Cramped store, but good staff. They get the important stuff right. Unfortunately their media section has been squashed. Last time I was there, I did not see any movies or music. Will need to go to Miranda for those.

Lacked appliances, wanted to purchase white goods, but there are none in store.

The store manager should be so proud of his staff.The one’s that looked after me and went above and beyond with my purchase they didn’t have what I wanted in store so the lovely lady called about four stores until she finally got what I wanted. Even the staff on the checkout are very friendly.Welldone to a wonderful store.

Worst jb hi fi in Australia staff cannot even bring a fan down for customers they argue leave customers standing over 15 min walked our of store because staff would rather stand around talking to each other instead of helping customers disgraceful

Helpful staff knew their info. Such easy parking which makes it easy. Good prices, and you can always ask for price match too, they are very reasonable.

Normally a good experience, but stood around for 15 minutes with no staff approaching after multiple staff saw we were trying to get help. Store wasn’t busy either. Will just make my purchase at JB at Miranda instead.

Art served me at the front counter and helped me with exchanging a keyboard. Art was a true gentleman, efficiently served me with a smile on his face. Hope he’s in line for a promotion, the effort in his work truly shows!

Not one of the biggest JB Hi-Fi’s in Sydney, but recommended due to the friendly staff who appear to have knowledge of products they sell. As I’m a regular, there never seems to be large crowds, which is a plus in Sydney. The centre the store is in offers free parking also.

Convenient, lots of parking not so overwhelmingly busy.

Went to jb hi fi to look at the Samsung 23 ultra as I'm interested in upgrading my phone. I was looking at the phone for about 5 minutes but there was 3 salesmen standing at the desk opposite where the phone was and nobody asked if I needed help. Even the alarm went off twice when I removed the phone from the cradle and one of them had to reset it but still didn't ask if I needed help. Won't be buying it from there

I purchased a detachable laptop which the screen got 1 fracture through it which should have never happened as easily as it did. As it fell back on itself when it was sitting on the table in a case. To cut a long story short they wouldnt fix it and gave it back with a second crack in the screen. Thanks jb hi-fi for the worst customer service a second crack in my screen.

Bought Apple AirPods Pro gen 2.. It was cool that they matched the price with other store.
