Great service and great collection of sales articles

A couple of weeks ago, I inquired via JB Hi-Fi chat about the availability of a Hisense 40” Full HD Smart TV, but it was out of stock. Since I didn’t need it urgently, my husband went in-store to place an order. The sales team suggested a TCL 40” Full HD Smart TV as a great alternative, assuring us it offered the same output. After setting it up and disposing of the packaging, we noticed a few performance issues, including long power-up times, laggy remote responses, and poor streaming due to the TV’s inability to connect to a 5GHz network. Despite troubleshooting our router settings, the issues persisted. When my husband returned to the store, the team was incredibly helpful and had no hesitation in allowing us to exchange the TV. Their professionalism and willingness to ensure customer satisfaction made all the difference. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hassle-free resolution!

Had to get a gift set of headphones repaired and the service from Troy on drop-off and Naomi on collection was astounding. The team here are legends and super helpful and kind 🖤

Does anyone actually answer phones or is the girl who answers as far as you get? Called up 4 times today asked to speak to someone about home security cameras waited all day no answer that means no money for you off to the big green shed very helpful there and cheaper. Was in one area for approximately 10mins looking at products, during which time salespeople just socialised at one of the counters talking amongst each other. Going elsewhere.

I find this store a bit messy due to the quantity of different. products available. I am disappointed with my purchase of a laptop as I specifically advised the salesperson that I needed Black keys with white writing due to poor vision and found I have been sold one with silver keys which I struggle to see. So much so that a month after purchase I still haven't finished setting it up. Cranky customer.

Lack of service, very understaffed. When we did finally find someone to assist us, at least he was helpful and knowledgeable. Whew! Shopping there was fraught, not a relaxed, pleasurable experience.

Great service even during the mayhem of Black Friday sales!

Went in to purchase a racing wheel and asked a staff member (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) if they price matched. He was absolutely amazing!! He managed to match the price and find me the version I wanted, even though the store was very busy! Fantastic service, highly recommend this store as everyone is always friendly! Bought an IPhone 15 last night and was served by a guy named Alex who couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful! Friendly staff

Simon today at JB Loganholme omg what an amazing person. We walked in there today looking at a TV. He was amazing with knowledge and nothing was an issue for him. He advised us on all our questions and if he didn't know he ensured he did. Now what you need to understand is my partner is very picky and doesn't trust many sales people. Simon won him over. Friendly staff

Excellent service provided for a click and collect and they were able to fix a small issue I had when creating the order. Full marks to a very helpful team.

This post is not about JB, it’s about ‘BOSE’ but I can’t tag them. Think twice about purchasing this once premium brand as you get a 12 mth warranty, my $3000 surround sound is a throw away item after 12 mths apparently.
