It's hard to go wrong at a JB Hi-Fi and this store is up for it. I didn't ask for aid because I knew I wanted a FitBit watch (Versa 4) and while I could push for a discount I hate doing that, I'm not good at it. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when I was paying and the ticketed price was reduced by $80.

I entered just to have a look at the smart watches, and for the first 10 min none of the staff that saw me really came to ask if I needed something until an employee called Henil checked if I needed some help. I asked him about the watches and he was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Henil was patient enough to explain me the specs of every device I asked for and I ended up getting not only a great smart watch but also an amazing deal with a Google pixel phone, cover and screen protector. I felt very excited about the deal but mostly happy with the assistance.

am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delivery experience I had for my recent purchase from JB Hi-Fi Australia Fair. I ordered a TV on Sunday and paid an additional $60 for delivery, specifically requesting a delivery window between 10 AM to 12 PM on Wednesday, as I would be home to receive it. However, on Monday night, I received a text informing me that the delivery window had been changed to 12 PM to 2 PM. While this was inconvenient, I accepted the change and waited for the delivery. When the time passed and no one arrived, I called ANC Delivers, the delivery company, and was told that the delivery driver would arrive at 2:15 PM. Despite this, I continued to wait, made several calls, and received no response. By 6:30 PM, when the driver finally arrived, I had already left my house, as I could no longer wait. To make matters worse, when the driver did arrive with his wife, they were both incredibly rude to my girlfriend, who had been left waiting for hours. The driver demanded her help in unloading and setting up the TV, despite the fact that we paid for full delivery service, which was supposed to include a hassle-free drop-off and setup. Another person in the truck did nothing to assist, and my girlfriend was left feeling uncomfortable and unhelped. This entire experience has been frustrating, inconvenient, and incredibly unprofessional. I was promised a service that was not delivered as agreed, and the driver’s rude behavior was completely unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with both JB Hi-Fi Australia Fair and ANC Delivers for this lack of communication, poor service, and mistreatment. I am requesting a full refund for the $60 delivery charge, as I did not receive the service I paid for. I will be reconsidering any future purchases from JB Hi-Fi and will be sharing this experience with others to ensure they are aware of the potential issues with both your products and delivery service.

I have been here many times for shopping and asking questions about different products. Staff here aren’t nice, attitude is bad, feel like not being well trained for detailed knowledge of products. Only go there for location wise otherwise recommend Bundall shop is better.

Kai from computers was amazing we walked in for a dvd. My son saw the PC & asked kai every question under the sun. He was so kind, so knowledgeable so helpful. He didn’t rush us he answered all my son’s questions. We almost walked out with a $3400 pc. We are still thinking of coming back in and purchasing. We just need to get my son’s father on board as well. Kai your customer service is second to none. It’s good to see that good customer service still exists whoever trains your staff at jibihi 5 deserves a big round of applause. I would definitely hirer Kai I would steal him off you. Went today and my mate asked for a black apple watch but when we got home he been given a silver/pinky colour. The employee name is Matt O doesn't take his job seriously sounds sarcastic when he was talking, plus overheard one of employees talking about his mate very UNPROFESSIONAL.

I went to the store and I ask about the screen protector of phone to the coordinator and he was like no we don't have any screen protector I told him that I already buy it from here at last week but then also they don't give me any response after that I look for the screen protector and found then I show it to the coordinator then also he don't apologise to me. That the worst experience I had .

I had such a great experience with this store. Was helped by Kai and DJ. They gave me honest advice about what would best suit my needs and went above and beyond to get my product to me. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to talk through their options before deciding on a purchase.

I purchased a lenovo laptop last March and it had problems from the beginning. It would lose charge fast and it would stop working when I was in the file explorer. Since I am an IT student and a developer I needed to work with it So I didn't take it for repair sooner because it takes 2 to 4 weeks for even a simple check. last month it was showing blue screen so I had to take it. And now after checking it, lenovo tells me that it has liquid damage which I CLEARLY remember not having accidents with my laptop that would cause this damage and they said it will be 1540 which is the price for a new laptop. I am not sure if the laptop was refurbished or not in the first place but there should better policies for such cases. I also paid extra for JB HIFI warranty which now I know doesn't cover these cases.

