Spor ekipmanı için geldim çok çeşit yoktu ama mağaza genel olarak çok büyük ve çok çeşitli. Diğer benzer markalardan farkı içi temiz eşyalar yerlerde sürünmüyor.

Disappointing! My son and I originally went to Big W Epping so he could spend his pocket money and Big w voucher. The lovely lady was willing to price match a $99 video game to $88, saving my son $11 of his hard earned pocket money. Unfortunately Epping had no stock (although they were displaying they had 2). We then went to Big W Craigieburn, the male there was adamate they could not price match, even though we were at another Big W less than 30mins ago. Disappointing on the managers behalf, making a blanket rule. I don't think I will be go backing to Big W in Craigieburn any time soon!

Good choice of family items at a budget price...I wish there were more items of the common sizes. I wanted a large size swimming top and there were lots of other sizes except the large.

My go to at Central, most of the shelves are looking full again.

Bad experience with staff at helium balloon counter, first day we went at 5.20pm and staff said how many balloon you want , I can do only one, no time, counter close, I said ok do one and he refused and said I can't do, I told him will pay extra, if you can do, he said no I can't do. Go somewhere else. Again we went 4 pm today and he said very rudely how many balloon you want, I said please do 5 and he said if party tomorrow they can stay, and I said so we have to take tomorrow he said no I can't do tomorrow by 10 am. Then I told him ok give I'm happy to buy today, he said but can't stay till tomorrow 10 am, asking alot of question. He is really rude. No customer service skills.

I went to Big W on Sunday to purchase VGA to HDMI adapter but they didn't have them in the stock but the Guy at service desk was so kind and helpful, he showed me few options on Amazon and Ebay on his phone & explained very well how to use it as I wasn't aware of what it looks like .Thank you so much for your help. I am sure some other greedy electronics stores wouldn't help that way, Thank you BIG W

I love Big W. Photos of some things that you can get from the sporting section. Service is always friendly. Prices are affordable and always find what I need.

So I just walked out of Big W. Their were to workers, a mature aged woman and a mid aged man with an American/Canadian accent. The First Lady was lovely to add the barcode for us as it didn’t scan, then we realise the car scanned $20 rather then $16, so we called that Man over to help us, I asked him if Big W honour scanning errors and he just goes “HAH NOOO. I’ve never done it before”. I know Woolies and Coles does it, but he could have told me nicely, instead of cutting me off and then walking away when I’m not even done talking and was going to ask more about the service.

Good shopping place! Has everything you need!!

I love big w this

I recently used Big W's helium balloon services, expecting quality but was thoroughly disappointed. I opted for the high-float option, paying extra for longer-lasting balloons, but the balloons I received barely floated at all. The helium quantity seemed far less than normal, making the balloons droop quickly, which ruined my event. Additionally, despite paying for professional tying, the balloons weren’t even secured properly. Overall, the service was unacceptable and not worth the extra cost. I won't be returning for balloon services and would caution others to reconsider if quality is a priority.

Constantly bad customer service. It has become a culture of not caring about customers anymore at this store. I went to pick up a online order and had to spend 40 minutes to and from pick area to service desk twice. Very unfriendly and bad customer service.

I know the checkout staff are there just to do their job, ,but but their safety is at risk these days with the crime rate going through the roof, , l can only hope police officers start to patrol shopping centers on a full scale and provide safety for consumers who have to potentially risk their lives just to do their weekly shopping .

Good area , better way to shopping in Big W

I was extremely disappointed with the security at this store for not letting me in at 05:50 PM, when closing time is clearly stated as 6 PM. As a customer, I expect to be able to enter the store during its posted operating hours, especially when there is still ample time before closing. This lack of flexibility and understanding from the security team reflects poorly on the overall customer service of the establishment. It is imperative that stores prioritize the needs and convenience of their customers, rather than rigidly adhering to arbitrary rules. I would strongly advise management to reevaluate their security policies and ensure that they are not only enforcing closing times but also accommodating reasonable entry requests made within operational hours.

The guy who does the direct to boot orders has zero personality and people skills and always seems grumpy and never closes the boot. I seriously avoid coming to this big w because of him, like seriously cheer up or getaway different job mate

I'd been to this store many times in the past & never had any issues. I went in today to return & receive a refund for a polo shirt that wasn't the right fit. A guy named Durga who claimed to be the store manager was at the service counter. I had a valid receipt for the purchase & told him that I had tried the shirt just once. Despite this, he refused to accept the return stating that the shirt had been used & didn't have the tag. Not only this, his demeanor was cold, condescending & downright rude. He acted as if I was trying to get something for free. While posting this review, I was surprised to see that a number of other reviews had negatively commented about this exact same person. The very fact that this guy has managed to retain his job despite all these complaints proves that the Big W management doesnt value their customers.

Dylan was an absolute legend, very friendly and helped me out with all my queries. For anyone wanting to come to Big W Craigieburn, ask for Dylan he's a legend!

The service people here are amazing. My PlayStation blew up under warranty. They had it sorted and fixed in a week and a half.
