I came into the store today to buy a microphone and received fantastic service! The shop assistant, Nick, patiently showed me all the options and even took one out of the box to ensure it was compatible with my phone. He knew about all the products and was a wonderful help!

The first lady that helped me was lovely but the girl that served me at the counter with blue hair was quite rude. Spoke down to me because I was young and had an aggressive tone when I was having trouble swiping a bloody gift card. Really pissed me off for the rest of the day.

Spoke to a lovely young woman on a Saturday morning looking to price match a laptop to Bing Lee to purchase. She was wonderful and acknowledged that with Bing Lee the laptop was on special order but that was exactly what she would have to do anyways. I went away to think about it and came back an hour or so later and spoke to a young man who took me to the counter to work through the price match and purchase. An older man came through and said no in a very cold, rude, abrupt manner that they wouldn’t do it, felt like he had quite an attitude on him. Seemed like he was just hostile on the topic of price matching and gave me attitude as if I had tried something over on them. Went home and spoke to JB-HI-FI online chat staff and provided them the link to price match and they were also happy to accept the Bing Lee special order price It’s a shame that in store price matching seems to be met with rudeness and hostility at this location, as if you are rude for asking/are inconveniencing them. Wasn’t impressed.

I bought a camera to start my photography work. When I went to do my second job in a park, it started to drizzle and my camera stopped working. I took the camera to the store and they are charging me $689 to repair the camera, while a new one costs $720.

It's a decent JB HiFi but their range of some stocked items. Their Transformers figure range is lacking lately. I often can find better at Chatswood or Sydney CBD stores!

I received worst service this morning from the staff, next time if you don’t want to help just say , I spent a lot money with turntable , vinyl record and speakers and I just ask to help and you acted rudely.

Got what i came for but the customer service was a tad...odd? I was greeted and asked what I needed and that in itself was fine. What was odd was the feeling of being rushed and continually being asked if I've picked a product. The worker kept reacting everytime I moved to look at something so I'm not sure if he thought I was planning on stealing anything or whatnot. He just felt very in my space and leaving me to feel as if I couldn't browse in peace. Then I pick my product - behind a locked cabinet - and the worker takes it behind the counter and says someone there will process the sale. Again, that's fine. I did choose a pricer item that could've been stolen and the counter is the safest place for it to be to prevent that. But when I inquired as to whether I could browse the store further, I was met with confusion? He questioned if I wanted to buy something else and I just dismissed it and went to purchase the item I initially chose and hurried out (which in hindsight, would've looked suspicious, but i was very uncomfortable). TLDR: Felt like I couldn't shop in peace and felt like I was under surveillance. Got what I needed, though.

I bought a new Nokia mobile and had great difficulty transferring data from my old device, among other things After completing a JBHi Fi survey giving the store a very low rating, one of the managers, Addison, bent over backwards to fix the issue when I went back to the store in a very grumpy mood! Addison is an outstanding manager and never passed the buck to any of his junior staff. He gave me so much of his time, perseverance and patience that I felt very guilty. I also had the opportunity to watch the way he treated his staff and other customers, while he multi-tasked as he fixed my issues. It is very rare to get such good customer service, anywhere. Impressed is an understatement.... A serious promotion awaits this young man and he is surely CEO material of the future.

Twice I have visited the store to buy an iPad and both times left empty handed. The service is non existent, I felt like the invisible customer.

Went to Warringah Mall JB to sort out an issue with a three month old coffee machine and the guys there were amazing in assisting us. With the help of our great sales assistant Binita, we had the issue sorted quickly and went home very happy with our experience, we recommend going to Jb Warringah Mall they will definitely look after.you.

Even though the majority of staff members are part time students. Service levels are consistent and good. Junior staff always seem to know who to call in case of product expertise.

Tried to buy my husband a white something kindle and it was not available and was told they are all sold out and cannot be purchased at the moment in Australia. The sales girl was lovely. Went to officeworks 4 days later in Dubbo and purchased 2 no problems! Perhaps honesty and integrity just let people know you have sold out but you could try Officeworks, Myers whoever and you will find we will come back as it just leaves a bad taste - sold out in Australia!!

Delivery experience was frustrating. Online order said stock available for immediate delivery but after I paid they informed me it was on back order. Still says available on their website when I checked again. Long delay in the refund process.

Today i went to JB HIFI brookvale. I met a very helpful lady named binita. She explain me the feature of the product and help me show some demonstration as well. Overall i am very satisfied with her service.

My go to store for most electronic needs. They have courteous staff, who greet you at the door and check in with you about needing assistance. Most things I need are in stock and they price match without any fuss.
