Zach at Belrose has been absolutely incredible providing us with fit-for-purpose devices and solutions. His knowledge regarding current technology is extremely impressive. He is able to cater for and communicate with a diverse range of customers, including those with additional needs such as myself. His emotional intelligence, courtesy, customer service and sense of humour are outstanding. It has been a pleasure dealing with Zach.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered a next day delivery yesterday as a gift for my fiancées birthday which is today!! Due to an issue with their crashed system, I have been informed the delivery will take place tomorrow. Again, my fiancées birthday is today leaving me with no gift. No apology nothing. I now have to find another place that sells this item between now and my fiancées birthday dinner in less than three hours. Staff also informs me that they have to wait for the item to be sent back to them from Australia post and only then can I have a refund. Also arranged to work from home today as it requires a signature. No one will be home to accept this tomorrow! None of this is my fault yet I am left with the inconvenience without an apology! Where is your common courtesy?

Great JB Hi Fi. During the week it’s super quiet and there’s always someone available to help! I find the staff here super friendly and also helpful. Ample parking in the Supa Centa too

Recently purchased a replacement mobile phone from JB HI FI. I requested assistance in transferring data from my old phone. The shop staff refused. I did not think this was good customer support. Should have gone to another store.

Great value Hiscence and TCR?(sp) TVs. I did some research. Hiscence are made by a firm run by the Chinese government, who have questionable human rights policies. I bought a Sony on sale from Gerry Harvey for the same price, who interistingly enough does not seem to stock the Chinese brands. Just an observation, nothing more.

This mitch bloke who served me was pretty pog champ, he looked like a bit of a fortnite gamer and when asked he confirmed my theory. We talked extensively about sound systems and what monitor would have the best impact on my gaming. He showed me his set up and played some house music over a speaker, overall pretty poggers.

I phoned up to confim they had Dehumidifiers in the store, they confirmed and said there would be a dedicated sales assistant to show me the stock. When I got there, there were none in stock! I had chemo yesterday I explained that and I took all the time to drive up there from Avalon to Belrose... not coming back to this store again! In the end put an order in at Harvey Norman picking it up Monday

I ordered an xbox one x through click and collect on their website and then after I made the order I was flagged for suspicion of fraud with absolutely no reason for what warranted the suspicion . I then get a follow up email stating I must provide additional proof of identity via email which would take days after they had already withdrawn the funds. So I go into the store that I was supposed to picking up my xbox from and they said the only thing they could do is cancel my order but the funds would not go back to my account for 4-7 days! I am appalled at this service. If the money does not come back this week I will be calling my bank to report fraud, ironically.

Out of stock again. Staff help when they are free but it's short and sweet interaction. Mask make customer service harder to make contact, so the retailer that works this out first will be the game changer...

Don't try and collect an order for your teenager, you'll be required to complete a paternity test. Better pack a DNA kit when visiting JB

ordered a washing machine more than 2 weeks ago to be delivered on Sunday. the driver called me on Sunday and said he will deliver the item in 20 min, he didn't turn up and wasted my whole Sunday. I called the store on Monday and they said they will call me back but didn't(happened twice). went to the store on Monday and took the around 1 hour to make a refund for me.... from there went directly to Harvey Norman took 5-min to place the order and they did SAME DAY delivery + installation. will never go there again.
