An absolute marvellous place, I think other businesses should learn a thing or 2 from ace computer world. The team was fantastic I felt that any lack of understanding I had was meant with a clear professional explanation that ensured I knew what I was getting, these guys aren’t out to make an extra buck to, if you don’t need it the team will kindly let you know and save you some extra dollars! It’s so refreshing talking to the team, they are kind, professional and you can tell they want to be there and want to give you the best quality for the best price. Jordan was a pleasure to talk to and honestly it just felt like I was talking to a mate. Brad managed to absolutely blow my expectations out of the water, I thought building a computer would take a while but Brad managed to finish my build with ease. The third staff member whom I spoke to (I apologise for not recalling his name) was also very helpful, and it was almost like he was just as keen as I was to help me find a new suitable case for my pc as my previous case was just not big enough for my new graphics card. (For Repairs) Excellent service, my experience with Computers is from building and and installing software but after a crashing pc and testing the following (Restarted during gaming while loading a lvl Hard) (let pc restart and it happen again while playing) tested memory tested Hard drive health re-seated everything (Ended up still having restarts) bought a new PSU (restarted without warning) tried fresh install of windows. ended up BSOD during install Bought a new MB (BSOD during install) to get over the stress ended up taking it to a Ace computer world, as i didn't have CPU to test. Ended up being a dead CPU and MB. Cost for this diagnostic was $130.00 But in my opinion it was so worth it! Brad was so helpful answering my questions about the PC and also what he did to insure it was running again as i needed parts replaced obviously, he also carried the PC to the car as i had a walking stick and couldn't do it. I will be using ACE COMPUTER WORLD for any issues i have the my PC in the future that can't be fixed in a day. So if you need help don't worry they will sort out your issues! And i would love to know IF they price match to companies like Umart or Scorptec as I would love my business to be dealt with Ace from now on.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Ace Computer world. My 12 year old grandson is building his first desk top computer and researched prices online v In store. We decided to visit Ace Computer World and they went through all the parts that my grandson had - took the time to go through each of the parts and discuss/review and advise the best parts for his needs. Discovered that night was missing a particular part so we took the shell of the computer he purchased from a mate and all the parts purchased the previous day back into Ace World Computers They went above and Beyond and made a 12 year old boy extremely happy - he has used his computer as soon as he got home and all day today. Pokémon cards were a big hit with the younger grandson - again enthusiasm shared by the staff was amazing. Noel you should be very proud of the team and environment you have created - it was a fantastic experience - thank you to the whole team 😀

Excellent service and fantastic people! I purchased my computer from them about 2 years ago (they assisted with finding compatible components that suited my needs) and just under a month ago one of the major sets of fans in the pc began to make an awful horrid grinding noise! I took it in to them and they checked the warranty, turns out it was a 3 year so I could get it replaced once it was sent off to the manufacturer. But this would leave me without my pc for near on a month! But, being the excellent people they are they advised they'd put another set of fans and coolers into the PC so I could keep doing my things until it was ready for pickup. A couple days ago, I got a call saying I could come back in and they'd swap everything back over. Took the PC in, went to work and came back after work to pick it up. Price for all this? No charge. Absolute legends. Would 100% suggest making use of their services and listening to their advice it also helps a great deal that they are passionate about their work. Noel/Chandler and their team exemplify what customer service is. I had a custom machine built 6 months ago through ACE and it had been experiencing some crashing issues. I took the machine into ACE and they diagnosed a faulty part that needed to be returned under warranty. In the meantime they gave me a loan part so that I could continue using the machine until the warranty part returned. All within 24 hours. Honestly I would not go anywhere else with my computer in Ipswich.

Came in to have a case replaced and system transplanted. The team was fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable about building a quality system.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful initially. They put together a good deal for me on a high spec laptop. However they were not particularly helpful in dealing with the supplier when problems developed. The laptop ended up having three replacement motherboards which didn't really solve the problems. Ace Computer World sort of lost interest before it got that far and I had to pursue the matter directly with the Australian distributers.

How do you buy a brand new laptop that works about as well as a 10 year old one? Constantly blue screening and forcing me to restart my laptop. Taken back about 4 times only to be told they *cant find the issue*
