Just left the restaurant and definitely will not be coming back. Walked in and the servers were all chatting and told us to find our own table. Floor was dirty and covered in food. Ordered our food, I got the chicken burger and discovered a chicken bone in my chicken burger. They did refund my meal. My toddler demolished the kids spaghetti and partner had the parmigiana. They both liked it but wasn’t amazing. Wish it could’ve been a good experience.

The food is good and the staff are very accommodating especially Chef Jeff.

The food was SOO DELICIOUS! We were a large group and they managed all our orders successfully. Everones meals came out promptly and all the staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back. 😄

It's a nice hangout spot for everybody, whether you're with family, kids or friends. The food tastes good as well.

Although the food came out quickly it was pretty poor quality. People think that large portions of are a sign of a good meal but who wants a plate of wilted lettuce and soggy chips. The teenage bar attendants were too busy preening and flirting with one another to take a drink order. They poured the wrong drink twice. That’s great for business

I had an amazing experience here on Australia Day! The atmosphere was vibrant, with a great mix of locals and visitors celebrating the holiday. The food was absolutely fantastic especially the pasta and garlic bread. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of the entire time. Overall, it was a memorable experience—great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere for kids! Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to for more celebrations!

Shame shame shame, no acknowledgement of Australia Day except on the till where prices were loaded up and insane for a mere Tavern. Food average atmosphere average Prices inflated After they snubbed Australia Day, as a local I won't go there again and wouldn't recommend. A very unAustralian venue

I couldn't believe the price of beer $12,that's why I don't go to these new pubs.the food is good and the service is great.i would go there for a drink the cost of living is to hard.

Ordered a latte never received it had to go and ask for it grumpy manager. I asked for mayonnaise on salad manager said they didn't have any. My fiance was given mayonnaise as he has allergy to garlic in aioli seems the chef did it this once and the cashier said they had mayonnaise also.

We love Brooks and come here every time we're in Sydney. Everyone is always very friendly & helpful. Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit. You absolutely will not regret it!

Great modern design newish tavern. Food menu was not large but proportions were generous. Staffing was ok but had trainees working under supervision. I will go again.

First time visiting and after reading some reviews was a bit hesitant in going but let me tell you we were very impressed. Staff was friendly, parking was small but we got parking right away. Food and drinks came out pretty fast and the food tasted great. Will be going back 😁

I had a disappointing experience at a pub in Jordan Springs. I went there with a friends to enjoy some open-air beer, unaware of any time restrictions. However, around 9 pm, security approached us aggressively, insisting we move indoors. I'm perplexed by this behavior and found the staff to be unfriendly throughout the ordeal.

I visited Brooks for my first time last week to enquire about holding a function there and check out the facilities. The venue itself had exactly what I was looking for, covered tables, a covered play equipment and a good menu. The person I spoke to however was less than approachable and was either unwilling or unable to help me with my questions. The room hire itself was 2k!! on the much higher end of what I had been looking at, and this would only be waved if I spent 2k in food only, she was not open to options of 1k in food and 1k in the bar or waving the fee at all if we guaranteed an amount of adults. It was also too difficult for them to remove one table in the pavilion to allow for a brought in matt and soft play floor pieces (all from my home and small). It was also not possible for them to provide jugs of water so we could make cordial for the kids. The manner in which I was spoken to and how difficult this individual was to deal with made up my mind that this was not the venue we wanted. this was to be a function with 50 adults and 20 kids now booked elsewhere with a much friendlier venue (free room hire, private bar tender, ok to set the room how we wanted) all with a guaranteed amount of adults and food purchased from them (no minimum requirement, but our party will be somewhere between 1k-1.5k in food alone)

Called up asked for a table, told us to just walk-in, it was busy then asked why we didn't make a booking and told us to wait outside for a table, then got ignored..

Call up and ask for a reservation to be told we can walk in and then get told that we could wait for one, surprise no tables and then get ignored by staff.

We enjoy going there. We particularly like the weekly special nights. The prawn pasta is a current favourite. Trying to get through the pasta list.

Great atmosphere. Not great vegetarian food, no taste. Would recommend keeping it simple, getting a vegan Schnitzel, v2/beyond burger, or wrap. Better vegetarian options would make it. Quite expensive.

What a stunning place, love the little play area and the atmosphere is fantastic. Had a little problem with our steaks being undercooked but the staff were super efficient at cooking them the way we liked. We also attended music bingo the host was super friendly. Well done team

Good place for groups. The food is good. Handy outdoor tables and seating near the playground. The playground needs a little bit of attention. They need to blow all the garden mulch back into the garden area.

Enjoyed a mid week lunch at Brooks. Being still reasonably new - Brook has a good atmosphere and ambience but did feel a little sterile. Food was good, bar prices are expensive.

No salt in the shakers got pepper sauce instead of gravy when we asked it was pretty much to bad that's it food was cold

Steak was cooked to perfection. I asked for rare and that’s how it came out! Amazing food and amazing service from the lovely ladies behind the bar.

We had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the security personnel at Brooks Pub, Jordan Spring. While enjoying our drinks outside, as the closing time for outdoor service approached, the security guard began using profanity and attempted to use force, which was completely unwarranted. Despite our willingness to move inside and continue our evening, the security guard lacked proper manners, and his language was unacceptable. I reported the incident to the manager, Ryan, who assured us he would address the issue with the security guard. Considering his behavior, we strongly believe he should be relieved of his duties as it tarnishes the pub's reputation, and we regret to mention that his conduct seemed racist.

Wonderful place to relax

Moved to the area recently and decided to give Brooks a go with family and friends. It’s was AMAZING !! The service, the cocktails the atmosphere it was all spot on. The food was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. The bar staff and chefs were having a good time working and that’s what you want to see. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to take more family and friends to Brooks. Keep doing a great job :)

Always have a good experience here. Food is always great. Service great. Only suggestion. Please put blinds on the west facing windows. Especially for summer. Just those sheer block blinds. This was the only thing that took away from this experience. Had to wear sunglasses inside. Sun was blinding and couldn’t see the people I was with.
