They have a 7-day return policy that makes very impractical to buy gifts from here if the other person wants to exchange them. It is very easy to get stuck with quite expensive stuff.

The staff at Broken Hill Harvey Norman are amazing. They are patient, understanding and professional in the face of inconveniences with customers. I felt very welcomed and for the entire process I felt like the staff genuinely cared about helping me find a product that I needed. I ended up with an amazing laptop that I am super happy with, all thanks to the generous staff at Broken Hill Harvey Norman. :)

Ordered a black toaster specifically told the guy wanted black he said yep will order a black toaster never got black asked for my $170 back. Customer service is APPALLING and DISGUSTING, they never listen to thd customer and are very RUDE, management need to train there staff in customer service or this place will never succeed in business. Bad bad bad never shop at this place again. Got home ermt online and brought the same samsung four slice toaster for $118 i saved $52, just shows how much money they are robbing the locals in Broken Hill Harvey Norman

It’s ok, though when I returned my iphone (under warranty) to get it fixed it took a while because they needed me to remove some feature. It took a long time and I felt they should of told me that earlier to save time

Don't buy stock off the floor. A good selection of electric and electronic goods.reasonable prices.

Friendly staff who are helpful. Please upgrade photo printing services so at least some can be done instantly by the customer from the photo terminal. This would bring you on par with other businesses who use this technology and would be useful for many customers.

Alex spent far too much of his time helping me with a weird connection problem on a tv i bought elsewhere, and he did it with a smile. Great service to a non customer and i can only imagine what a great service he gives his customers.

Went in to purchase a tv, I was told they only had one of the model left I wanted, and that it had been purchased and returned the day before, As the customer got it home and realised they wanted something bigger. I was assured it hadn’t even been turned on. Got home, set the tv up, person that purchased tv previously had signed in to Netflix, Stan and prime tv. Pretty impressive to do all that without switching it on! I won’t shop here again
