shops. Umm… he was not trying to be offensive but i just found this question is very unprofessional.
I was looking for an iPhone case for an iPhone 16 and asked a team member for assistance. I was lucky enough to get Ellie, who didn’t say the usual “whatever is on the shelf is all there is”. Instead, she looked in all the places extra stock could be, and even asked another team member to help help her when she still couldn’t find it. Because of this care and attentiveness, she managed to find it in another random section of the store and I left very happy. Give this woman a raise.
