For years I have appreciated the attention to detail, the consideration and the time each person I have dealt with takes to explain the fundamentals of how my expectations can be met. Their beautiful customer service leaves me feeling encouraged, informed and eager to continue using their superior products and services.

I have had dealings with Allbiz and there staff for many years and they have been great up until now. I went there to organise some printing for my business. My situation is that I have health issues and as such do not wear a mask as I have a doctors exemption, but on Monday I was told that they will not serve me or anyone not wearing a mask. I was not given the chance to explain. The guy was quite abrupt when addressing me. Very unfortunate for them as word will get out. Mandates are not LAW, purely a recommendation. I then proceeded to take my business else where with no issues at all.

Personal service, happy to help you with your printing needs. I love that they have a recycling bin for old printer cartridges.

A great place to get all your office bits n pieces. Staff are very polite and will to help with all enquiries.

Best place for your photo,s copying, even block mounting, canvas stretching. Lovely staff well recomended.

The most shocking customer service ever...After 20 years of being in business, I have never encountered such rudeness and blatant attempt at manipulating the truth especially from the manager Dianne. I have never written a googIe review before - so that tells you how bad my experience at Allbiz was! I phoned on Monday morning to check when my cards were going to be ready and I was told Wednesday. So I rang first thing Wednesday to see what time I could pick them up as this was the last day I could collect them before a market I was doing a couple of days later.. Luke told me that unfortunately they were not ready as the original batch printed - the laminate had been too hot (or something along those lines - I'm not technical with print things) had ruined the run of cards and they had to be reprinted so they wouldn't be ready. Needless to say I was not happy. I asked if they could courier them to my house seeing as they had let me down only to be told that it would take a further 2 business days after they had been printed to arrive - which would be after the market I needed them for. So I have now paid for cards that are not going to be fit for purpose. Absolutely no duty of care to a paying customer who had been badly let down..... I then had to cancel a client (at my own cost) to make a special trip to collect them on the Thursday - when I mentioned to Dianne I was not happy, she not once but 3 times told me I was never told Wednesday (yes, me - the customer was lying - great customer service Dianne!!) and the cards were indeed on time. She was wrong especially as she was not the one on the phone call and I know what I was told. On top of it all there was no apology and she was trying to be manipulative with the truth. She was rude and aggressive in her manner towards me in the shop but it did make me laugh when she said she didn't like the way I handled things on the phone!!!!!! Time to go back to Customer Service 101 Dianne... and Allbiz, she was an embarrassment to your company.

Very helpful staff and a solid range of office products. The Lonsdale location puts them very close to a number of other smaller businesses which makes supporting the locals much easier.

Unhelpful, cost kept climbing and they seemed to be trying to anything and everything they could charge me extra for, even wanting me to send them the publisher version of my business card so they could rebuild it to look exactly like the one I had taken in lol. When trying to sort out the need for crop marks so the computer knows where to cut the cards" which is a joke the manager became mouthy and rude. No good."

I have gone to alot of office supply stores as a PA and now an administrative overseer, and Ive never seen a place willing to charge roughly 17.60 for a roll of whiteboard lining tape. Its tape. Id expect to pay about $5 at most. My goodness.

Love this place. Like a local version of Officeworks, but with knowledgeable staff and second hand options as well as new. Staff are friendly and helpful and prices are low. Great for bulk buys or one offs, or even custom prints etc. A bit of a local gem.
