Came in midday on a Tuesday and was served by Sean who helped me with my return and he helped me find out why the product was doing what it was doing and which product I could replace it with, very helpful.

Jackson served me and my partner, he was super helpful and kind. Helped get us everything we needed and helped compare products.

Been here for about half hour spoken to two team members who were sub par in service skills, rude or dismissive. Ben made assumptions and argued in front of another customer, after being called out on poor behaviour. Angela basically looked like she didn't want to be there. Edit ... Unfortunately, I missed the young lady at the desk who called on the manager. I did thank her personally though for demonstrating good service. The manager who came over, was engaging and interested in rectifying situation. What began as a poor start was successfully resolved. Well done ladies

Received good service, the guy knew exactly what I was after and took me there.

Stingy on price matching and the internet is almost non-existent in the store so when they refuse one price match that you have saved for verification it is near impossible to search for another. After purchasing, I did walk out and got on the net and found other better prices. Stingy and difficult, will shop elsewhere in the future.

Always have what I want. Doorman always polite and can always steer you in the right direction. Floor staff are often swamped but when you get service, they are normally helpful.

It's good to walk into a shop that have people working for them that know what they are on about. Jb hifi always has fantastic deals on, at competitive prices,. My family has dealt with them constantly and have always been impressed.

The nicest JB Hi-Fi I have ever been to. All the sales people are so kind and are always happy to help. Despite how busy it was over Black Friday I was able to walk in and get exactly what I needed with top tier service. Peter who I believe is the manager is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and was able to give me advice on a two particular fridges when I wasn’t sure which one to choose. The girls who run the counter are also so kind and easy to chat to and were really helpful when the fridge I ended up picking was on back order with providing information about what to do in terms of delivery and when it would be in stock. The guys who are in TV’s and games are also incredibly friendly and have ample knowledge on which products are best. Cannot fault this store ☺️. Remember to be kind to our sales people over the holiday season, they are people too with families who are providing a service to make your Christmas more enjoyable ☺️🎄

Big space, friendly staff

Stood in store for over 30 minutes. No interaction from staff at all. Store was not overly busy as it was only 9am. Missed out on over a $750 sale. Very poor customer service. Shouldn't have to search for a staff member when they were standing around talking amongst themselves

Came here during black Friday sales. The difference between this store and other stores (e.g. Mount Gravatt, Garden City) is stark. They had so many staff which were all well trained and very friendly. Whilst in store, we were approached by at least 5 times by different staff as we walked throughout to assist us. We didn't even have to ask! In contrast, other JB Hi-Fi stores I usually have to spend 5 mins running around the store to try and find help. I will be buying from here in the future as the service was the best we've ever experienced. Well done to the management.

Staff very helpful above and beyond

I had bought a fridge from this store, and after a couple of years the compressor stopped working. I had contacted the manufacturer and they were no help at all, and actually said there was nothing they could do! The fridge was still under warranty! Told me to find my own repairer. I then called JB HI-FI Browns Plains for some advice. My first contact was Blair, who was helpful, then Rachael, who escalated this to Jessie, the manager. Jessie not only gave me the advice I needed, but also went in to bat for me with the manufacturer. He contacted them and kept me informed at all times. Jessie went over and above on what could have been expected! The customer service was excellent and I am very grateful to have had such a positive experience…a far cry from the manufacturer! Well done Blair, Rachael and especially Jessie, you are a credit to your company!

Customer service by Rachael was so bad. She tried to upsell us on the dishwasher we wanted but was so hopeless. She tried to tell us it didn't have aquastop and it was literally written on the product plus on the yellow price tag. There were more mistakes like this too. Know your stuff Rachael!!! We ended up going across the road to the Good Guys and paid even less with an emergency services discount. A shonky experience at JB Browns Plains.