Quite a nice JB with very friendly staff but it’s in the worst shopping complex I’ve ever been to so I won’t be returning.

We had been having problems with connecting the wifi router we got from another JB in our new house. Kai one of the staff from this JB store found us, we informed him of our struggles and he found us a router that was compatible with our plan. It is now working amazingly. Kai was so helpful asking us many questions to ensure we solved this problem and so we didn't have to refund another router. On top of that he was able to decrease the price for us so we were incredibly pleased with Kai's work ethic and customer service.

The staff are welcoming, knowledgable & helpful. The store is organised well so you can find what section or items that you’re looking for. They have many options available for IT devices eg laptops, smart watches, I-pads, accessories etc.

The worst customer service at JB ever! The attendant was very rude! Asked him about the product, he didn't know anything about the combos, and was walking around, maybe he thought I'd steal a cheaper keyboard. He started complaining that I was checking the ones that the boxes were opened. Hope JB can find a better person to work there, I believe the company is already losing with this kind of team member "."

I usually shop at this store but this time two of the staff attending me were very rude and unprofessional; i cannot remember their names but one of them was a tall blonde, very young and the other one was shorter, i think her name was jordan. Honestly i dont think people like them should work in retail/customer service.

I had a horrible experience with Telstra and on exit rang JB Hi Fi - best move ever I arrived 1/2 hr before closing as I wasted time at Telstra and got the best service ever!! Hopefully I've spelt this right but Rhiannon served me - gave me the low down on what options I had for a phone now - and off we went. Plus I saved $500!! One of the systems held us up a bit bit but she never got frustrated and kept plugging along. Patent courteous and extremely knowledgeable- thank you will come again - hope you enjoyed the wine 🍷 see ya Telstra - u may have me for the phone service but your never getting another phone sale from me

Another good experience at this store. Hodge, the manager, advised us on ear buds for my wife's Samsung phone. Realizing it would stress me out to set them up he kindly offered to do it for us. Couldn't ask for better service.

If I could give zero stars I would hopeless I made a pre order Firstly my order was wrong secondly after I pick it up I had go all the way back because they struck a PS4 disc instead of a ps5 disc in my bag OMG to simply put it never again.

Hands down to Jordan for the best customer service! I called up to see if I could get a refund on a product even though I'd opened the packaging and she said it would be all good to bring down. I went in and decided I wanted to exchange the product instead for something different which would've costed me an additional few dollars but she made it so it would be the same price for me, absolute legend!! Made my day. Good job Jordan!

My only gripe is the lack of service. The staff are very friendly & do a great job, yet. Too many times I've been wandering around trying to find someone to serve me. I know this could come off as I'm impatient & too important to wait my turn but there's nobody around. I usually go to the counter to call for assistance then someone will spontaneously appear. Again, best service when you get it.

Me and my friend (both people of colour) were followed around the store by one employee who was consistently giving us dirty looks. We both paid for all of our items and followed us out. We were then profiled once again at the door by the security guard while the lady that was following us smirked at us from a distance. Completely inappropriate, racist behaviour from both employees, security guards and even managers for allowing this to happen in the first place. Absolutely disgusting.

Male employees are very helpful but not everyone is nice. Indian girl (at door security) racially profiled me and literally talked to me like I was 5 years old. On my way out of the store multiple WHITE women were allowed to leave and I was the only one who had my shopping pulled out of the bags. So mad that I’ll be emailing head office to let them know

Staff member Mitch was very rude too when I told him that this is the 4th time I have wasted my time coming to this store to purchase something and was trying to hide his name when I asked for his details to give an honest review. Then continued to yell out to me outside the store sarcastically saying “Thankyou, Thank you” you guys should not be hiring staff like this.
