Well laid out store but not everything on display in the store is held in stock which meant I had to go to another store to pickup my item.

Quick friendly service

Ben was extremely helpful with our purchase and did his absolute best to meet our needs. We are very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him.

Excellent customer service by Caillin who assisted me with the whole process of device replacement with great patience. His knowledge about the specific tech devices is amazing, and that helped me to select my next device without hassle. Enjoyed the experience and definitely going back. I found what I wanted but as the display box was empty, I looked around for staff to help me. I found someone who was on the phone so I waited until he was free and said “Excuse me” but he totally ignored me. So I decided to take the empty box to the counter. My son then said “Excuse me” trying to gain the attention of this man. Again, he ignored us. So we waited in the line only then to be told that a member of staff should have helped you. I didn’t explain what had happened but am disappointed with how we were ignored.

Just placed an order for a new LG TV, and wanted to share my positive experience, great customer service from Ben and the team at JB Hi-fi Castle Hill Homemaker Centre. Ben asked me all the right questions and did not try to push me in any direction, but rather asked about our needs as a family. Ben was great and would highly recommend Ben and the team there. Great price and customer service.

Wow the customer service here is worthy of a review! For such a small purchase Cailin was friendly and so knowledgeable and professional …a great salesman who almost charmed my husband into an oled tv purchase - which we are already planning to come back for. If I was you, Cailin I would open my own business in any field - your customer service really maximises future utility for the customers and that builds relationships.

Great Customer Service from Bilal

Hands down the worst experience i have had. I came in looking to buy the new iphone but it took the salesman like 30 mins to go to the back and look for the product. He came our saying there was none left and it then took him a while to call another store to arrange a pick up and asked a bunch of time consuming questions. Overall he was way too slow and incompetent, like how hard is it too say you have no stock.

Naomi helped me buy a new fridge. Very informative and helpful. JB organised an extremely efficient and prompt next day delivery, right before Christmas!!! I really needed the fridge. Amazing service!

Can't speak highly enough of Caillin after visiting the store today. His knowledge on so many different products is really impressive! The time he gave to answer our questions and his genuinely helpful and friendly approach really stood out. Will definitely return for any future purchases. Thanks Caillin.

Placed order for a phone for delivery next day 9-11 via courier, had to be home or be sent back, time passed no delivery no update on tracking , messaged several times during the day...no response...1.5 waiting live chat gave up... understand can have supply issues but when asking customer to stay home for delivery an update during the day is expected.

I called-in to asked about a particular product that I would like to buy. Ibrahim answered the phone and offered to hold that product for me he said to come before he finishes work at 2.30 PM which I did. When I got there, I got told from other staff that he was on the phone with other customers. So I waited near the display particular product that I was there to buy and realized that I have more questions to ask about the product. Thus I asked Ibrahim when he approached and pointing out my concerns and I wanted to buy extra parts with it. He replied that he had another customer to serve and he already talked to me on the phone. But these are different questions from what I asked on the phone. He refused to answer any questions, walked off then put my products at the counter and told the cashier to just take my money. He just tried to put in as many sales as he could before he finishes for the day. I raised this up at the counter that this is rude, he is so grumpy. The cashier said this is normal here

Staff were friendly but the process for returns was very difficult. We were passed through 3 different people to get a faulty product swapped for a new good one. It took far too long.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a TV here and I must say, Marc is the best sales professional I’ve ever met. His extensive knowledge about TVs and the Nintendo Switch I bought was impressive. Unlike other staff, he knows every feature, pros, and cons, providing excellent recommendations that helped me find exactly what I wanted. His patience and attention to detail made the whole process smooth, even though it took a bit longer. Highly recommend Marc for his outstanding service!

Taylor and Ibrahim were so helpful in store, made our experience quick and easy! both were equipped with great customer service and were super friendly!

Always my go to when I need something whether it’s computer based, TV, mobile or even kitchen appliances. Straight forward with everything properly displayed, stock available and staff that are happy to assist. Always competitively valued so you don’t have to waste your time going elsewhere. In comparison to the other 2 anchor stores here who don’t even bother helping you!

Amazing customer service. Ali was fantastic, genuinely wanted to help us. She helped my Dad go from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 15. This was a huge deal for him. Ali helped us set it up, helped when I got home and called her after I had a few tech issues and then helped further when I still had issues and had to drive back to her. Ali fixed it in an instant. JB Castle Hill she is a huge asset to your store. Her smile was infectious. Thanks Ali you made my life a little easier today. Regards Nicole (Richard’s daughter)

I'd like to say a special thank you to Caillan (I think that's the correct spelling). I was concerned about a front loader washing machine re - installation which specified 1 person to perform the work where it actually needed 2 people to complete the work. He went over and above any level of service to make sure it was corrected. Please pass on my thanks to him.

Huge store with very good range. Knowledgeable staff.

If no star was an option I would take it. Rude lazy salesman- didn’t know his product. Went to a competitor and found knowledgeable helpful staff and guess who got the sale-not JB.

The service from the floor staff is good with knowledge staff. The service at the checkout is terrible.

The staff were helpful in showing us where to find the product we were after. We were even able to test a demonstration model. Checkout was fast and accurate.

Ordered a Philips Airfryer 2 weeks ago and they had to do a store transfer which I was told only 3-4 days.

Found what I wanted

When I entered the store I was welcomed by a lovely lady who asked if I needed help. I didn’t get her name, but she was wearing a colourful hoodie. I was looking for a set of headphones. I have no idea about headphones as I’ve never owned a pair. I probably looked so clueless until I was helped out by Olivia. She was so friendly and she helped me pick out a pair of headphones that suited me. All the prices and warranties were explained well and really sold me on the product. Aside from great customer service, we had a lovely chat about bands as she noticed my shirt, which is beyond expectations and made the whole experience even better. Thank you Olivia!

Craig (store manager), David, James, Bree and Mark (one of the staff) was very supportive, professional and kind! I would recommend this place to others.

All JB stores are the same. Poor service from team members who seem to actively avoid customers. Price and availability is the only reason to shop with JB.

This guy called Shakil helped me choose a computer. He was super helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable despite working in a bunch of different departments. He really knows how to talk to his team and sell items

acceptable layout, poor reception(understandably a matter of infrastructure so not so much the fault of the staff) managers seemed to be a bit lights off upstairs but thats typical with retail, i feel sorry for the poor girl on the front stand, constantly had to call up for a product specified I and my partner were trying to purchase (rather simple usb-c docking station) and to no avail, clearly was fretting but not her fault her managers were asleep at the wheel. phone IT staff extremely helpful; overqualified. checkout girl click n collect was friendly-- again a bit difficult sometimes due to no service. I would recommend to encourage customers to use the guest wi-fi encouraged at the front with an easy password, its rather basic and simple, even a monkey can do it.

I had a little confusion, but after calling the store, my concerns were put to rest by the manager. Good products at competitive prices. All staff most helpful and happy, a pleasure to shop there.

Fantastic service and staff knows what they are talking about.

The appliance staff are painful to deal with. Even with proof of purchase it was still a drama to get a replacement/repaired coffee machine still under warranty. Yesterday I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner, just gave up & went elsewhere. The most useless JB store of all. Never again.
