Excellent customer service, especially when I needed to return a defective home appliance during a busy holiday season.

I walked into the store wanting to change my mobile provider where I was welcomed by Jett right away. He helped me get the best deal and was really professional. Jett made the whole experience a pleasure.

Helpful staff. Let me proper play-about with a phone and helped me with specs and curly questions. Love my A55 Samsung for what is a basic" device far more than the "ultra" I had before. Staff seem to enjoy working there. Shame JB's "deals" are generally pretty lame all and all."

I needed to have my phone repaired and Andre was extremely helpful. Despite the MANY logistical issues that came up in order to make it happen, Andre was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure that I would have access to a loan phone while mine gets fixed. It took a lot of time to serve me today and he was kind and patient the whole time. I have been served by Andre many times and he has always gone the extra mile to help me. I can't thank him enough for all his help this week :)

Good store. On the smaller side for a JB Hi-fi, but great staff and a good selection of products. Movie section has recently been downsized to make way for small appliances which is disappointing. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great shop, all staff from floor to registers are absolutely amazing, very friendly & helpful even at there busiest times. Delivery service is fast with tracking that let's you know exactly when they will arrive so you aren't sitting home waiting all day.

Great customer service. Guy went out of his way to try and find what I was looking for after he had clocked off.

I happened to buy the security camera and Jett was the person who helped us. It was a really smooth experience and he was really helpful. I will highly recommend JB Melton and Jett.

Called Melton JB HIFi to ask about best deal of Laptop to buy same day and they were very rude and told me there is no best price for the laptop and I have to come in person to get a deal. Why you mention on website to call for the best price then ? Not sure cause I have an accent or they are rude to all people equally ?! You lost a customer was willing to buy upto 3 k cash for a laptop. Not going to buy from JB HIFi even I will have to pay extra somewhere else

Very rude and unfriendly staff. Staff definitely need some training about how to deal with customers.

Worst costumer service ever , just bought a galaxy ultra 23 and came with a faulty camera , had to come myself to samsung as they said a couple of weeks to get it back, no loan phones available or replacement. Still an ongoing situation.

Good services & food

I don't go in often but they offer UBER ASAP which has been a life saver and a guilty pleasure from time to time. Same day delivery from a tech store goes a long way 👌👌👌

The manager and staff are very helpful and great people to talk to. They do have the product knowledge. They sorted out my TV issues without questions I would highly recommend 👌

Waiting to get orders from the store room is painful, staff everywhere and very few customers yet takes then 20 minutes to bring my item out. Suggest calling before you arriving so the staff walking in circles have enough time.
