Ordered a pick up item yesterday, ready to collect today. Clear communication and service. In store the greeter/doorperson was super friendly asking if you need assistance as soon as you walk in. All staff very friendly and available. Pick up was fast, efficient and very pleasant. Great work team!

The service and range of goods is not bad considering it's a regional store but I also find Wagga JB Hi Fi very cramped and cluttered it might be time to consider upsizing or moving to a new and improved store. Wagga Wagga is a very large city and I think facilities here need to improve .

Amazing customer service at Jb with Julie. I had messed back and forth with her about the possibility of her setting a new iPhone aside for me as I knew they were selling out fast. There were a few issues with there being no stock or others already being aside for other customers, but in the end she pulled through and got it ready for me to purchase and pick up the next day. Great communication and reliability.

Despite standing directly in front of the laptop I wanted to purchase and desperately trying to get the attention of a staff member, I was unable to get anyone to serve me. Happy to spend my money elsewhere.

Massive shout out to the big fella David, his an absolute gem to deal with, nicest bloke and insanely informative no matter what section in JBHIFI I ended up with. Very professional but makes you feel right at home, Thanks for your time dude, it's a shame I live in Sydney but if I could have it my way this would be the only JBHIFI I go too.

We came here on the Saturday of the Black Friday sales. It was crazily busy! We were served by Patrick, who went over and above our expectations of customer service! We were total rookies (with the items/set up we wanted to achieve) and Patrick patiently explained everything, showing us different options with his vast knowledge of ALL the products. He spent over an hour with us all up! It was a very pleasant experience....and he is certainly management material. Thanks Patrick - much appreciated!

Well me and my partner came here and we were greeted by a woman in a near see through shirt with nearly everything exposed at first I struggled to believe e she was staff. In the end we felt that awkward we didn’t lurches what we wanted and just left

What happened to jbhifi? They were my go to place for electronics in wagga but lately they have dropped the ball. I bought a new galaxy phone a few weeks ago and have had nothing but problems with it, to the point of contacting samsung and getting them to remotely try to fix it but never heard back from them. Called JBHIFI and was told bring it in and we'll get it sorted. I made the 2 hour drive to be told to download an app and that will diagnose my problem, something I could have done at home. JB you've lost my custom.
