Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would absolutely useless staff got spoken to like I was an idiot everytime I explained what happened they wouldn't listen kept on telling me bullshit over and over again it's made me realise I should just go shop at Amazon at least they would take returns with no issues avoid the bald headed man at all cost.

Was struggling trying to figure out what TV to buy, I didn't know what alot of the differences between the features of all the TVs and was honestly just gonna walk out when I got approached by a very tall bloke who walked me through each and everyone of the TVs, had the patience to answer all my silly questions. Legit top tier service, so much better than JB Melbourne city. Big thank you to Mr Burkhan for helping me out and restoring my confidence in JBHIFI.

Well set out store and customer service was great . Walked in the door and was greeted by a sales person and walking through the store to the back was also greeted by sales staff . Everything clean and tidy and my questions were answered and I bought what I was after . Will be back again

Called to enquire about purchasing a phone from this store and spoke to Manager Tara. At first I didn't know she was a manager and was asking my questions etc then found out later. The attention and service she gave me was so great. She answered all my questions, didn't make me feel like a bother and was so pleasant to deal with so much so I had to leave some positive feedback for her. Thank you for the awesome service Tara. Unfortunately there is never enough staff so you end up standing around for 20 minutes then walk out and go to Harvey Norman up the road who will price match JB. I don't like giving Gerry my money, but I also don't like having my time wasted.
