Just awful. Both beers we had were definitely not the beers we ordered. Totally different. Atmosphere non existent.

Excellent food at an excellent price and conveniently located

Stayed overnight on a the nine day golfing trip. 10 minute drive to Camperdown golf course. Service was great. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean and tidy.

Sadly the recent change to the kitchen seems to have resulted in a change of chef. On a recent visit I again ordered the fish and chips, which previously had been light and crisp and perfectly cooked, but now was served in a batter so thick it was almost all batter and very little fish, all of which was tasteless and swimming in oil. Very disappointed, as we had always enjoyed meals here.

A friendly place with excellent meals great value, large size and very tasty. The pokies venue is spacious but small, the staff regularly attend and serve in there. The machines in my experience are easily the luckiest on average of any pokies venue I have spent time in.

After a big day, sometimes you just need a bloody good steak and a glass of red - this place delivers! Thank you!

This place is just a casino masquerading as a pub. As soon as I entered a bouncer jumped on me and ran through all the ‘rules’ I’d broken by just daring to enter! (I was just waiting for a load of washing to finish at the laundromat a few doors up). I couldn’t even carry my tiny dog to the bar to order. I said I don’t like leaving my dog unattended in some places incase he gets stolen and the barmaid said she’d mind him outside whilst I went to the loo, which I thought was really nice, but when I got to the bar, she had left him outside with random people! The bouncer was giving me the evil eye the whole time I was there even tho I was dressed up after being at an event, and.i.am.not.a.bogan! I then dared to light a cigarette outside and was told I had to practically stand in the gutter so I was 5 meters away from all the empty tables and when I returned to my seat with my heavy handbag I given ‘just a warning’ we’re closing this section in 15mins! I didn’t intend staying for more than one beer anyways but I was clear I wouldn’t have been welcomed even if I had wanted to! I *hate* this militaristic side of Sydney and it’s also scary when you’re a single woman having orders barked at you too! Unsurprisingly, the place was deserted at 8:20pm on a Friday night. When will the Kelly family’s stranglehold on my city end? Enough is enough!

Chicken schnitty and a beer for 27.50. Chips fair, salad included some tasty ingredients, schnitty was crispy (possibly deep fried).

Traditional corner pub with old school bistro food. Burgers and wraps mostly $20 but sometimes $18 for lunch specials. Staff seem nice enough. Vibe is a bit depressing with many quiet lone drinkers and pokies at the back but that's pretty normal for a pub like this. I suspect it won't be properly refurbished for a while - maybe that's a good thing to avoid high prices and the attitude among staff and customers that comes with gentrification.

I rang on phone to ask bout the pokies there n she person i spoke absolutely refused to answer specific like amount of machines or if had my fave one huff n more puff if I visit there or get a reply to answer ill gladly update rating

Very quiet and quaint pub on a Saturday afternoon. Comfortable and food is pretty good. Had the fish and chips, BBQ chicken wings and wedges.

Dirty, dark, dingy.. And not in a good, divebar way. This place is nothing more than a pokies den that also serves alcohol. The pubgrub is the best aspect of it, but that's not saying much when you're surrounded by people betting their money away on horse racing, rugby league or the pokies as they sink schooner after schooner of VB.

Ex pkace allows my puppy bandit in so i like it a lot and fairly lucky for me as well

It’s a pleasure to have this as my new local bar! The staff are friendly, food and drinks are well priced, and the general atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Will be back frequently!

Went there on Sunday. Nice place to hangout and have drinks. Really cool vibe. Can't wait for upstairs to reopen The manager Jeremy was really friendly and the food was amazing as well.

Excellent place! Had a late booking of 20 people from another venue falling through and went here instead. Staff were very helpful and friendly, really accommodating. Good choice of beers. Food was good. Definitely recommend.

Stairs down to the bathrooms were perfectly evenly spaced and cushioned with the perfect amount of carpet. Never felt more safe walking down stairs after a couple of beers. Bathrooms had an appropriate amount of space between the stalls & sinks. Also SUPER lovely friendly staff, and cutest lil dumplings.

Their chicken parmi is so so good, plus they have Balter xpa for $6, think this is only before 6pm though.
