ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Service was great,and the staff (luke) was very helpful😀😀

I don’t understand why nowadays JB HiFi staff ( not all,just few people) look like have to more learn about communication skills and showing or even try to listen properly when the customers call you Thank you for your dedication to serve and help a lot of people in the past few years, but please, consistency is important . The second last had deal with JB HiFi Hurstville and now Roseland just totally make me upset. Like what just happened at Roseland. I ordered online , everything look like usual until they called me and ask “ are you the one order item of “ … “ and I said yes, I asked there’s any issue? He said nah, just to make sure. For me that’s little bit weird. 5 minutes later they called me and said , sorry the item is not in the stock. Display only. I asked refund and he said can’t refund for this item. Today I called again, and the staff oh i will pass this call to the department whatever it is. How this person talk tome so rude, don’t forget, without customers, you know what’s gonna happen. Now I’m still waiting almost 19 minutes. Now the other staff said can do refund but ask me again to wait. What’s the point to be member jb perks or whatever it is. Even when said sorry more like auto pilot. Enough,tired have to wait.pass this to someone and wait again. Please,if not do evaluation and improve I will not surprise there’s other store more better. I’ve been almost 11 years bought staff from JB HI FI. I don’t have time again for this. Let’s see,are customers still important for them or just or too “ busy “ You can have what I already paid . Hopefully can back on the track and improve. Kind regards

they are not professional. for sure . better to go somewhere else. they are just moving you around if you ever stuck in refunds or replacement. the manager she not good at all . if you not have white skin forget someone deal you properly.

Don't go there to buy your items. They actually don't have anything to do for you if you have any warranty issues but all about their suppliers wish! Even they don't follow up your item that has gone to repairers for months. Repairers will decide if they repair your item or ask you to pay for a replacement item almost at full price! I am the victim and it has happened to me.

Big thanks to Rylan and Trishen from Jb Roselands. Although busy Trishen went out of his way to assist me with a item previously on sale ,made the call to his manager and escorted me to the front counter where Rylan took over. Rylan went above and beyond to help out ,within minutes I had my item at a great price. I wasn't expecting such a smooth fantastic experience. Well done boys a true credit to Jbhifi's customer service

They tend to waste time when you ask about a JB deal. Like do you or do you not beat your competitors in pricing. I ended up getting Harvey Norman beating the price. The annoying part was JB had stock so had to wait weeks to get items in. I don't think I've ever had a good experience at JB they tend to hire the same sort of people that otherwise best described as having a complex. Good guys is much more diverse in their salespeople and they're upfront with the best price. JB I have realised they tend to um and uh as if they're really stretching a price - which is not the case.

Impatient

I lost my JB-HI-FI gift card and couldn't remember the number. Rylan went above and beyond to assist me in finding the gift card when I inquired about its traceability. He even called Bankstown's JB-HI-FI, where I got the gift card. He found the gift card number and printed a new one. Rylan's customer service was excellent, pleasant and kind.

Only place that gets.my or cal business for any products they carry. The team here are the best around. Continued great service

My boy always sorts me out ,best store ever. Go there and spend your $

This was really a zero, but my general jb experience deserves at least a 4.5. This instance though... Expensive phone still under warranty by over a year, yet i was told there was a 5-6 week turnaround to get a simple hardware issue fixed. No replacement provided in the interim? Come on, guys, this is the time when a phone can do the work of a supercomputer and you dont need the A Team of engineers from the 80s to work on it for months. You literally need one person with a few tools and 1-2 hour's work max. My usual guy would allegedly void the warranty by fixing it even though he's a licenced samsung supplier and told me it would be ready in a few hours (assuming he didnt have many other jobs to do.) Why even have a warranty? Deceptive business practices at least. Widespread consumer/marketing fraud seems more fitting.

Bass put together a great deal for us on a new TV. We got it for 40% under normal retail with warranty too. We'll be going back soon to deck out our whole house.

Good range of products and great price too. I went in for a controller and it was $20 better than gamesmen.

I went to Riseland JB collect my gift card today ,Staff Min helped me a lot ,he is a very patient and kind person ,he explained to me their promotion and solve my issues that make me so happy,very grateful,definitely I recommend him all the time 5 star service appreciated!!

It's overcrowded with goods and hard to get assistance when you need it, but if you're just browsing, you be asked constantly

Brought vacuum on 5th August paid 300 Still waiting for vacuum nearly 1 month later Was told every week so far next week next week Will never by from jb hi fi again Now got a refund they never had item nor were getting it in Thiefs

Staff member went above and beyond to fine exactly what we were after

Good store, however the salesperson used some clever word play to coax me into purchasing an extended warranty. I agreed to it for the effort which is fine and it didn't cost that much more. Admittedly I didn't ask the right questions either. However the approach was sneaky and people should be aware. Only buying online now.

Absoute circus of a store. Stood around for close to half an hour, waiting for help from staff. Was told by 2 separate staff members that someone would be over to help me soon. 3 staff standing around a near empty registers, others wandering around like lost puppies, despite me going up to them and asking for help with my purchase and being told somebody would help me soon. Oh, and apparently, your floor is considered a garbage bin by your staff? I've never seen a JB with its professional standards soooo down the toilet
